I ordered a difficult to find ball cap for my husband for his birthday. When I called Sick Crowns to verify my order had been placed, I spoke to a young man that no only verified my order, he went and made sure the cap I was ordering was in stock and advised me he would be putting it in the mail today! Such sweet customer service and great people. I will purchase from here again!!!

Went at 10:00 AM and the store was closed. The hours of operation stated that it did not open until 12:00 PM. What kind of business doesnt open until noon (every day)! Was very disappointed and so was my son when I returned home empty handed. I was going to purchase four to five hats. Oh well, their loss. Someone should let them know they are not a bank.
