I love going to silver lake caregivers but every time I order online n I get the confirmation email I go there n they never have wht I ordered. Ill put 5 stars but nothing is happening still I still try 2 order online I go n still nothing so can you guys please fix the online thing please

I placed an online order for pickup. Got the confirmation email, went and got cash from an ATM, then drove to Silver Lake. The sales girl was immediately very rude, didnt say hi, just stared at me through the glass in an unsettling manner. Eventually, she asked for my ID card. Then after I get through the gate, I tell her Im there for a pickup order. She goes to the back, then comes out telling me that none of the items I ordered are available. She then proceeds to basically hurry me out of the store without buying anything because now there are other customers waiting to get in. I wish they wouldve called earlier to let me know instead of wasting my time. I will not be back. Used to like this spot a lot but the customer service today was absolutely awful, the sales girl made me very uncomfortable and I do not recommend anyone purchase from them. The Caregivers part of their name is laughable. Stay away.

Gelato strain is delicious. Good head change too. Great other strains like gorilla glue, xj13. Fastly becoming my go-to dispensary when I’m in LA.

Sometimes when you go to new shop you get weird vibes from people but here they were so welcoming. I loved the stuff that I bought. Their edibles are delicious and their weed is fire. Came here for the first time last week looking for a certain strain for anxiety. I came here first because of all the positive reviews..perhaps people were high when they wrote them or they are fake. They were unbelievably rude to me, didnt have a clue about their products, one of the girls actually acted like I was bothering her, if you dont like your job or working with customers maybe this isnt the job for you. I wont be coming back, ended up leaving with nothing. I suppose during covid, businesses as this dont care about making money.
