I have found this to be an awesome place to buy Mackenzie Child’s pieces!
Be careful not to miss the sign at checkout (which I missed), and the owner of the store, who waited on me, didnt even have the professionalism to state that the store return policy is no refunds to your credit card. You must receive a store credit. What occurred was I did want to purchase two floral arrangements as gifts, which I did and had no problem paying for these. But, after thinking over the the expensive purchase of additional items, and had the owner set these aside to be delivered the following day, I decided that I wanted to discuss the cost of the items with my husband (as he lives in another state in a different time zone) and called the owner of the store about an hour after I made the purchase (which was over $5,000), and when I tried to call her back using the # on the business card she had given me, there was no voice mail, and I truly thought that since the store still had my merchandise (which was to be delivered the next day) and the sales slip (which I was later told had the store return policy on it) there would be no questions asked as I felt that I had overspent and wanted a credit to my credit card. I was told that their credit card system was not set up to give credit card credits to refund a customer. An unfortunate situation and I always felt that customer service was an important piece of keeping a business successful. I guess not where this Dekado store is concerned.
Looks nice but the owners need to keep the hours updated on Google maps. I checked the hours, parked and walked to the store only for it to be closed. I updated the record now but they were wrong and the store was closed despite supposedly being open per Google Maps.
Best selection Ive ever seen. Great family owned store who knows how to take care of their customers
