Time for some pampering! The spa room was beautiful. The massage was good. My bathrobe was way clean and smell good. Truly fantastic and Im fortunate that I was able to experience it. It feels so relaxing after. Would I go again? Yes!

Great customer service and super friendly. Love my hot tub.I get my supplies and chemicals from them with no issues, even get a discount. I don’t know about other peoples experience with them but mine was fantastic. Would recommend them to everyone.

Great experience all around. We had heard about this company while we lived up north and felt comfortable going back to where we knew. Anyway, Robin was great and Reuben was great. I needed the old spa removed, some cement work, and some electrical work. They were able to handle everything smoothly and very efficiently. All workers and people working with them were superb. The spa looks good and works perfectly.

Everyone at Pacific Spas and Sauna made our purchase and installation an easy process. We love our tub. From the day we walked in to the store to the day we were soaking in our backyard was painless and quick. Since our installation the followup has also been fantastic. Very professional very friendly have spas/spa equipment and also spa services ie cleanage and drainage etcI have called on them for many different work orders and have been impressed with their service every time!

Everything is there, in order, placed well, the people know their stuff and prices are for everyone. If you want to buy a spa, talk to them first. Those spas are workhorses - push the button and it works - again and again and again.

Terrible service manager wont ever call you back. If you buy parts from them except them to take double as long to get it to you and it might be the wrong part. Also dont ask for their service technician to come out to you. He will ghost you and not have the decency to tell you he doesnt want the job. In all terrible people. Stay away, Save youre money because they dont deserve to be in business.

My husband ordered a spa pump From Pacific Spas & Sauna through Amazon in July 2016. For numerous reasons our spa repairman was unable to complete repairs until Nov. He did not use the pump that we purchased. Amazon wouldnt assist in returning the pump. We didnt expect a full refund only a credit. My husband called and talked to Greg at Pacific Spas & Sauna. I purchased a Sundance Chelsee from Pacific Spas and Sauna, after a lot of research (including, of course, reading reviews of the various vendors). Aside from online research, I went to three different stores to wet test hot tubs. I cant emphasize enough how critically important this was for me in eventually deciding on the Sundance Chelsee. All hot tubs are not created equal, and while the next best competitor, the Jacuzzi J-345, is a great tub, the jets in the Sundance feel much better to me. This is a very personal choice, and since buying a hot tub is a non-trivial investment (both in terms of upfront cost and long-term care/maintenance), its important to love what you get.Robin was incredibly helpful during my decision-making process (in which I wet-tested the Chelsee twice -- she was also very patient with me!). We talked about the differences between the Chelsee and the Jacuzzi model, since she used to sell that brand as well; both in terms of the shape of the seats, and the kind of jets, the tubs are very different, and have attributes that make them better or worse for people depending on their height, girth, etc. I never felt like I was being pushed into making a decision by any of the vendors for the brick & mortar stores (unlike at the hot tub expo in Pomona, which felt completely scammy to me).Now to installation. Reuben and his crew were nothing short of fantastic. The tub was installed, electricity added, electrical inspection passed, all without a hitch. They were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable and competent. They took great care to make sure all of my questions were answered, both during installation, and even afterwards.All around, the experience with this store was top notch. If youre looking to buy a hot tub, give them a try!
