Walter seemed nice. My boyfriend and I requested his services on a Saturday. He said he was available on Monday, but first had to work in Malibu. He said hed call when he was on his way. He never called or showed up. When we were finally able to get a hold of him, he told us we were supposed to call him. I have called several times to set up an appointment for Wednesday and he never returned any of my calls or texts. Not a professional way to do business. We really needed him.

Donald & Sam came out and gave us an estimate that was quite a bit more than the other estimates we received...$1700. He seemed knowledgeable & we figured you get what you pay for...NOT SO. He was called to diagnose a leak, which he said he found. He has a 30 day warrantee...exactly 30 days later the spa is leaking again, from the same area. We called him out again. This time he said its a pump and will be another $700 to fix. We trusted him to diagnose the problem...all the problems. Im very unhappy with the way he handled this. If there was a question about the pump as well as the jets, he should have told us. We paid (a lot!) for him to fix the leak and it is still leaking. Go Elsewhere.

We made the mistake of having a regular contractor assemble our cedar hot tub. When it reached completion and we tested it out, there were leaks, water was going everywhere and things werent rigged right.Fortunately, we were able to get Walter to come take a look at it. He knew exactly the problem and how to fix it. He came back next week and got our tub in tip top shape and gave us plenty of tips on how to maintain it as well as walk us through the functionality of all the moving parts. Walter gave us a solid deal at a great price. I highly recommend him and Spa Repairs LA if you plan on getting a hot tub or spa!

WALTER and PEDRO are my new friends. Even when I was unhappy with things or didnt understand, they stayed and explained things in great details. Pedro even told me how I could save money.Running a full time business, I dont have alot of time for run-arounds, so Im happy these guys are honest.

Walter came out, did the diagnosis, found the problems and quickly got the new pumps, jets and ozoneator installed and working, two days total. He also schooled me on spa care and gave me great advice as to how to avoid problems. After all that, the GCFI tripped and I called him asking what to do...he said relax and replace the GCFI. So I did and now every thing works great! He KNOWS HIS BUSINESS. Prices are reasonable, replacement pumps, etc. are OEM new. Im back in my spa enjoying my Corner of a thousand Geishas....I recommend Walter without reservation. I admire his professionalism and competence.
