I have worked here at Bui sushi for 5 years and Jimmy is the best technician have met. Hes always making sure we have enough degreasers and whenever theres a problem with the machine hes there to fix it. He even stayed around with us during health inspection to make sure they were happy with the sanitizer level. I highly recommend Auto Chlor, and Jimmy if you are lucky enough to work with him.

Jimmy is the seriously the best. I oversee several restaurants with a lot of dish machines and have requested Jimmy be our tech for all of them. He is professional, punctual and always responds even to the smallest issues. I have even reached out to him while he was on vacation once in San Diego and he was able to help us out and get a tech out to us. When Covid hit he was able to get us sanitizer stations Set up and despite sanitizer being hard to come by he helped us refill product as soon as it was available. Managing an Italian Rosti Tuscan Kitchen in Santa Monica requires a team that really knows and keeps on top of the maintenance of a high volume restaurant. Miles and Alex are always super professional and amazing! They set us up for success every time they come.
