I placed an order for a rice cooker and the next day received an email letting me know it was for an older model but the store was able to give me the latest model at the same price. I cant wait to get the new rice cooker. Great customer service.

Came to pick up my package after I saw the access point sign outside. They had to confirm my identity to give my package but at least that makes sure no one else takes my package. I also saw they have karaoke systems too! Nice lady. Was willing to work with my budget.

Very bad customer service.Asian lady answered the phone, was unhelpful and rude.she rushed me off the phone twice.UPS driver made no attempt to deliver to my home.My package got lost and when I went to find the address it was hidden.This company is super sketchy.Watch out for them.I currently have an investigation going.
