You’d think a store like this would have better service but they treat you like it’s WalMart. Stores in other states have way better service as well as the Rodeo Drive location.
We drove 2 hours for buy loafers from store, we ordered loafers in store. We ordered online in store because they didn’t have in store, they said it will arrive in 3 to 5 days, we didn’t get anything in mail. We tried to call customer service they said they will reach store because they don’t have access to see update on store order and store will call you in 24 to 48 hours but we didn’t get any call for 1 week. Then we call back again to customer service, they said they don’t have any update they will try to call store again, long story short we didn’t get any valid response from them . We paid already but didn’t get anything. Really bad experience with this store.

Wow just wow!!! Ask for Tina when you come here. I honestly didn’t think that I would get such amazing customer service from brand name places but Tina is just more than amazing. I’ve been to other brand name stores and majority of times they tend to look down on people because they are either dressed informal or not celebrities (which I find it ridiculous because we are all humans) but Tina has the best attitude and great people’s skills. Plus wonderful communicator. Tina was patient, had the best personality, and answered all my questions.I am definitely coming back here again and going to ask for Tina :).Thank you so much for helping me find a great wallet for my dad!!!
As always LV had a long line of people waiting outside. The sales staff was polite and knowledgeable. With the bar selection that LV has, my wife was still and to find what she was looking for.

Great personalized service by their staffs. They will make you feel very important and they are not pushy to make a sale. They are very knowledgeable about their products. One thing I like with LV is they will try to sew your favorite products that you have bought from them. It might take weeks to have it repaired because they told me that they ship it back to France If I’m not mistaken to be repaired. But overall great shopping experience!
This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a LV store. Staff is rude and completely disregards customers. I was in the store on 4/3 and there were about 16 different people in line at 6:15/6:30 ( mind you the store closes at 7). At first the completely disregarded all of us standing outside and then finally responded with a Latino man shooing the line away with his hands through the window. They had the doors locked and refused to let people in who even had appointments. If you wanna buy a bag DO NOT do it here .. they for sure don’t deserve the sales

Was there with my daughter, she was looking for a specific wallet but they didnt have the color she wanted. The sales person was very nice, attentive, and offered to order it and have it deliver but my daughter wanted it right away (teenagers, lol) she didnt want to wait. Horrible costumer service if you have a problem with a product. After trying to get help with a wallet I received as a gift they completely blew me off because I did not have a gift receipt. They made me feel like I stole something and I even asked them if I could pay for the repair they said there is no way around. Right after I went to Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and they were so friendly and helpful and without asking they took care of me.Please, if you ever care for quality of a product and good care regarding costumer service go to Rodeo Drive.

I live in El Paso TX and requested him if I can get a hot stamp and a repair to my luggage strap holder. He immediately sent me a prepaid mailing label to send my stuff. I will only shop here. The Louis Vuitton store on Rodeo Drive only snubbed me. They were so rude and didnt even offer to help. Every time Ive gone to the Louis Vuitton store in the Beverly Center, they have always been quick to offer help, theyve made great suggestions, and made my experiences positive and fun. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable of the brand. They were able to answer all of my questions and didnt hesitate to demonstrate some of the pieces for me. From now on, this is my store. I dont see myself shopping at Louis Vuitton anywhere else.

The staff is the most unfriendliest I have come across in a long time. I was in there last month returning a Christmas present for the purse that I actually wanted. There was a sales lady that acted like she didnt even see us. Another sales lady came along and she was wonderful. So I go in there today no one acknowledges us as we walk into the store. I go over to pick up the shoe that my son wants. I walked past that same sales lady who acted like she didnt see me last time and Ill be damned if she didnt do it again. I pick up the shoe and all of a sudden there she is. Would you like to see a certain size? I said no I need another salesperson! You should have seen the look on her face. She went and whispered to one of the other guys she wants another salesperson. You dont see me you dont see my money. I sincerely suggest some customer service training ASAP.
I highly recommend shopping at Louis Vuitton, at the Beverly Center. I have been a customer there since 2010, and can tell you that you wont be dissaponted with the advisors and staff here. Jordan Vega is very knowledgeable, and I truly appreciate his attention to detail, and I appreciate the excellent customer service he provides. I am really happy to walk in and see him there, because I know Ill be taken care of. I also appreciate Alexander Herrera, who is always polite and is always happy to assist. Honestly, you cant go wrong with anyone here, even the manager is very friendly and is always greeting customers. Again, I highly recommend shopping at LV, Beverly Center, the staff here is truly amazing.

I was really disappointed with the guy who is on duty today october 17 around 10:30am at this store, he was the only guy there aside from the guard, we pre ordered a bag online the on the go monigram and we will pick up to this store, he let my husband signed the receipt and then gave the paper bag he didint even check if there is something inside, he didnt even show the bag that the purse is complete, he handed the paper bag with box thats it, he didnt open it. i dont really like this store coz they are not nice to customers, this is my second time that they didnt entertain me in that store, and i will never ever go there again, i will tell my friends not to go to this store anymore. id rather go to chanel and gucci, they are nicer regardless of your race and color, they entertain you
Nice place of course nice customer service even though they seem to not communicate well with their online team, in-store they said they didnt receive my order, I had an email, a text and spoke to an online rep saying my order was in store....after a few minutes they found it and things went very smooth from there, they did offer a beverage while they sorted things out

A very unhappy customer !! Have been loyal to Louis Vuitton as a luxury brand for past 30 years. I have purchased handbags, accessories and luggage from LV boutiques in London, Paris, Hong Kong, Hawaii, Las Vegas and most recently in California at The Beverly Center. It was at this store that I had a terrible experience. I drove all the way from Temecula to purchase a belt and the only store that had the right size was the Beverly Center boutique. It was Dec 26th and this was to be a Christams gift. I was at South Coast Plaza LV at the time and was told I had to pay for the belt over the phone and drive to Beverly Center to pick it up. I arrived just before closing time (approx 7:15-7:30 pm)and did not have the chance to really look at the belt as it was already packed in the box.After my friend wore the belt once, he immediately noticed the scartch on the buckle and let me know. He was so disappointed as was I. On Jan. 21st, 2018, I called South Coast Plaza LV to see if I could exchange the belt and they said yes but advised me to go back to The Beverly Center. I called customer service for the Beverly Center, explained the issue and was told, I was within the time frame to exchange the belt. On Jan. 25th, 2018 when I could take the time off work, I once again drove all the way there only to be treated very rudely by the manager, Rebecca Evans. She did not want to hear anything I had to say and insisted that the only recourse was for me to pay $120 for the buckle. I was shocked that a manager would treat customers this way in a luxury boutique. She basically turned me away without even trying to see how I could be helped. I never had the opportunity to examine the buckle before I left the store and it could have been one that was on display etc. Shouldnt the benefit of doubt be given to the customers ? I now have a very bad impression of LV . DO NOT SHOP at Louis Vuitton at The Beverly Center as you will probably receive better treatment and service at Walmart.I sincerely hope LV Supervisors look into this as Rebecca Evans caused you to lose two loyal customers .
