These guys have a large selection of hardware but it comes at a cost! An extremely high cost! I have come here a few times hoping that I was wrong about everything being so over priced and each time I come back it absolutely amazes me at how much they charge for some of the hardware....

Came in for some leather straps and was helped by Eric who worked magic on my little project and I couldnt be more pleased... You have to visit the store to understand what a gem it is for inspiration and for making amazing apparel and accessories.

These people are flakes!!! I spoke with them over the phone 13 days ago, immediately followed up with an email with photos of exactly what I was looking for. Called them again 4 days later with the promise that they would get back to me no later than the following Monday. Yet, I am still waiting for a response from them.If I had known they were so irresponsible, I would have ordered directly from Hong Kong & would have the merchandise by now.

Horrible customer service, the same older man whos rude and distrepectful is always there proclaiming his expertise and correcting me on useless technical names of products that I dont know. For example...I asked for soft black colored leather....he says we dont have anything like that, we dont call it that, its just black, Im like you dont have a color that is a soft black, no we have black or matt black and you can pick the color, but its not going to be called soft black...Im like why are you going back and fourth and you know exactly what Im asking for and you know you have it but instead you want some recognition for being knowledgable in your field...get a life!! The last time I was there to ask about colors for a captain America costume, he proceeded to tell me that he does leather work for Hollywood and he knows what colors were used after going back and fourth again, I finally just got swatches...just as I expected the client didnt like the colors.....its just sad because both times I was planning to spend $800-$1000. Headed to Sav-more leather where I know Ill get treated with respect. Dont go here unless you enjoy being treated like an idiot.

The owner of this shop is very kind and friendly. I like this store because it has lots of unique leathers.

Called to ask if they carried a piece, tried to insist to come in person. Asked to send them picture of item, sent picture, the text was read and they ignored and never answered. overall bad attitude, and over priced, Valenz Hardware is much better.

They make great accessories..I love my leather pillows
