Horrible horrible customer service! Merchandise is amazing as usual.

Absolutely no return/refund. Nor store credit ! Only exchanges. It’s like they want to make sure no one want to buy it there stuff.The lingerie is nice but MADE IN CHINA, for this price point it should be made in Europe.

Wish Id read these reviews before I went in there - never wouldve gotten into this mess. I went in yesterday expressly asking for invisible t-shirt bras and instead of being honest with me that they dont sell this kind of thing (I can take it - Im a grown up) they said Oh yes, we can help you and they had me in there trying on a hundred bras for an hour. I bought three - spent waaaay too much money but was told it was highest quality and totally worth it - and I got home and NONE of the bras worked with my t-shirts. Went in today and they said no returns and kept trying to find me some that could work. This time, I realized the lighting is so dim and sexy, its impossible to actually see anything. We finally had me squatting down on the floor to see into the cashier counter mirror with some daylight in order to see if the lace and bows were poking through the t-shirt fabric - which they were. One had a hook that was also digging sharply into my back. Cheaply made. In the end, they did give me a refund but not without tons of attitude and stress and time wasted on my part. No thanks.

Fabulous service everytime and the product is so pretty and fits very well a winner everytime....

Everything is in a ridiculously small size and the one thing that did fit me although it was on a sale rack they charge tried to charge me more for it
