First off, Diamond was such a sweetheart. Made me feel really good and confident! Also gave me some good information on restocks, products, and such. Spent my money without a second thought. But the REAL kicker was that i had walked out of the store with a dead phone and couldn’t call a ride! I informed Diamond, to which she promptly called me a car and PERSONALLY walked *all* the way to the entrance of the mall and waited with me. I will never forget that. Really restored my faith in the kindness of strangers :) definitely will be back to shop with all those awesome associates.

Ordered from the website over two weeks ago and still havent received confirmation that my orders have been sent out (1000 in merchandise). i have talked to Christine online and through phone. She assured me my items would be sent out but never were sent im still waiting 2 weeks later for them to even process my order christine tells me she does not have a supervisor and obviously does not have the power to ratify any situation. I will not be ordering from this company ever again

Los Angeles Honey is a great spot to stop if you appreciate fresh local honey, and honey products. Their hot honey mustard is a dandy.

Ok so i am disappointed with the customer service. I just placed a big order on honey birdette a day before my items all of a sudden went on sale. I emailed the support team about it and they said they would not give a price adjustment. This is not fair at all. Its just a $15-20 difference and they can afford it because the lingerie is so expensive! I hope they reach out to me and make it right because if i dont get the adjustment im going to return my items and never shop here again. Such a narcissistic, parasitic, ungrateful company.
