Recently had the pleasure of buying a used bike from these guys. Really professional, attentive and made sure I was taken care of. Im actually an out-of-town buyer but they made the process really simple and put me at ease.
Ive ridden motorcycles as far north as Alaska and down to California multiple times. Ive been to many dealerships along my travels, but never treated so well from a dealership that owed me nothing. I am from British Columbia, Canada. This summer on a road trip down from BC my 2016 KTM 690 Enduro R was having trouble 90 miles out of LA. Having been to the dealership in the spring to check out some of the shops down there, I decided to give them a call to get some advice. They helped me out as much as they could over the phone and I managed to limp the bike into LA where it died a few miles away from their dealership, I called them again as it was nearing closing time and they told me they would stick around to have me take another shot at firing the bike up after I let it rest at a gas station. I managed to make it to KTM Los Angeles, having to push it the last couple blocks. As I came to the shop, well after closing time, they had multiple members waiting there with smiles on their faces, offering up drinks for my family and I. They took the bike in and put it as top priority to get it fixed and back to me. They stayed to talk with us for more than an hour after we got there assuring me they would figure the problem out and about where we were going and other things. They were in no rush to leave and were incredibly helpful even though I had never bought a bike or much from them before. Even with a 2 week long list of bikes to work on they had it in the next morning and fixed that day. This is the kind of experience that drives motorcycle culture to be what it is. They have a love for motorcycles and the people riding them. Thanks again to the people down at KTM Los Angeles, you made my trip.
Didnt buy my bike here, but I did the first service here because its much closer to where I live. The whole process was painless. They even squeezed me in on short notice when I lost track of the mileage and called them very last minute. Will definitely be taking my bike here again in the future.
Retail staff super helpful and even threw in a free t shirt for the kids, pic attached!
Im new to Los Angeles from the Bay Area. I sold all my bikes before moving here and soon became in the market for some inner city riding. I had my eye on a new bike that was being sold here with intentions to purchase it, but I found that this dealership does not let you test ride.
Great Experience Friendly knowledgable staff!
Great place to shop. Really nice people.
I recently needed to find a relatively obscure part for my KTM SMT which wasnt on the mirco-fishe. Marty Martin in the parts department went the extra mile and spoke with the factory guys and found the part. He was very communicative through the process and everybody at the shop was super nice and helpful with the other questions I had. The whole place had a really good vibe.
You got to see variety of super motorcycles. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming.
The best bikes in the world
