This was an easy and quick experience! NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. They explained plainly what the policy is and what I needed to do. The staff was kool and answered all questions I had. I would definitely rent from this location again!

Horrible customer service. My husband dropped of a trailer Sunday and they charged us two additional days. The person on the phone arguing that it was dropped off today not Sunday. Very poorly organized. The staff needs to be retrained on doing their job. Now we have to wait for the manager to review the camaras just because the staff cannot manage to do their job. Beware of coming here they will charge you unfairly and false charges.

I had a reservation and it seems that it didnt help at all. When I got there I had to make a line with all the people that didnt have a reservation by the time they realized that they should have checked if the people that had made reservations were there they had given mine and another gentlemans vehicle away. I had to take a van instead of the 10 feet vehicle I had reserved, I had to make more trips and end up paying more. I would say that they should have 2 lines or maybe an espcific area where the people that have made a reservation can go to instead of waiting in line only to find out that their reservation is gone because it was given to the people in front of them. Oh and why are we not allowed to return the vehicles to a different uhaul, why do we have to go back to the same location and returned the van there, that was 15 more miles that I had to pay for. I end up spending more money than what I had plan to spend, since I had to make several trips with the van.

Making sure you give customers the right time ask for because I was over charge I ask for a 12hour window to return the Dolly to tow and I got over charge because the worker only put 6 hours

I went to go get a trailer. The guy checked my truck and said I needed the connection for the lights. I said ok they charged me for the connection and installation. I took the trailer then returned it the next day. I was driving back home and a homeless guy told me I had a wire hanging I checked under my truck and cable was torn and the connection was hanging. Not only did the connection messed up but the guy did a horrible job installing it.

Always great service quick and efficient never there too long and the equipment its always in good condition.

Another uhal with bad service, been here for 20mins....the employees are walking around the parking lot doing god knows what as we stand inside the store waiting for someone to come by...

Awful place. Very bad customer service and employees dont respect peoples time . I had to wait for 2 hours to install a hitch on my car although I came at my appointment time.
