I attempted to rent an instrument through them and am terribly disappointed in the lack of communication from their rental department. My email and voicemail were both ignored for several weeks, and when I finally went through the sales staff to reach the rental department I was told that the instrument I need had been rented days after my organizations initial inquiry about it, several months ago - however, no update was ever given. Three stars because the staff was able to refer me elsewhere, however the lack of communication does not give me much time to search.

I got a new mouth piece here. They have a good setup, as well as a wide range of products for clarinet, oboe, and bassoon. Only problem is its rather hidden. Also, the repair queue can get backed up.

Nice place for your woodwind needs… I got bassoon reed cases, thread (Dodger blue) and tools from here. Instrument trials are available on appointment basis.
