He took the time to show me their office chair options and then directed me to the chair that best met my needs for lower back support. He then reviewed the options available and configured a custom chair for a reasonable price. A great experience all around. Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable on the class of high-end chairs I was looking at both as home office and in general to just live in chair. This included those that would work best with not only my often extremely long work day but with my physical issues as well. What I ultimately purchased feels just great when relaxing and watching TV after with single adjustment, despite spending numerous hours at work in the same chair. And I had previously felt like my only option in this class was going to cost more than double (closer to triple) what I had previously looked at in a chain store. I did have some ideas going in, but he was able to quickly tell me what would work best for me and how the floor models should feel when testing them out, and if they were the right choice or style to look at. I would not hesitate to recommend his services and when it comes time to replace this desk (that was made before most people knew what a personal computer was), I will be coming back.

I work in the Ergonomics Industry and found Alan Desk through a colleague. What a find! Ive had the best experience with Alan Desk. I stumbled in there one day by accident and it was the best thing I could have done. I have major back problems and Vladimir showed me the best chair for my issue. He was patient, informative and caring. He is not pushy or salesman like. He just wants to help you find the perfect chair for your needs. Im not an easy customer. I needed to pick out colors and couldnt make up my mind. I had to go back two more times to be sure. Each time he gave me his undivided attention and input. He even lent me a chair until mine came in. He shot me an email with the shipping date, and called me immediately when it arrived. Im so impressed with the customer service at Alan Desk!

October 21, 2020 Hi Jim,I just wanted to tell you how VERY pleased I was with the move today of my office furniture/equipment/files from my office over the garage to my‘new; office on the 2nd floor of the main house. The crew arrived promptly and went right to work and I couldn’t be happier. Some things were a tightfit but they didn’t let any obstacle deter the relocation, whether it was to remove doors or even completely dismantle the Corridor Management Desk,as both were necessary in this instance. Frankly, the office looks better than new, even after 31 years of use. They even cleaned the glass tops on much of the Sligh furniture andmade sure that all the drawers opened and closed early.You should be proud to have such an excellent crew representing Alan Desk.Please extend my personal appreciation to Antonio Alcala, Jose Lucas, Steve Contreras and Luis Garcia!!!
