Perfect! That is how I describe our experience with Simona and La Mercanti USA!When renovating my house, I decided to include an executive office for myself - I work at home. I found La Mercanti on the web, and connected to an unknown entity. After I documented the space in the room on graph paper, Simona and I talked about what I wanted, how I worked, where the window was oriented, how else I might use the room, etc, and then he suggested several options, complete with detailed diagrams. A couple of conversations later, including some pricing, and I was ready to buy. However, it seemed like a lot of money to spend on something I couldnt really see or touch (they are original Italian desks, Italian production); a look with previous client references took care of that concern! I now have an office that makes me smile every morning when I walk into it.Highly recommended for great executive desks and great service.Cheers
