Terrible customer service and people who dont know how to even use a credit card processing machine. Me and my wife went in to buy a mattress and used the wrong card, so we asked them to void the transaction and use a different card.The owner gave us an invalid voided receipt and claimed the transaction was void. We left and received our mattress, but the money never came back into our account. We finally called Blue Haus after a few weeks asking if the transaction had actually been voided, and the owner said the money had been debited from their account.We asked how it was possible for the money to still have gone through if it was voided the same day, but they started becoming extremely rude out of nowhere. We ARE STILL waiting for our money to come through, and every attempt to contact them is met with the same BS excuses and attempts to just hang up on us.We finally decided to file a claim with the bank since these people obviously dont know what theyre doing. Stay away from here if you value your time and money, there are plenty of better mattress places.
