We are an interior design firm and have specified Harbour Outdoor to our clients. While their designs are beautiful, they simply do not have the wherewithal to provide any type of customer service for their many errors. Items were ordered and wrong items were shipped. And it literally took over a year to get the issues sorted out and the correct items delivered. And this was prior to covid! Currently we are dealing with the same issue with them; new clients but same issue. Unfortunately this will be our last purchase from them. They simply do not know what they are doing nor do they care about providing any type of care or customer service.

Nice customer service. Salesman knew all about the tables and chairs we looked at. Quality looked good and lots of choices. I liked this store.

Beautiful furniture with lovely customer service. The two brothers that run the company are extremely nice and helpful. I ordered a sofa, two chairs, coffee table and dinning set. They had someone from the sales team come to my residence and measure everything out. Deliver was seamless and worry free. If you’re looking for beautiful made furniture for your outdoor space or even indoor, I highly recommend Harbour!

Joke of a company the worst customer service I would never shop with this company again. I ordered a sofa 4 months ago, they said they would delivery the following week, then was told a week later the sofa was sold to someone else and then they told me to wait for a new one that would arrive in 3 months and I waited now 4th month no sofa, several follow ups on my end and they said they are not manufacturing it anymore, After they told me several times it was on its way. Terrible staff, joke of a management, offered no solutions, I would never shop here again.

Horrible customer Service. Im not one to leave reviews, but this company drove me over the edge. Bought over $5,000 worth of furniture months ago and was supposed to be delivered over a month ago, but nothing has arrived. Sent multiple emails and numerous calls to any phone number we could find, but not a single response yet. Not sure how they stay in business with this kind of customer service. Save your money and frustration and take your business somewhere else. Super frustrated. They dont even deserve the one star of this review.
