I hired Maison Bertet, to design our house decor. Sophie it’s a very talented designer and they did a great job by custom making the furniture to fit our space and vision.We would recommend them to all of our friends and family. They are very attentive and have great eye for detail.

Excellent Customer Service!!! I am impressed by the design and quality they provide. My husband and I have twin kids and we custom ordered a sofa. For the fabric, we chose the Sunbrella fabric as recommended by Maison Bertet and it was such a clever idea. When you spill any liquids, it doesnt hold the stain, it is very easy to wash and kid friendly! I am so thankful and happy to have this furniture in my house. I am not scared of the kids messing it up. Thank you, Maison Bertet for making our lives easier and beautiful!!! What a great service, I definitely recommend any services they provide. Best of all, all of their products are made here in the USA! :)

I am the owner of Maison Bertet and am responding to the poor review posted by Devyn Hart. Ms. Hart purchased 2 vanities from our company. It is true that we mistakenly shipped her 1 vanity without a drain and we took longer than necessary to provide her new one. However, that is the only fact in her review that is accurate. The person that she hired to install the vanity broke the drawer and the plumbing fixture was also broken by her installer. She then insisted that we send out a repair person to fix the vanity that was broken by her installer along with another faucet free of charge. With respect to her claim that she wanted to hire us for a kitchen, I personally drove to her house for a free estimate and consultation. I also followed up with a sample piece of tile dropped off at her house. I provided her with an immediate quote and many design ideas. The entire event revolved around her failure to hire trades that had the basic knowledge to install the cabinet and the plumbing without damaging the piece. Its not fair of her to blame us for damage caused to the vanity by the people she hired. Had she been more civil and less aggressive in her attitude we would have gladly assisted her with a replacement or repair at our cost. However, she decided to become belligerent and very unpleasant to all the staff at Maison Bertet and its not a professional way to treat other people. As you can see from her review, her intent is not to simply state the facts about her experience but rather to be vindictive and cause harm to my family business. We are not a perfect business but we strive to be honest and professional. Unfortunately, its easy for a very angry and vindictive client to post a one sided and inaccurate review as is the case here.

BUYER BEWARE!! Look on Yelp too...there are plenty of unhappy customers on there as well.This has been the worst experience. The products they sell are from China and are very cheaply made. I purchased 2 vanities from them and 2 faucets. 1 vanity came without a drain and it took over a week to get the drain mailed to me....so no working vanity in that case. I think they sold me the floor model without my approval (just FYI). Then the faucet on the other vanity broke as soon as the plumber installed it. He said it was a very cheaply made faucet even though Maison Bertet sold it to me for over $300.00. I ended up having to order another one from another company because Maison is so slow to respond.....now we are down 2 vanities. Now, after having the vanity installed for a little over a week the vanity drawer is starting to pull away from the cabinet.Sophie (the owner) refuses to reimburse me the cost of the faucet and she has refused to send someone out to adjust the rails on the cabinet. She told us that we should have hired a Professional Cabinet Installer to put in the cabinet. I told her that my Contractor is more than qualified to put together a vanity. She does not care about her customers. Her employees have also complained about her lack of follow-through.Sophie actually reined a deal for herself on one of the kitchens they sell in their showroom. She was unwilling to make time to meet, so I decided to go with a custom kitchen from another company. I guess it was a blessing in disguise. I would warn anyone off from using this business.
