Cashier Odalys does not know how to take orders just wasting time with her.Order through Odalys wasting and waiting time more than anhour.When she tells you its take 15 minutes. Which is more than hour.

They are out of stock in many paints and the printer is not working so instead to label it correctly they just write with a pen the color code ...very bad service

Customer service is awesome, always helpful, my favorite store.

I witnessed how their employee Dewaun Wesley tried to fight people and was screaming and scaring others to knock them out. Stay away from this store if you dont want to get hurt.

Now -- I was here shortly before lunchtime, so the professional contractors, painters, etc had come and gone because o?their days start early. As a result I was in-and-out of this place very quickly with 3 gallons of custom blended paint.At peak hours, it is probably very busy, and you have to take a number..But for me, it was a good experience.I did not ask for help picking out colors, or understanding the different kinds of paint -- so I cant speak to how patient they are with neophytes.(the vibe in the place, and the way it is laid out, seems very focused on pros. The shelves are stocked more like a warehouse then a retail establishment, and the little section where you can sort through and choose colors from the rack of chips, is sort of buried in the back).Its a very busy parking lot with a lot of other stores, so parking can be bit of a crapshoot --- at least midday on a weekday, when I was there.But if you more or less know what youre doing, the place is professional and should serve your needs..

Refused to take leftover/old Dunn Edwards paint for recycling. Not Cool !!!They claim they have no place for it. I thought the recycling fees we pay additional for each gallon would help to protect the environment... well, not at Dunn Edwards Sunset location.

Its ok because attention is way faster that any Los Angeles location but took almost an hour to get a gallon and a quart mixed....and they have plenty of staff...it wasnt that busy....and noticed that upper class customers got waaaay better/faster service.... overall still 10 times better than Hoover location...

Didnt want to recycle my used paint, said they wouldnt take 5 gal buckets. Manager said he would take my account application but Lost it and I never could finish making my account.

Slow!!!!!! The worse store ever employees personal life is more important than the customers. Came back again out of convienance, waited 20 minutes!!!!!!! For ONE gallon of paint 6 in the morning, no one in the store
