This location is really on it. You got to love when you have to tell several employees you have already been helped. I mean like every employee who walked by asked.I usually go to the location near my house, now I’ll go to the one near my office. #dunndtla

At this store, you take a number when you arrive. The store opens at 6:30, I arrived at 6:45. The store was packed as I know it is a busy Dunn Edwards. However, I waited 35 minutes for them to get through 2 numbers! I still had to wait for 7 more numbers to pass and it this rate I didnt feel like staying another 3 hours. Its more inefficient then a jo Ann fabrics!!! I finally grabbed the manager and asked what was going on?! He just said theyre busy. Other people in line said they have waited 1 hour before. There is barely one worker up at the front and 1/2 the time she was on the phone and the other 1/3 of the time she was in the back I assume. There were 3 registers up at he front. If this is the busiest store in LA then please staff accordingly and have people to run all 3 registers in the mornings when you know customers are going to be waiting and in a rush. Ill be driving to Glendale fromNow on. The customer service is way better and the store is less busy.
To slow. Have to make a big line for people that just need to pay a simple roller. They should have a different line for just paying and people who are gonna order paint

Team members remember your name, treat you with so much courtesy, and best of all they double check that they have your order right.
