Ive been coming here for years and growing up this was the spot to get your quick party supplies, now the management is RUDE. They talk on the phone while attending you and their items are severely over priced. I paid $7 for a 2 packs of clear goodie bags. The lady in the front was yelling at someone while attending me, very unprofessional. Another lady attending me a separate time was talking to me in spanish and told me my total quickly which I didnt hear and I asked her to repeat herself and she talked to me in english slowly as if I couldnt understand her at all.

Ive been coming here for the past few years to order pinatas for my daughter because they create the best pinatas in my opinion. You could find just about anything you would require for a birthday party.

I have being coming here for over 30 years and have never been disappointed always have everything I need for my partys

Was a bit cluttered, but has a big selection

Spent about $21 for 3 banners. The lady was kinda rude, I definitely didnt feel welcomed here. A little too pricey for me and not that big of a selection, wont be coming back for sure but the decorations I picked up are kinda cute so🤷. Also, no AC in there so its really stuffy.

Unbelievable amount of supplies for everything

Wow. They are way overpriced. The place is really cluttered. Very rude woman works there. I rented a small tank of helium and the nozzle did not work. When it did work, it just exploded balloons because there was no pressure regulator. I told the woman that it didnt work and only got a rude NO. I tried to explain and she yelled NO. Everything costs way too much, and there are just small corridors that you can walk through because of all the clutter. Horrible experience.

Our balloon order for a valentines event was not ready when promised. The customer service was horrible. The older lady tried to cheat our pre paid order even though we had the invoice in our hands (which was exactly correct and what we paid for) she insisted or order was incorrect. Then she shorted our balloon order and referred to my friend and I as dumb girls in Spanish. Never will I refer anyone I know to this company, and Never will I come back to this store. Its a shame because I try to support local businesses. Not this one. Dont take peoples money and then renig an agreement for service. These people do not care about their customers.

Bad customer service specifically the ladies in the store and the manager. The only shining star is the black gentleman who went above and beyond. 5 stars for him, zero for the counter staff and manager equals two stars. I will not return and do not recommend them.

I like supporting small businesses instead of a franchise. But spending money here made me wish I had spent it somewhere else. I had ordered 2 dozen balloons. But, the older lady insisted the cashier made a mistake. If she made a mistake at least give me the ballons that were a mistake. The lady kept insisting that it was a mistake, and did not want to give me the balloons that were a mistake and actually paid for. And once me and my friend actually get the balloons, we realized we were robbed of a ballon. That was 2.99. My friend called the store and my friend does not know spanish, so she put the call on speaker so I can translate what the older ladies in the store were saying. They took advantage of the fact that my friend didnt speak spanish. And started calling us dumb girls in spanish. I would have prefered to to spend my money at a Party City rather than this business. Really bad customer service. Never again in my life will I come back here.

Conveniently located with parking in the front or inside. Service is okay. They had only one style of fortnite balloons and I decided to buy them.I bought 6 ballons with a very simple fortnite design printed in black and it was almost $7.Another client walked in and they automatically started talking to her and walked over to the ballon area since the other client also wanted ballons. They didnt tell me to excuse them for a minute or let me know they would be right with me. However, I could see she was inflating my ballons and helping the other lady at the same time. Then she gave me my balloons and I walked out since I had already paid. If you already know what youre going to buy you should be okay.

Over priced ladies r rude when u ask for help their either on the phone, gossiping with each other or eating and they don’t guide u to what ur looking for they just point and say over there . Its messy products have collected dust cant even walk through isles .only thing i like r piñatas they r nicely made but one thing i dislike is when kids try to break the piñata it is impossible they r so hard

OMG! Thats all I have to say if it is not to say a bad word.Be very careful when making any type of requests for a piñata.I had a terrible experience a day before my sons party. They handed me a crap tacular designed piñata. And I told them about it but in return they denied any wrong doing. I had to struggle to get my money back I happily paid for. For your information Im not trying to sabotage the business. ill give them another chance but i will be extra cautious.....Have a nice day

2 than 3 firemans head, they have a good assortment, I went because I accompanied a friend, I did not buy, the next time I go, I will write my experience, to see if it is expensive or cheap.

They have an excellent assortment for all kinds of meetings and parties. They accept debit or credit card at good prices.

They have everything, but a little expensive. It is not to say it. And Sorry, but the ladies who work there Im very rude
