Walked in to buy a phone Charger and the tablet was taking a while for then to charge me and the other young man decided to give me a free phone charger!! Very friendly staff I recommend this place!!

Giving a 5* review because Milia and Zac crushed it for me last minute.T-Mobile gets 3* because they had the slowest network known to mankind.Milia stayed calm cool and collected as she switched through numerous pads to show me what was available for my plan and to get me checked out. Even though we went passed closing time they both stayed in it. Much to my surprise, there wasnt any available water for waiting customers but Zac ran over to dollar tree and paid for one, out of pocket, as a surprise. All-in-all those 2 made what couldve been the most frustrating event, very tolerable.

Very friendly but dont double check their work. I created 4 new lines with them in the middle of June. Was told my bill would be ~$200/mo. Get a bill worth $280/mo instead (not including autopay credit). When I went to the store they acknowledged their associate made a mistake (despite an Assistant Manager over her shoulder the entire time) and gave me a one-time credit of $200.Fast forward a few weeks and I get a call from a debt collector saying my T-Mobile account has gone to collections. The associate ran my social to create a new account without my permission - Nonpayment resulted in it going to collections. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ASSOCIATES, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

Awesome customer service every time I go in. The associates always do everything they can to help and answer any questions I have. I recommend this store to anyone who has this service

Lourdes is a very patient person, she helped my husband and I to transfer my husbands phone number from Verizon to T-mobile, it was a long process, but she did it without complaining, she was very nice 👌

I changed to Sprint because of “the good service/reception”. Lies. Most of the time my phone has bad connection. I go back to the store with questions that are never answered because the employees there don’t seem to have information 😐?

Wow I have never had such a horrible experience with any other business as I have here. They promise me a free iPad, they put me in the wrong plan to qualify for it and then they string me along saying they are going to correct their mistake. I have to take time to call them every month to credit my account for the free iPad. And keep in mind I call once a month and I’m not calling them excessively. This month they say the manager has to speak to me and will call me back. It’s been 3 days no call back and then I find out they block my # when I tried to follow up.

Lisette Ramirez helped me with leaving Verizon and getting a line and phone plan with sprint, and she did an amazing job with helping me out, making it as easy as possible!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

This is the worse cell phone place i have every had to deal with. First the girls there have the worse customer service ever. Second they don’t know what they are doing. Getting them to let me upgrade required me calling the sprint customer service number to prove to them i was due for one cause they insisted otherwise. And too top things they assured me my new plan was me buying a phone but no they put me on a lease i can now not get out of til October so please don’t go. I even personally emailed their Manger about my horrible experience yet he did nothing, not even reply with a sorry. So i really hope that maybe if everyone in Los Banos stops going it finally hit close cause let’s be real it’s a waste of space in our town.

The store associates and the store itself are great. Dealing with the corporate powers- that-be over the phone in-store to port our lines over from T-Mobile was a long 3 hour process.

We drive over 35 miles just to visit this store there awesome

I am at the Sprint shop on Pacheco probably more than I am at my job because I get very confused using phones the service there is always excellent Blake the manager has been so kind to me he has really been patient with me as I tend to mess my phone up a lot I am so glad that we switch to Sprint just because of the Sprint service I get

Lack of Customer Service, went in to pay off phone, something that should have been simple and fast turned in to a nightmare when Blake ignored me and took a personal call I have never felt such a high level of disrespect, after this experience I will not be visiting this Location and I will be looking for a different carrier
