I had a great experience at Los Gatos service department. I brought my vehicle in for a squeaky noise at the brake on a rainy day so it was difficult to duplicate the noise, but the Tech work hard to troubleshoot it, greatly appreciated guys. Couple days later I got a follow up phone call from Russ (service advisor) to see if everything is still good. Thank you Russ!
They are very friendly. Anthony called me when a new car just arrived. The whole purchase process is quite smooth. No hidden fees, which is really annoying! Took less than 2 hours to finish all process.

From getting us a ride to our rental vehicle, regularly giving us updates on the repair of our vehicle, to informing us of our options on what we can do since we were from out of town, almost 400 miles away from home. We did decide to let Los Gatos Acura replace the transmission and it looks like our car is as good as new. We are highly satisfied of their service.

This was a simple repair - just replace the cover on a rear view mirror - but a very important one as I really didn’t want to drive around with the mirror uncovered. When the part arrived, Thomas got me in and out quickly - excellent service as always. That’s why I keep coming back!

I always get amazing service from Los Gatos Acura. The staff’s number one priority is always customer service and satisfaction. They are happy to explain what services need to be done and why. My only complaint, and it’s not high on my list, is that sometimes I feel like they’re trying to sell me services that aren’t really a high priority or a necessity for my vehicle. Other than that, they are truly lovely folks to work with. I will continue to have my car serviced here as long as I own it.

Overall a great experience from walking in on a Saturday afternoon to checking out a used 2020 MDX that we actually found in Auto Trader online, to test driving by myself (DL & insurance card taken down), to setting up a formal appointment and text reminder to check the vehicle again and process payment and paperwork. All very professional. We pre-paid for two maintenance package deals (does not include tire repairs though) and was able to use our AAA membership to get a nominal discount. Tony Aimonetti helped us and helped me set up my phone bluetooth and showed me some of the MDX drive features and infotainment system before I left the lot. They even washed/detailed the vehicle for us, so that was cool.
I was given a same day appointment.I was very happy about it as I was from Fresno I dont remember the name of the man who answered the phoneI. Very polite.I noticed the car ahead of me. A tech walked around the car to see if there were any surface marks. That impressed me. I went into the service department and was helped by George. He was very friendly and clear about what may needed to be done as my car had a problem starting and we went to Fresno Acura where we live to check on the same problem. They didnt find a problem and as it turned Los Gatos Acura didnt find the problem either. I was relieved George recommend some service issues we may need to address at a future. We go to San Jose frequently and if we need service my husband and I would be very comfortable taking our 2015 MDX to Los Gatos Acura. Thank you for doing a check of my car at Los Gatos Acura. I locked my trunk a certain way so that way if someone broke into my car they would not be able to steal my tools in my trunk with that required me to have another fab to unlock my trunk and/or another key to open up my glove department which I had none of. I showed up walking and they helped me with a new key Thank you very much for your service you made my days and my familys day more than you could ever imagine thank you for your help.
After moving to South San Jose Area, Ive been taking my MDX to Los Gatos Acura for my pre-paid maintenance plan. Had a ‘Check Battery Charger’ light come on while driving home. Stopped off at Los Gatos Acura to have it looked at. Russ took the car in for service & said they would need to keep it overnight. I told him I had a meeting next day at 11 AM & he had the car ready at 9:15 - saving me lots of driving back & forth. Excellent service - as always!
Excellent service department! George was professional throughout. He greeted and went over the past service history of my TLX. He recommended future services which I wasn’t aware of. Timing belt replaced 6 years or 105,000 miles . Mine had 31,600, so I thought at 105,000 miles but It’s 6 years old this Dec. I bought this TLX here at Los Gatos Acura and brought it here for service ever since. And of course he went over the inspection report and the best perk there, the complimentary car wash at Los Gatos Lark car wash!
I will avoid going to this place! They are dishonest and expensive in my opinion! He told me that the wipers need to be changed and mentioned a sky high quote $180. Just to change wipers!! And I declined the offer. And when we picked up the car, the wipers were found to be torn! They were not in that shape when I dropped off the car. I later spent $65 fixing high quality wipers at Orieilly auto parts. I still think the $180 quote was too high.
I’ve been there half a dozen times already. Always a good experience. Very polite folks, the waiting room is nice, they move efficiently and are very responsive if there are any concerns.
Service was done on time and even extra, complimentary auto wash coupon was given. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I was visiting this service center with rps fluctuations issue on my Acura RDX 2018. My service manager Thomas Finlay did a great job taking care of my car. In just an hour I got feedback after the diagnostic was done with a reason about my issue and clear item by item explanation what should be done to fix it with all price information as well. I would highly recommend this service center and Thomas Finlay to care for your car.
After moving recently to this area, wanted to try out the nearby Acura service center and it was my first time here. Tom was very friendly and he delivered the car well in advance than the promised time. Waiting area was very clean and following all covid protocol. They provided live status update on vehicle service too. Great place overall and highly recommend this service center.

I purchased my 2012 RDX at the Stevens Creek AutoNation Acura dealer and have been taking my vehicle only there to be serviced. Because I live closer to the Los Gatos Acura, I decided to take my vehicle there for future service. There were a couple of parts that needed to be ordered and I was told it would take a couple of days to arrive. As promised, two days later I received a phone call from Tom, informing me the parts had arrived. I made an appointment for the following day and everything went like clockwork. My wife and I have been on a search for an SUV for close to 2 years. A part of it has been due to Covid and the challenges of wanting to be at dealerships more than needed. I’ve had my previous Acura’s in past serviced @ Los Gatos Acura and was extremely pleased with their service. So it was naturally easy to connect with them once we decided on what type of model we were looking for. My sales consultant Max Baluch From the first time we connected was honest and very thorough with the process. Not once did he make any type of sales pitches Only delivered information for me to make my own decision accurately. We ordered the new 2022 MDX A spec version knowing that a test drive would be limited but read enough reviews in advance to know I was getting into a good situation situation. 10 days later our vehicle arrive. Max set me up with his financing partner Vu Nguyen Dad did just as amazing from a service standpoint to relationship building. No pressure No sales just pure information needed for a consumer. I felt safe through the entire process, Options were extremely thorough and seamless. It took less than 40 minutes to sit down and walkout with keys. Max Then gave me and my wife a great 30 minute tutorial of the vehicle from top to bottom and couldn’t be happier with his service, financing Team, and Los Gatos Accra as a whole. Without a doubt I would not only come back to Los Gatos Accra but refer Max and Vu with zero hesitations. Great job to the team!
Horrible experience!!! Don’t come here. They are not ready for business. I spent 5 hours waiting for the finance manager to process the paperwork. Only to discover I had to wait another hour and a half because “he was out on a training”.

The staff was super helpful. They got me in explained the next steps, got me a courtesy car, and got me back home in a speedy fashion. They called me as soon as they had a diagnosis and the job was done quickly. All steps were explained and communicated very promptly and I was able to get my car back with minimal disadvantage. All over my service rep, the cashier, and the mechanics did an awesome job. Highly recomended!

Even with strict COVID protocols in place the LG Acura team quickly provided the necessary maintenance for my RDX. They provided a summary of their findings when I picked up my vehicle.
I have been going to Acura Stevens creek and I was frustrated with their services. I had to wait for an hour to get their free shuttle. I am very happy that I changed my car servicing center to Los Gatos Acura. My experience was awesome with them. It started with the first phone call for appointment, the lady gave talking to me was very friendly. Got my appointment really quick. I came to their location and Ryan was there to attend me. Then I met Russ, he is the best. He explained me at least four times, the things my car needed to change. He called me several times to update me about my car.They loaned me their car for 3 days because my car was under repair. Very happy with everything and definitely coming back to this location for my future services.
