Their ice cream is super creamy and delicious. The mocha madness rolled ice cream is my favorite flavor. They serve boba as well and I would recommend their tea passion! Also, their staff is super nice and welcoming. I love the colorful interior of the place.

I visited their new location in Los Gatos, the place was so cute and on the Main Street, so if you have dinner or lunch nearby, then, after/before you could have ice cream roll to treat yourself! they also have drinks as well.

I visited a couple of days ago, the Matcha ice cream was really good with a strong tea flavor and not too sweet which was perfect. the manager, I think his name is Sean. He was really chill and patient, we had a good conversation and he introduced all the flavors on the menu. I will definitely be back again to try the other flavors. Also The portion is huge!

My family and I came in yesterday night and I ordered a hello marshmallow it was super good. We thought it was such a fun experience to watch them make the ice cream. Truly a one of a kind ice cream parlor. The chalk wall was very creative. Everybody was super nice and my kids loved it!

Probably the best ice cream in Los Gatos. Made fresh, in front of our eyes, from all natural ingredients at a reasonable price.Definately recommend.

I’m not a big fan of ice cream, but the way this place makes the rolled ice cream and all the different flavors are just amazing. The workers are so kind and watching them make the ice cream is so cool and satisfying!

I love their ice cream and friendly staff. I love the comfy space and the chalkboard fun!!! My favorite is Purple Rain - it tastes as beautiful as it looks.

Service was rendered by two unhappy folks who seemed annoyed that we walked into their parlor. The menus denote different ice creams with different toppings for a price, makes sense. However, upon ordering those items the customer may or may not be informed that those toppings do not come with the order (they are listed as suggestions rather than ingredients). These toppings may be purchased for $0.50 each. This seems unnecessary. Just charge more and include the toppings shown and listed on the menus in the total price. Customers do not enjoy feeling tricked. It is not the extra $0.50 per topping that irks me about this practice, it’s feeling jilted while I’m trying to order ice cream.A solid 2/5 stars for this place. If the awkward rundown-ness of this shop was the only factor, excluding disgruntled mumbling employees and jilting/misleading business practices, then it would be a solid 4 to 5 stars for the quality of the product. After all, everyone loves ice cream.There is a 100% chance we will not return.

The icecream maker was sweating and a drop felt down in the icecream he was preparing. He was very good doing it but didnt take care of healthy.

Excellent ice cream at a great price but each ice cream takes minimum 5-7 minutes, so typical wait time is 30+ minutes and poor communication to customers. Im still waiting...been 40 mins. Wont stay in business long at this rate.

Glazier has interesting collections of rolled ice-creams. I tested their brownie ice-cream at the nightmarket. It was one of the best ice-creams I ever tested. They have some other amazing flavors. It was an excellent experience and I definitely recommend to try this out.

We love this place! A different kind of ice cream that is created from scratch right in front of you; rolled in front of you, and served in the most appealing form. The downside is that there isnt enough seating inside or outside. For more seating, I would have given it 5 stars.Updated: They now have seating! Yay!

Go for the ice creams. Amazing ice creams. Make you own flavor or have the great ones they already have. We had safron ginger and orange citron one. Both were great! They have vegan ice creams too, which is kind of cool

Now serving coffee drinks. Owner and staff are kind and friendly. Visited twice now, and had two good experiences. Marshmallow ice cream and strawberry were both quite good. On our first visit, they were super kind and split the ice cream into multiple cups to share between people, making each one look really pretty with toppings.

As an ardent tea lover, I never leave a chance to taste any new kind of tea that I come across. I found one of that kind at Glazier during their nightmarket tasting event. I tasted a tea called Butterfly-Peek-A-Boo. It is a lemon grass green tea along with lemon juice and butterfly pea that give the extraordinary purple color on the top of the tea. I would recommend to check this item from them.

Being a chocolate and ice cream lover what better can I expect 🤞. The freshly made ice-cream has an amazing taste and above that is the aroma of the chocolate. That is something rare to find in ready made ice-creams. Tried the Glazier ice-creams a couple of times at different events/venues with family. Now, waiting for the shop to be open soon 👍

Good ice cream, similar to cold stone but it is formed into rolls which is pretty cool. They have some good prebuilt options or you can choose various toppings/ingredients to make your own.

Their tasting event was Great! I loved 3 different flavors because of how rich the ice cream was and the servers were quick. Im going to go all the time when they open!

Great ice cream at a fantastic location! i had the fudgespresso which was really tasty. I also got a chance to talk to one of the owners ari in shop that day, he was super freindly, will definitely be coming back when i want some quality ice cream

Amazing ice cream! I had the chocolate Insanity and it was all that a chocolate lover could wish for. Had a great blend of ice cream, Nutella, kit Kat for a crunch and fudge. Also ordered the lemongrass boba tea. Not a big fan of super sweet boba teas but this one was just perfect. Definitely visiting again!

I was so excited to try this, but it was just plain awful. I got the raspberry one, it didnt taste anything like raspberry. It was plain and had an awful aftertaste. I actually got a refund because I just couldnt eat it
