I really like this Starbucks. Before the Covid times, this would have been a lovely place to sit and relax and not think about the world turning under your feet. Cant wait for these times to be over!

Awesome place if you charge your Tesla. I used to complain about how dirty the floors are and it seems they are doing their best. I do think it is the customers fault, why on earth you make it dirty anyway, people are mean, but anyway, I do enjoy the stay there near the window.Good job, please keep it clean (customers!).

If youre looking for a Starbucks, this is about a good as they come. Great service, good location (especially if you have a Tesla you want to charge) and with fancy new dividers for the COVID-conscious customers.

Spacious but outside seating has road noise and part is for only Aldos, who will chase you away even if theyre not open.

I waited 30 minutes for my drinks. 4 people that ordered after me got their drinks. Asked 3 times if they could check on my order. Come to find out, they put down the wrong name when I literally spelt the name for the cashier. AND they got the drink order wrong AND my bagel bites were cold. :(

The crew in N Santa Cruz Los Gatos are gems. We hugely admire the way they continually adapt to restrictions, yet never let their friendliness and unswerving dedication to serving the best coffee possible, wane. Putting a name to someone behind a face mask, that’s them.

Great and convenient location with friendly staff. I was surprised that their selection of merchandise seemed lacking but hopefully that will change soon!

Very generic Starbucks location. I gave it three stars only because its completely indifferentiable from any other Starbucks. If you like Starbucks you like this location, if not then dont bother.

This is a great Starbucks and all the people that work there are great! The only problem, in the last few months there has been a longer wait for drinks because it seems like they are very understaffed. I feel bad for them, because of the understaffing other areas of the store are neglected and tends to be slightly dirty.

The staff is very professional and friendly and always seek to satisfy customers. The place is roomy and there are always spots to sit and surf and enjoy. I recommend this Starbucks.

Service is a bit slow, they seem to concentrate on call in orders before actual customers. Also condiments for coffee dont seem to get filled up regularly so you have to remind them about refilling it every time you visit

Once again another Starbuck this is a ordinary Starbucks nothing fancy friendly environment and decent drinks. Lots of seating but usually its all taken by the time you get there. Workers are nice and helpful but the prices of everything are so outrageous. $4 for a small cup of coffee I think I want to faint.

Nice outdoor seating area, but all the employees seemed very new. Everyone was very confused by a simple order of oatmeal and a breakfast sandwich. Hopefully they will learn quickly.

It must have been training day. The young man at the register was new, and didnt know how to work it very well. The young lady making drinks was extremely slow: at my home store one the barista yesterday made at least twice as many drinks, and simultaneously kept up conversations with his customers. Fortunately the drink was well made.

What can I say, its a Starbucks. This one seems to have plenty of space to sit and work. Also has some outdoor seating.

Good service little people at afternoon time when it’s dinner but there is one problem whenever there is a new worker they don’t know how to operate so it takes awhile but it’s fine i guess it was worth the wait and i’ll be coming back

Asked for a caramel mocha... they gave me a caffeine flavored snow cone with a a straw they also assumed my gender some ladys baby was crying as well and the staff did nothing if i was the manager i would of told her and her spawn to leave the damn store

Love the location and the outdoor seating. Generally not too busy...the staff is always friendly and on top of things. Lost a star tho for staffing...been in several times when theres a line and only one person behind the counter while other people pop in and out from the backroom. Seems like they leave there people hangin alot on both sides of the counter

Worst service ever. The girl behind the counter took my order as if I was interrupting her from something more important. She huffed and puffed while I got a simple dark roast with heavy cream. She said well all the cream is out on the counter for you. I said I wanted heavy cream. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a hard time. What a joke. Girl should just quit if she hates it so much.

Starbucks is always good and this looks ation does a good job. This location is on the smaller side but the staff do a good job on the drinks and make up for that.

No drive through so make sure you order ahead like 10 minutes because based on my experience the other baristas like to stand around and talk, while the online barista busts her butt and flys solo... zero team work!

Everybody knows me here, very friendly and fun, i wish i worked here since everybidy seems like they are having fun, they are very quick and ive only had to get my order redone once due to a mistake. But my experience is enjoyable each time i come in

Starbucks is Starbucks the inside is like all the rest. The problem with this Starbucks in Saratoga is that it has very little parking... 7 spots to be exact.

The main area is nice and the staff is friendly, but the restroom looks like a scene straight out of Saw. Flickering fluorescent lighting, filthy walls, disgusting floors. (This at 9am.)

One of the more efficient Starbucks in the area, though they do have some trouble with online order details on occasion.

I find the service is very slow at this Starbucks. I think it maybe due they try to handle to many orders at one time because they also take call in orders too which slows all the orders down too

Coming from someone who goes to Starbucks EVERY DAY, this location has the absolute worst service we have ever gotten! First because they have a broken table, a full venti latte is spilled on our macbook frying it. Staff dont apologize, or show any concern - just mop up and replace the latte, and leave the broken table. Then, when I want to use the washroom, I get shouted at go use the Pet Co washroom! because the floor is wet.

The barista talked to a friend over counter, pausing at length to get her point across, which btw she was discussing something really inappropriate. The other patrons and I just looked at each other wondering if we would ever get our drinks. Starbucks used to be known for service. I have to say this particular location has issues.

​I have been to this Starbucks location place many occasions, most of time it is Ok, but a few times the staff gave me a bad experience. I usually just let go and try to be positive and just forget about it. Today, this morning, I tried this new roll but it tasted very bad and old, I requested to change it to a different coffee cake. The staff did helped me to change it but give me very looks and bad attitude. Im very disappointed that this happened in such a famous brand name coffee place.In addition, I order a Grande Coffee, the staff gave me very hot cup without cardboard sleeve and I almost burned myself. I asked her why did you not give me the sleeve and you gave other customers one?, She told me that: because you ordered a Grande coffee I said: I see you gave other customers why not gave me? She said: Normally we dont gave sleeve for orders of Grande coffee, other people ordered Vente coffee I saw other customers ordered Tall and Vente coffee are have the cardboard sleeve. The whole thing didnt make sense to me...???In this case I would love to support other local no name brand coffee place has better services and quality cake. Spend my money and having better feeling and experiences.
