Small but neat and my go to for quick groceries when I cant visit the one on Almaden which is bigger and has a bit more items
The usual good quality selection. Would have had a better experience without the weirdo walking around trying to give bibles to people.
This was the third whole foods we had been to today my mom and I were out checking out the different sites to see what the difference might be in the pastries mostly ha ha this ended up being the best one on this side of the hill were from Santa Cruz and of course were partial to our stores but I must tell you that this one off Blossom Hill was pretty darn good. We had just come from the store on Almaden Expressway which Ill give it a review in a minute because it wasnt so good but this one here was great it was clean people were friendly they helped you out almost to the point where it was alright already!! ha ha! We ended up getting several of the snacks in the pastry department to sample and I got lots of pictures of them because they were Yum Yum good good whole foods store.
Entered to do an Amazon return of the customer service desk.Super handy and helpful staff
Great place to shop. The people that work there act like they enjoy working and helping customers.
I like this mini whole foodsWhat I dont love is their salad bar. Its good quality but today I was told they absolutley will not be adding black olives to the salad bar. May be based on locals requests on what they prefer?Ill get my salads somewhere else. Also today I got the Edamame potstickers with Teriyaki sauce in the prepared foods section and there was a chicken wing in the packaging. How does this happen????Not so sure this is acceptable.Their dessert section and sushi section great
Got dinner and lunch for tomorrow. Friendly service and lots of different foods to choose from.
Slowest checkout I’ve encountered at a Whole Foods in the Bay Area. Long lines. No self checkout. Bummer!
Nice crew, well stocked. The Amazon returns are by the right of the entry.
Relatively small whole foods store. Nice and cozy....
Decent whole foods store.
Our local Whole Foods has great selection with friendly staff. Definitely our go to store for daily needs.
A very upscale area this Whole Foods is located in. Long line to enter into, but worth it. Came in for a burrito, but got some hearty lasagna, lemon chicken, and mixed veggies. What I noticed is that the food bar is actually at eye level and some tasty food that we all know, instead of foods that one doesnt know what the item is, as is the case at other Whole Foods location.
Got some vegan items. Always a pleasure to shop at Whole foods
Best Whole foods for burritos, hands down. I was fortunate enough to get the man that I believe is the manager back there behind the display case of deliciousness. He makes the BOMB burritoes exactly to order and great conversation to boot. I travel a bit of a distance to go here when were craving the burritos and pizza, the almaden one has a few creepy employees touching your food, dreadlocks and nose rings handling my food, hard pass 🤢🤮and an emotionless female that stares at you with the enthusiasm of a stuffed zombie🧟♀️
Great store for vegans
Whole paycheck, is the term I have heard them referred as... not far off... I was in the LOS GATOS store. I was looking for ready to eat hot... I left empty handed. For me I was looking for more. Mexican just did not do it. Lovely store...
Timely, safely managed from what i can tell, for my every other week pickups. I drop my husband off at Stanford Cancer Care center, pick up groceries and go home for a few hours until i pick him up again. Minimizing the contact with the public for our house
Smaller sized Whole Foods. Staff is friendly, selection is not as wide as the large stores in SJ, but you also dont feel like youre going to get lost in there lol
As much as I hate to say this, the fact is Whole Foods quality has gone downhill. At this store, the container cartons, and yogurt and plastic, all smell like unpleasant strong laundry detergent. It must be transferred to the products, but it is awful. We could not even wash it off, it’s so embedded in the packaging. It’s now happened 3 times, so unfortunately we will need to shop elsewhere for most products.Additionally, all Whole Foods it seems, is lesser quality than it was pre Amazon. It’s mediocre at best and too often below. Stale food, poor quality vegetables, are the norm now.
Stop asking me so many questions about bagging and let me get on with my day.
It has been going downhill hill since Jeff Bezos bought it. They sell Cheerios for example, the cereal highest and glyphosate a cancer-causing herbicide more commonly known as Roundup. My friend works at Whole Foods along time ago and she said it was a good place to work then and it just got worse and worse so she quit.
Pricey but good selection.
Some foods were only partial. What up with that?
The store is smaller than many Whole Foods and therefore has less selection, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. Several times I have been walking through the store with list in hand and been asked if I needed help finding anything.
All the food is fresh AND organic!! Prices are a bit pricey, but it has very wide selections for the healthy minded shopper. They have a very helpful, friendly staff PLUS a butcher & fresh seafood. How can you go wrong. If you cant find it ANYwhere else ... try Wholefoods.... it will probably be there.
Great selection of foods from around the world. They also have great safety protocols in place for in-store shopping that keep you feeling safe and protected while there.
Good selection, always has plenty of sale items...deli and ready-made hot food reasonable and delicious.
Its a smaller Whole Foods, but has all the same great stuff!
Good shopping places
A cozy spot a bit difficult to maintain distance...
Location wise it is convenient, but they have such limited stock I am always missing at least one item from the list that the larger Whole Foods carry. Staff is always friendly and the store is not too crowded. Ive heard some days are better than others. Like you have to go on the day they put out the new shipment of produce. Then you have better selection.
Excellent local store with tons of very healthy options. The produce is generally wonderful with tons of organic fruits and vegetables, many hailing from local growers and farms as well! Their deli section is superb, with tons of great selections for prepared dishes and various meats and cheeses. Their meat and fish department is simply amazing with a great selection of organic and grass-fed beef. Their meat grading chart is also strict abs wonderful, giving patrons a great idea of what they are purchasing! I could go on and on, this is a great store with so many healthy products.
It is a Whole Foods Market... The store is on a smaller side, helpful staff, good layout that is easy to navigate - you will recognize it if youve been to other stores. Will go back when I will be in the neighborhood.
Good prices on quality beer
Team members are always friendly and helpful.
Really thoughtful, caring people. Always a pleasure shopping here
Nice 🍃
Prices are very good. An staff are pleasant an helpful.
The staff does an amazing job to keep the shelves full.
Always a little lukewarm on this location. Even before COVID, and even after the major panic-buying problem that affected all grocery stores has subsided, this store has had major issues staying stocked up on the most basic pantry staples. I frequently need to combine this grocery run with a trip to Lunardi’s across the street. Lately it’s been worth it to me to compromise on some things I prefer to buy at WF just to limit the amount of stores I need to hit doing weekly errands. It’s clear to me that there is a management/operations issue at this location versus a supply chain problem, as other WF stores just several miles away do not experience the same problems.
Store is on the small side, but everything you need is here. Bakery and prepared food section is great.
Lots of vegan products, well stocked and good customer service.
Okay, not one of the better ones.
Line moved pretty quickly.
Incredible food, incredible staff, very nice people with great authentic food. Got the lamb gyro and chicken kabob and both were delicious.
I can buy 3 things and spend 60 bucks sprouts has simular stuff and cheaper
Whole foods always donates food to our non-profit Teen Challenge here in San Jose. We are thankful for their donations.
Bad deli/sandwich service, but they were very apologetic and kind after I was in touch with corporate.
This store has ZERO respect for covid-19 regulations. It’s crowded, the staff aren’t wearing masks effectively, I was crowded in line had to ask the people to step back and they didn’t and the staff did nothing.
Great fresh food easy dinner night. We got often for our meat and vegetables but lately we have enjoyed going getting dinner and sitting down and enjoying it.
I gave this place a five star rating because it has fresh fruits and celery juice orange juice and also carriages we get groceries from here all the time
Very small store, but the quality of the produce seems to be better than most other whole foods stores. Its easier to get help here than the Campbell store, and staff are friendlier. Overall, the management seems to be great. I just wish the selection was better.
The Los Gatos Store is, IMHO, the store that can make the most improvementin customer satisfaction. I stopped doing my primary shopping in Los Gatosand now shop at the Blossom Hill Store. Much, much better. For me its allabout choice and selection. As far as pricing, I am spending more $$$ in bothSafeway and Costco for organic products (fruit/veggies).
The Los Gatos location is closest to me, and the service has been pretty good, but Im giving it 3/5 because the actual facility is in need of a remodel and expansion. Compared to other Whole Foods stores in the area its basically the red headed stepchild, which is kind of amazing given the demographics of the area the store is located in.
Great meat and fish although one day I did not get fresh fish, so I might change my rating if it happens again
This place is great. I wish it was bigger so they could have some more pre made foods some of the other stores have. For some reason most of the food tastes better here than the one on blossom hill. Not sure why but keep up the great food. Staff is top notch!
Could be quite crowded and hard to keep social distancing
Love there bread the make, pecan rasin is my favorite. My new favorite is sour dough with rosemary.
This may be the smallest Whole Foods Ive seen, though thats not necessarily a bad thing. I usually go to Whole Foods for their prepared foods section, and here the size does hurt the selection. The staff here are generally very friendly whenever Ive been here.
Great stuff good staff!
Super pleasant staff!! Always willing to help.
They have a consistently good produce section and precooked foods area
A bit on the smaller side. They dont always have dry aged ribeye in stock. But other than that I dont have much to complain about.
Love the new beer and wine service they added. Grab some good food that actually has “nutritional value” and sit at the bar with friends...
People who work here are friendly. They offer great local products.Food court: Significantly less food options compared to other locations. Menu nearly is the same from day to day.
Smaller but same quality
I shop at Los Gatos Whole Foods on weekly basis because 1) the location is convenient and 2) great selection. We all know that they are over-priced... yet Im willing to pay $$ for good organic & fresh produce for my kids. BUT Im SO tired of poor customer service - specially in meat & produce department. I like the baked goods & cheese selections. This review is not based on a single incident & Im just sick of it. Looking at other alternatives.
This place use to big and spacious a few years when I use to come here for lunch every coupe of days.. Now it is crammed together. The quality is still ok.
No safety protocols in place. Employees climbing on refrigerator shelves stepping on dairy products. Would you want to put those dairy containers in your fridge or on kitchen counter? Disgusting!!
DISGUSTED by the way a WF employee spoke to me today. The Las Gatos store is clearly a throw away store. I shop here AT LEAST twice a week. To be BLATANTLY yelled at by an employee while making my purchase was humiliating. There was ABSOLUTELY no resolution WHATSOEVER. I left without purchasing my items.
Very good Market, I have the privilege of working here. Good friendly Team Members. 👍😎👍
This store has a very small space and smaller set of stock than other Whole Foods Market in South Bay. But it is as nice as other stores. Friendly staffs, great produces, well made ready-to-pick up foods.
I had an organic lunch here. I realize now it was an Amazon store.
With almost everything being overpriced, you would think they would hire cashiers that have some manners! Shows poor management. I only go there if I have to. Gas station employees have better manners. Maybe thats why the store is doing less business than it used to.
Always clean and well stocked.
Great oysters
I like Whole Foods.I also like using my Amazon card..good sales using it at Whole Foods!
Good quality produce, meat and fish. The actual store is so small, though. Wish theyd expand this location.
Drive n Dash Turkey Dinner quickest pickup ever
Great place for all of your food and other needed meals
One of the less ideal WholeFoods to visit. They’re small and variety is limited. Their ready-to-go foods at the bar and selections are also grossly lacking.
Trolly jam! The 33rd wealthiest town in the US warrants better than this claustrophobic WFM. Perhaps Amazons deep pockets will enable relocation into more generously proportioned quarters.
One of my favorite stops for produce, eggs, milk, sushi etc.. very courteous staff... however when I got Sashimi from them today, it didnt have ginger within the pack :-(
Great local Whole foods store. Somewhat on the smallish side, but makes up for it with really friendly staff.
Love the organic produce and healthy products, but they dont call it whole WALLET for nothing... Good stuff, high prices so added together gets them 3 stars.
Price is higher than other grocery stores but also better quality
Overall it is nice, but tight parking and smaller aisles usually drives me to going to the one on Blossom Hill or Hamilton.
Really small with limited selection. Tight tight tight spaces. Good if you need 1 item.
Sassy employees at customer service counter. But nice employees overall
Came in to buy some supplies for Thanksgiving and I was STARVING. Asked John at the pizza counter if they had any vegan options available. He told me unfortunately they didnt have any slices available so I asked if they had any vegan cheese available to order on a whole pizza. He said they didnt have any on hand but if I wanted to order a pizza he would go ahead and grab some off the shelf. I went ahead and ordered a pizza with daiya cheese and vegan sausage and he told me to come back in 20 minutes. Upon my return come to find out that John took it upon himself to add a few veggies as well and had unintentionally created ONE OF THE BEST VEGAN PIZZAS I HAVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. John is the best, not only for going out of his way to get vegan cheese, but for creating the tastiest pizza I could have ever imagined being baked inside a Whole Foods. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!
The staff is really friendly and very helpful. The only thing is this is a pretty small location with a limited selection of items.
This is one of the smallest Whole Foods weve visited in the Bay Area. They didnt carry several of our favorites foods - Coyo coconut yogurt, Kitchen Witch Bone Broth. The WFM in Cupertino is much, much larger.
Convenient location and the stuff is friendly. Their quality is very good thats why you pay more $$
Very friendly cozy neighborhood market.A bit small for a whole foods though.Parking can get nuts at times.
The Los Gatos store is small but well done.
Kind of a small parking lot to deal with. Other than that...they people that work their seem to always smile and be fairly quick to check you out.
Small but well stocked
Make new friends and knew people p2p, and the service is great.
I love the cheese and wine selection.
