They were charging me a late fee when my payments weren’t even late. I finally decided to look at my statements. $80 late fee when it says my payment are only $179. Then 4$ processing fee. Not being cheap just don’t like being scammed. Straight rip off!!! I wouldn’t recommend nobody here. Yeah they take you with bad credit but they get you for your money .then they were charging me more than what a 2018 Kia is worth. The money I put in this car was and is a waste. The car was stuck for a month and a half would go in Drive after a 2 months I had the car and they tried to make me make another payment before even fixing the car called everyday and nothing was ever done. And still wasn’t

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a job and I have other income coming in and this place wanted a $3,000 down payment from me and then was gonna make my payment $400 dollars a month. Then I later find out that they have sellsman that have let people with no lisence and liability insurance drive off there lot with just $1,000 people that work hard gets nothing while people who does everything illegally gets everything I will never return to this car lot

The office staff was awesome! But the company itself is a mess. I would not recommend anyone to go there or purchase from there. My car payment was twice a month and expensive. They were supposed to help when they are charging so much. They also don’t let you know that you’re leasing a car. Also I asked for my pay off a few times & they kept saying it takes 24 hours to email and I never received it. They wouldn’t give it to me over the phone.

They were able to help me to get a car regardless of me being in bankruptcy. The issues I had with them were that the battery was dead in the car I wanted. The paperwork took upwards to six hours. Plus an extra $6k just for the maintenance/warranty that comes with it. Now that I have the car, I waited three weeks and went to get my car registered. To come to find out, they never told me to bring them the vin check papers… got a new paper plate, waited yet another three weeks and went back to the bmv to get it registered. Once again, this time I found out they FORGOT TO PROCESS THE VIN CHECK TO SEND THE BMV THE TITLE WORK! 🤦🏼‍♀️ This time they weren’t allowed to give me a third paper plate. So I’ve been driving around for yet another three weeks this time with expired paper plates. I finally was able to get my car registered, BUT WAIT THERES MORE!!! I had to get my car registered in my moms name all because the dealership didn’t sign the other lease that was in my name, only the one my moms name was on… I’m sooooo over this dealership! I tried calling and it takes forever and most of the time they never pick up! I’m trying to get reimburse for the oil change I just got! 😤🤦🏼‍♀️

I have been to every dealership in the area that would take me on as a customer. I got turned down so many times because of my bad credit or that I needed a co-signer. But that all changed when I went into American Car Center. Andrew and Ed assured me that I was going to get approved, and I did. Thanks to them, I drove away in a 2014 Mazda3! They were so kind to me and were very patient with me when other dealers would seem frustrated because I didnt like the cars they presented me with. I was very happy here and it felt like I was at home. These guys are miracle workers! If you are in a bind and need a car, go to ACC! They seriously help you out!

This company is a rip off and a LEASE. My car broke down and all they could tell me is they will email someone. So basically I’m paying $30,000 for a car that is a LEASE but it’s worth $13,490 on Nada website. Filing a BBB complaint today.

Went there looking for a car salesman was supposed to check inventory and call me back. Still havent received a call so I went elsewhere.

Place is closed now. I bought my car from them.They promise so much but never follow through. I have had problem after problem with them financially first they tried to say that we are full coverage insurance and made at liability so they started to charge us their own full coverage from their Allied Insurance Company which was totally false we have had full coverage insurance since we first got the car so I had to go through the whole process of contacting Allstate and having them email Allied when they could have done it themselves. But instead of making the extra effort to make sure thats a work for wrecked and not mistaken they just decided to take the money out of my account then I was told I cannot make automatic monthly payments until my account is audited after the mistake that was made over the insurance so I was calling making my bi-weekly payments when just last week they hit my account and took a payment 2 days after I had just made my payment which set my bank account in to overdraw I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy...sorry I mistakenly said they were closed but they are not.I apologize for that but I meant what I said.They still have yet to co tact me but yet will continue to take money out of my account

At first things were good when I got the vehicle in February then fast forward to August I am dealing with being put on a bi-weekly payment schedule instead of semi-monthly and have spoken with Dre, Ed Hardy, Pattie Fields, and Nickolay Gonzalez who havent gotten back to me to resolve this issue I will also report this to the BBB very unprofessional!!!!!

One word....WOW! I thought bankruptcy and then divorce had destroyed my credit. Even with a REPO, I was approved. Tommy was flexible, communicative, and knowledgeable . I thought I made my mind up and then he called me to let me know that what I really wanted arrived that day!!! Swamped with work I was worried I wouldn’t make it in time and It would sell. He went out of his way to let me know anytime someone was there even inquiring about it. With subprime Credit, I often get fairly disrespected, especially at auto lots. This dealership is clean and friendly and they offered cold water bottles to all customers (it hot that day too)! I actually felt like I was in a brand new show room as it was so clean and modern. I didn’t have the seedy feeling I have felt at other used car dealers in town The sales manager, Eddie, didn’t talk to me like I was beneath him or stupid. He explained everything thoroughly. For a dealership new to Dixie Highway (and I believe new to the Louisville area) go see these guys… . PS- I drove off with a late Model Sedan with nice features....The best part is that only had 67,000 miles on it. The worst part is they can’t keep cars in stock fast enough!!! If you see something you like snag it quickly . I can’t believe I was able to drive off in a car that nice. Yes they really are the kings of credit and you actually get treated like royalty .

Went there Monday explained I had poor communication from last dealership salesman promised that wouldnt be the case there. No communication from them at all called Wednesday morning to see if I was approved got the run around and told I wasnt as important as person sitting at store and told I didnt know how car business works. I grew up in car business spent most of my life in it. Ive forgot more than that salesman will ever learn.

I was able to get the vehicle i wanted. Low down payment and late model vehicles with low mileage conditions. My monthly payment is extremely low and they report to credit bureau.
