Pleasant experience. I knew what I wanted and it was on their lot, dealt over the phone one day, drove to Kentucky to pick up the car the next day. Erik was the absolutely best salesman and helped this become an easy and pleasant experience! I am a happy customer and highly recommend Bachman. Worth the drive!

Best time Ive ever had buying a car. It didnt take hours the salesman was funny and laid back. I bought a car in December and I referred my mom this past Saturday, she also bought a car. Needless to say my husband needs a new truck and I know where we are going. Just saying.

Honesty not apart of the finance dept. Was taken for an extra $125. Four attempts to contact finance manager. Via email, phone calls, in person and mail. No replies. Reason because he knows what he did to get me to buy the vehicle that day. Unbelievable

Steer clear of this dealership! My husband put a fully refundable deposit on a Corvette last year through Mike Davenport the Chevy Dude at Bachman Chevrolet. The backlog to get the cars is just longer than he wanted to wait, so he requested the deposit to be refunded which was fully within the terms when the deposit was made. After 2 months, we still dont have the deposit back. Not good business!

I went in to buy a corvette. I guess they thought I could not afford one because I drove up in a Kia Optima. I was ready to pay cash for the black ZR reduced to $128,000. Since the three sales personnel sitting at the door were so snotty I left. I guess its time you do not judge others by what they drive or look like.

They will go the extra mile to ensure you drive away with a big smile on your face. But the service doesn’t stop at the sale! If you have any issues at all, they are on top of it. We just recently purchased a Chevy Equinox (Call Byron Sims, they have a few more!) and we were questioning a few things after our purchase. Creed Fowler, the general sales manager sent an email (probably auto-generated to encourage us to fill out the new car survey) and I thought “What the heck, I’m going to ask.” I never expected a response. Not only did I get a response, but every question and issue I had, Creed passed on to the new car sales manager at Bachman Chevrolet and to our salesman Byron Sims. I went to test drive a Tuscon that had been sold hours earlier, which was a bummer. However, the salesman found something comparable, and was awesome answering all of my questions about towing capacity and safety features. I ultimately decided to push the purchase back a few months so I can upgrade a little more, and Im going back to Josh Brewer! After looking at 4 other dealerships, he was 100% the best!

Purchased a vehicle from Bachman Chevrolet not long ago. The salesman, Dan DaPonte, did an outstanding job. Additionally, Mr. DaPonte proved his integrity by following up with me regarding additional agreements made while selling the vehicle that benefited the seller, not the dealership, and were not written in the contract. I would certainly purchase another vehicle with Dan. If he gives his word, he keeps it.

Horrible experience in the purchase of a new Volkswagen Tiguan. I spent 30 years in the retail automotive business and never treated a customer the way my wife and I were. It was bad from start to finish. Wouldnt have stayed had it not been for the fact they had only Tiguan around like we wanted. Our books were not filled out, we were not shown the service dept. or parts dept. When we arrived we were told to take the Tiguan for a 20 minute drive and not shown how anything works on the vehicle. We have not been contacted about anything since purchase and its been 10 days. Theres much more to the ranting but Ill stop. We love the Tiguan!!

Not really impressed. Thru do good but I am not really sure I like using them. The service is better than a year ago but they still take to long to check you in and grey your car back. I also did not get adequate follow up cakes on my vehicle stats when I went out of town.

Place is customer centric. Always do their best to do what a customer expects which many times is above and beyond. Good people doing their best. Comfortable, no pressure, treated with respect and care. Very very good place to do business and service. Highly recommend.

Well, buying a car is my favorite thing to do, right after pulling my fingernails out with a pair of plyers. This particular part of the group was the Chevy part, where they had a used vehicle. Reviewed the vehicle, looked thru the paperwork, all in all was not a total plyers experience. I would go back. Remember, your mileage may vary, void where prohibited.

I was looking at a new Corvette today. A salesman asked me if I was looking to buy today. He was about about 30 feet away. I responded no and he went back to speaking with other sales people. Guess its early in the month. The last Corvette I purchased from them was a good experience or I would have rated them lower.

I worked here back in 2015-16, so admittedly Im writing this a little late. Better late than never though, right?I worked for the Chevrolet store specifically and I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience for the year and change I worked here. The managers expected you to work, but werent overbearing and had a sense of humor. My coworkers and peers, including the salesman, helped to keep the slow days interesting and handled the busy hours well.If you work hard here and do whats expected of you, they reward that. Thats valuable, because it isnt that way everywhere. There are a lot of ways they treat employees well that they dont have to do, either.From a customer standpoint, I would consider buying a car here (I have one of the most reliable cars on the planet and its paid for, so Ill be driving that thing until the wheels fall off) if I was in the market for one.

Went for regular service on my Subaru WRX. My pup and I was treated well and I was in and out in no time, besides regular service, I had a concern and they checked it out.The oil change and tire rotation was done and the price was right, plus its being done by people that know Subarus!Bachman Subaru is good people. I trust them.

Called to make an appointment. To wait for my car to get repaired would be two weeks or drop off the next day. I asked why I couldnt wait and they didnt know. So I dropped it off. My warranty was expired because I was at 36200 miles. Just two hundred miles. Then they overcharged me by $50. I called to speak with the service manager and he argued with me. Once he looked into it, he found that they were in the wrong. He had someone else call to apologise for him. I will not be returning. Im not loving my Subaru experience.

Bachman Subaru is by far the best Subaru dealership in Louisville. Employees and customers are treated like family. I have had a Subaru of some sort since 1998, these guys have been there for me and my family, who are also Subaru owners.

Im a first time buyer and I am extremely dissapointed with my decision to buy at Bachman. I bought a used vehicle and purchased a warrenty for it and ive had the vehicle for 10 months and have had to service it 5 times. The service department is absolutely terrible. The amount of time and money I have spent on this is absolutely ridiculous. I would not advise buying a vehicle from here.
