My wife has always wanted a Ford T-Bird convertible. I searched the Internet and found the perfect one at Craig and Landreth. I called and spoke to a very friendly, extremely helpful lady, Holly. She went above and beyond to give me all the information I would need to consider purchasing the T-Bird. When the purchase became a reality, I began speaking with Zack, who--I believe- is responsible for out-of-state sales (I may have his title incorrect). I say this with all sincerity...He was so helpful and eager to make sure the sale was a pleasurable experience, that I began to have suspicions that this place wasnt on the up-and-up. Ive purchased many cars in my 50+ years, and NO DEALER has been that nice to deal with and negotiate. We bought the car about three (3) weeks ago, and the current COVID issue has car haulers in short supply (We live in AL, and they are in KY), Zack moved heaven and earth to secure a reliable hauler to bring the T-Bird to us. It arrived in the same, pristine condition as it appeared in the many photos and videos that Zack sent me from the showroom. I also spoke with Mr. Craig, the owner, shortly before the car was shipped, and he struck me as a genuinely decent man who just wanted to do right by us. He did. Zack did. Holly did. Zack has also kept in touch to make sure we received all the documentation and just to make sure we were still glad we did business with Craig and Landreth. We certainly are glad, and we wouldnt hesitate for a second to purchase another vehicle from these folks.
Saw the car I really wanted at Craig and Landreth so I reached out to them. They were located 1000 miles away from me but Zach and the team at Craig and Landreth Cars made sure it was like they were right next door. Constant communications back and forth including photos, documentation, and videos depicting multiple vehicle features and functions.The decision to purchase was simple. The vehicle was priced quite fairly especially for a vehicle as desirable as this. Securing a hold on the car was effortless with a wire and the remaining documents were expedited to me for signature the next day.After returning the documents in the provided expeditious return envelope I had already been contacted by the vehicle transport service. Quite to my surprise they had been scheduled already and picked the car up from Craig and Landreth a day early. This meant we would have our vehicle a day earlier than expected.The car is absolutely phenomenal. Far better that I imagined and it has been non stop enjoyment for my wife and I since we took ownership of it. Beautiful vehicle that was quite well represented by folks who absolutely positively know what they’re doing.Even spoke to Zach a few days after the vehicle was delivered to be sure that we were satisfied and enjoying the car. I purchased a 2007 Corvette Z06 for C&L in February. Being a specialty vehicle, I expected to find this special car parked among Civics and Camrys. Not So. The facility I found my car in was stocked with sports cars, hot rods, and specialty vehicles. The sales men there were knowledgeable and real car guys. They recognized me as a person looking for that next car that would be a part of my family for many years to come. I traveled from out of state and was thinking I would have to do some arm twisting to take the car for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was waiting outside, warmed up and running. I gave it the once over and the salesman encouraged me to take her around the block. I was impressed and thought the car was fairly advertised. Back at the dealership, the salesmen went above and beyond to make me satisfied with the history and condition of the car, making it impossible for me to pass on such a great deal. Bought my car here about a month ago, the car is fine and I got a great deal on it, but their warranty system is very lacking and you need to get service with them for it to apply. Plus the battery in the car was at 25% health so I had to pay for a new one out of pocket. Their service center is, by the way, horrible. Just awful, every time I show up with plenty of time for them to fix the brake light before closing and they say come back in a week all the way until the warranty runs out. Then they charge me $300 for a brake light that was broken when they sold me the car, and they didnt tell me the cost till they had already done it.
They will rip you off with their warranty’s, I bought a nice truck from them at the beginning of 2020, the truck was only a year old and they kept me at the car lot of over 8 hours to get the paperwork ready to sign, once they was finally ready for me to sign they rushed the paperwork and didn’t properly go over the warranty’s they added in on the loan, they didn’t ask me if I wanted them they just added them in. After recently trading my truck in at Toyota, the salesman told me how badly Craig and landereth ripped me off, they charged me 6,000 for a 5 year warranty on a 1 year old truck that still had a manufacturer warranty with all the warranty’s they added on me it came out to almost 8000 bucks for warranty’s I didn’t even need. Save your money and go somewhere else. 5 year warranty’s should be no more than 3,000
STAY AWAY FROM HERE !! I brought a decent car from this place in 2018 that lasted me up to 150K miles. The front suspension went out exactly 10k miles after the warranty ended. Tried to trade it in and the General Manager DAN quoted me a great price and promised me this same price the next day. Once I got there the next day the car salesman I was working with before was not there. DAN suggested me to work with a salesman I never meet. But instead, I asked for the black car salesman who I knew sold a car to a good friend of mine so I trusted him. Long story short, what DAN quoted me completely changed and I all of a sudden needed a co-signer. I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN !!! They sell to who they want. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Very bad policyWent up there to test drive a car and they want to run a credit and talk about number before we take a test drive?How come we waste time on something before we know if we like it or not?And running credit does hurt a credit score and no one would like to lose credit for no reason

I took my rating down to one. Once they make a sell they dont care to return calls. I have called numerous times to get cds out of my trade-in and was told there were no cds. The cd player was full. Recently went to Cry Me Pretty concert and that cd along with others were in the player. Saleman removed items from my car and put in new car. I would have preferred to do this myself so that I know I get my stuff!! Also called numerous times about getting another key. No luck there either. Was sold insurance I didnt need. My vehicle has bumper to bumper coverage for 50,000 miles through Lexus. Why would they sell me a policy to cover electronics for 50,000 when it is already covered by manufacturer.

I was searching a Cummins 2500 they had one on the lot I test drove it I liked the truck, but coming from a lifted truck and aftermarket wheel/tires I wasn’t necessarily looking to do buy all that again; they informed me they had a truck at their Shepherdsville location that was more what I wanted with aftermarket wheel/tires, tinted windows and a aftermarket front bumper. I wasn’t fully sure how I felt and if it was the right choice, but they offered to let me take the truck for a 24 hour test drive and I ended up with a 2020 ram 2500 Laramie the next day. I absolutely love the truck I plan on having it for a long time and with now having experience with the dealership if I decide to sell my sports car I will definitely be buying the replacement from them.

Communication throughout the process was great. John even sent me paperwork my credit union needed on his day off to get the deal done as soon as possible. John also sent me added pictures and videos of car so I knew the car inside and out, and what it sounded like! After the deal was done John called to check on the car, and to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I also recieved a Brand new key fob in the mail, which I wasnt expecting. They have to learn that when putting a car up for sale, it must have gone through a quality control and repair things that have problems when being sold, that is called professionalism and maintaining a good reputation, they know what I mean, Of course I am not in their database, because my friend was the one who bought the car from them and this comment is because I am a witness of the inconvenience caused.
Posted my car for sale on Facebook, one of their salesman messaged me about and never said anything about him being a salesman at the dealership so when I met him for him to look at it he sent me to the dealership and then proceeded to bring me to his desk and fill out paper work which I never said anything about the whole time I thought HE wanted to buy it but he was just trying to trap me into one of their cars so I’m sitting there for over 2 hours while the mechanic and another teenager (lot porter) took it out for a joyride without my consent wasting half a tank of gas and when I got it back it was a mess and he kept trying to convince me to buy one of their bmws and only offer me a fraction of what the car was worth and what I was asking I’ve never felt so disrespected 0/10 these guys are a joke and have no respect for people all they care about is making a sale to get paid. NEVER AGAIN. I will never recommend them to anyone waste of time and damaged my car.

I reached out regarding a car they had for sale and was lucky enough to get in touch with Harold. He texted me in detail answering all of my questions and actually took my inquiry seriously even though I was just a customer from out of state asking questions. One popped up at their Clarkesville store that peaked our interest, so we took a Saturday drive over to check it out. We had ZERO intentions on buying a car that day. There was something about the sales rep Scott that was completely soothing. You didnt get the stereotypical used car salesman vibe. It was like talking to your dad. We test drove a couple vans with no pressure. Once we decided to explore a possible purchase, we met with the manager Richard shortly after. I got a great vibe from him as well, so the discussion continued. Their pricing was already under market but they came down even further to make the deal work. I have never had a better experience when purchasing a car. If youre in the market for a new car, please give them a shot. You wont be disappointed.

I worked with Justin and Darren to buy my 2013 Fiat. Honestly, Darren was lovely, but it seemed that I couldn’t get an answer on anything unless I spoke with him, so I’m not sure what value Justin added at all to the sale even though his name was on all my paperwork. I received the car via freight delivery at midnight on the date it was due to arrive. It was covered with grease on the inside, stained the fabric, and had less than a quarter tank of gas even though I was charged $30 on my contract for a gas fee. When I tried to follow up with Justin regarding this, he apologized and said he would have a check out to me the next day. Darren also followed up and said he would speak to the delivery company about reimbursing me for the interior detailing that needed to be done on the car. The first time I put gas in the vehicle, I realized there was something wrong when I could not fill the tank. I took it into be serviced and they had to replace the charcoal canister, esim filter and fuel funnel. All could have been avoided if the dealership checked the engine appropriately and put gas in the car as promised. I never heard anything after that and have been following up with the dealership for weeks now, trying to get answers and my paperwork so I can, at the VERY least, register my vehicle in my state. I have to say I feel like as soon as my check was cashed, the care and service went out the window and I’m so disappointed, it has ruined the car for me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Hard to get on the phone to answer questions, the 110 inspection score on my 2014 dodge Avenger gets put into the shop service department only 2 weeks after I signed for the key, then they forget to put air properly in my new tires I got from them. Get the car back after 2 more days of service, then just one month after signing for the car my engine blows up cause they wouldnt listen when I told them the 2nd time of servicing that theres still something wrong with my engine cause my RPMs wasnt not shifting properly didnt want to listen. Now it has taken an inspector 4 days to make it to my car mean while I cant get a rental because everyone is waiting on an inspector that wont show up. Take your money somewhere more organized and with faster responses for customer service everyone deserves.
