Great experience with Jeff Smith a few weekends ago. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the process and definitely helped put us at ease with a big purchase.I think the only thing I would change would be the time it took us to get out the building with our new truck. However I dont think there was anything they could have done to speed it up, we would probably just try and make it a week day visit rather than a weekend. Even with knowing exactly the vehicle we wanted and having already acquired financing we were still there for over 3 hours.

I was looking for a new loaded2021 Trailboss It had to have everything I could get in it. I searched for over a month with no luck. I finally hit gold at Bachman and found one in transit heading to Bachman. I called Chris Kendall and I was able to secure the truck. Once it came in Chris made the transaction painless. I traded in my 2016 Silverado and Bachman gave me almost what I paid for it new in 2016. Very happy with Chris and Bachman.

I had a window that would not go up! With rain in the forecast and no garage, time was of the essence. I called the service department at 8:30 am and they had me in before 10 am. It was a very busy morning for the service department, but I was on my way with a new window mechanism in a little over an hour! They are always professional, friendly and thorough.

Bachman is the best by far compared to other Louisville location Chevy dealerships. Terry has been my advisor for the past several years, very knowledgeable gentleman. Great, easy buying experience. I would think twice about ordering a car from Bachman Chevrolet. I placed an order for a Corvette 10 months ago and was told I should get my car in 12-18 months. Over the last 10 months I made 3 inquires about my order. Every time I called the estimated delivery date got pushed out. After a little investigation I realized even if Bachman got all their allocations it would be years (3-4 yrs) before I got my car. After my last inquiry about my order they just canceled my order on their own accord. Now I have to start all over. Based on the number of Corvettes they have sold the last 2 years and the number of orders they have for C8s, Bachman never had any intention of delivering a C8 to me. I was order number 283, Buchman has averaged about 65 C8s a year for the last 2 years. They just wanted to sit on my money along with hundreds of others. VERY DISAPPOINTING and a waist of 10 months. I trusted them with my order when they shouldnt have been trusted.

I purchased my 2020 Corvette back in May from Mike Davenport and I love the car. However it is now August and I have not received my plates. I have called numerous times and was told there is a delay etc due to the fact that I live in another state. Paper tags have expired and all I keep getting is wait, wait, wait. No one has ever contacted me to provide updates. I always have to call them. When I asked to escalate the issue I was told that there is no one that I can escalate to. Maybe this one star review will get me some help

I was working in Tennessee when I had an idler pulley go bad. After contacting several Chevrolet Dealerships in Middle TN, I called Alan, my Service Advisor, at Bachman. The first question I was asked at all the other dealerships was, did I purchase the truck there, however I purchased it at Bachman. This was followed up by a 4 week wait time before they could get to me for my warranty work. On a Friday after hours, I dropped my truck off at Bachman and Alan told me that they were 2 weeks behind but he would try to work me in. Thanks to Alan and the Team at Bachman, my truck was ready the following Tuesday! Cant say enough good about this group.

I inadvertently arrived for my appointment a week early because of putting it on wrong day on calendar. Service department was nice enough to fit me in, even though it was 4:00 PM. I was very grateful! Got me in and out in less than 1 hour. Couldnt ask for more.

The customer service department at Bachman Chevrolet is horrible. I have been here several times with my car, which has to be serviced by a dealer, and multiple times I have been left standing at a counter for 15-30 plus minutes without even being acknowledged by several people sitting at computers or gossiping. Today, for example, I arrived 20 minutes early to drop off my car knowing that it would take that long before someone acknowledged my presence. Which, in fact, was true! I called last week to make sure the appropriate parts were going to be available for the appointment today to address the recall on the battery in my car, which I was assured they would be available. After waiting and not being acknowledged, I was finally asked for my keys. Then I found out that the parts to address the recall were not even at the service department. There is no communication from Bachman Chevrolet. They are rude. And it is obvious that they do not feel like they need to have good customer service.

Top notch salesman in Dakota. always returned calls or texts even after he left for the day. I have bought chrysler vehicles for the last 22 plus years and they treated me horrible this last time with warranty problems and never returned calls so I traded all my chrysler products in and Dealt with Dakota on my new 2022 High Country. thank you!!!!!

I knew I was getting a vehicle from somewhere but I liked the car I found online at this location and scheduled a test drive but when I got there I was told it was sold already. I was hot but after searching high and low Dakota figured out that it wasnt actually sold and got me in it. Now the whole buying process was longer than I planned to be there that night and the price was a little higher than I found other vehicles for later after the fact but I was also given some extra perks with the warranty and the staff was really understanding of everything I was going through at the time. I love my car and its the first NEW car I have owned so I am overall happy with the purchase. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Had to wait to speak with the person assigned to my car for ages while given bits and pieces of information from the other guys working there. I always end up paying so much money when I go there (my car is a 2016 chevy, in perfect shape.) No one, absolutely no one is wearing a mask inside and they all give you the stink eye for wearing one… overall, I just felt used and not respected.

Pleasant and professional service advisor. Had a oil and filter change and tire rotation. Only negative was that the oil life monitor wasn’t reset, but was easy enough to do myself.

I can’t say enough about Bachman Chevrolet I found by accident on a bad trip to another dealership. We loved we were not pressured by “Dave Neison” a must go ask to have him to help you!We told him what we were looking for, he knew exactly, took his time to explain some of the features we did not know. We were given all the time to test drive, we of course fell in love with my truck, couldn’t wait to go back. Ask for Doug Bowman!I just purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Bolt from Bachman Chevrolet, and worked with Doug Bowman. The entire deal was negotiated remotely, since I live in Cincinnati. Doug was prompt with his replies and information, and 100% honest throughout the entire process. I cant say that has been my experience when purchasing a new car at other dealerships.I have been researching Chevrolet Bolts for the past three years, and was waiting for the opportunity for a great deal on a new Bolt. With the announcement of the new 2022 Bolt release, Chevrolet is really dealing on the current inventory of 2020 and 2021 models. I had done my homework and knew the exact model and options I wanted. I searched CARS.COM (250 mile radius from Cincinnati) for the lowest advertised price and contacted the three lowest priced dealers via email, with a specific list of questions. From two of the dealers I only received generic responses, and no response to my questions.Doug Bowman at Bachman Chevrolet responded with answers to each of my questions. After a few emails back and forth, I called Doug and we clarified all the details of the purchase. Since I live 110 miles from the dealer I wanted assurance that when I arrived at the showroom to pick up my new car, there would be no surprises. Doug shared the financial information with me via email, and when I showed up to finalize the purchase, every item was exactly as we had discussed. The 2020 Bolt was fully charged, and ready for my 110 mile return trip to Cincinnati.I am very pleased with my experience at Bachman Chevrolet, and will utilize Doug Bowmans services in my future purchases. I saved at least $3,000 over the lowest deal I could have negotiated in Cincinnati.

I made an 845 appointment for a diesel oil change/tire rotation/DEF refill. I was checked in and waited on site. By 10 I began to wonder how much longer this would take. At 1030, I decided to go investigate. I found my truck parked outside. I went to the clerk, who informed me it had not been in yet. I imagine it would have taken another 2+ Hours based on its position in the line. Why make appointments? I completely wasted my morning. My truck still needs an oil change. Why should I come back to the dealer for a $100+ Oil change and sacrifice a whole day waiting for it? Not good service. Not at all.

Bought a new Camaro from them 2 months ago. It’s been sitting in my garage undriveable the entire 2 months because although they had time to make “comedy” YouTube videos with the trade in car I gave them, they’ve yet to put in the appropriate paperwork for me to receive my title, registration and license plate. I hope I get to enjoy the car before summer is over.Update- I’ve been in touch, they’re still taking my money every month, but still I have not received any necessary paperwork to make my car legal. Stuck in the garage with an expired paper plate and empty promises. Please get this done.

Great techs and sales reps..it just takes a too long for simple oil changes...I was there for 2 1/2 hrs for a oil change and rotation.

Purchased a used 2016 on July of 2021 and a month later on August 14th truck broke down and pretty much needs a new motor. Called them hoping they would at least help with some of the cost to repair and was told there is nothing they can do. I did not purchase the warranty but they say they are a family oriented and care about customers and really thought they would at least be willing to help, just very sad that I paid a lot of money for a truck that is sitting broke down and haven’t even made the first payment on it! Will not ever purchase from them again lesson learned!!

Very disappoint in their interest in making a sale. Went into the store this morning with plans on putting in a $55,000.00 custom build on a 2022 Camaro SS. Asked the sales rep (RJ) if we can test drive a 2020-2021 model Camaro to be able to see and feel how the car handles. He informed me that they are not doing test drive on their sports cars due to keeping the mileage down on the car. Need to say that I was disappoint at their response to making a sale. So I left and took my business to Big M and was given the opportunity to test drive a 2021 Camaro. What a sad way to run a business and miss out on a sale that would help out it employees during a terrible time in our economy.

But there’s one little issue I’ve had my car there for time for my back up camera and it’s still not fixed I’m at my wits end with the car and I live almost 2 hours from Bachman Chevrolet so to keep running back and forth is taking a toll on me !!!

Recently purchased a used as is vehicle and it was 100% AS IS. Get vehicle inspected before you purchase - as is or with warranty. This may seem like common knowledge but Bachman Chevrolet does not check them. It may seem like a sure thing when it’s not. Will not be buying from them again.

I know I was ripped off! I was charged for something that was not diagnosed correctly, when I bring it back the next day for the same reason then u find the problem but u did not want to charge me for the part only you want to add more labor cost this is underhanded dealing.

Three weeks after buying a pre-owned Silverado, already having issues. The salesperson and finance manager explained to me that it had been thoroughly inspected but it’s spewing transmission fluid now. Which I can get past, but the lack of communication since having it towed to the dealership is unacceptable. Couldn’t get a hold of the sales manager and when I finally did, he referred a towing service and I informed him I had roadside assistance, could he verify? He said he didn’t have the paperwork. I still haven’t heard from anyone about an update, if I hadn’t called all day, I wouldn’t have even known it was delivered to the right place. I got transferred a million times, most were rude and short, specifically the morning operator and Bobby in service scheduling. I still don’t know if I’m getting a rental, I don’t know if my truck is being serviced; and every call goes to voicemail. The only positive part has been Kathy, the evening operator. She’s excellent and too good for that place

I went to this place to try and find a car and although i liked the car i found we couldnt reach a deal, but Caleb Sims was an amazing dude who answered all my questions i had and was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process, I highly recommend him if you go in. My only major complaint is that my car had a lot of snow and ice on it when I picked it. Which made it difficult to get back to my daily routine because I had to thaw it out myself. Wouldve also been nice if the car was charged (Chevy Volt) as well. The plastic cover for the seat was still in my vehicle as well, which I had no need for. Other than that, the work to the car was fine.
