Bought a 2001 Honda CR-V from them and six months later still no title this is the worst place to buy a car and the worst salesman ever..all they care about is your money they talked to my old man more than they did me like I didnt exist and I was the one buying the car not him...they dont care about women,all they care about is making money and ripping people off they sold me a vehicle that had different tire pressures and 6 holes in the exhaust and it cost me almost $400.00 for a new hedder and exhaust after paying $2,650.00 and again six months later still no title...dont go here.. very unsatisfied with this car lot.

After being in the market for a small truck for over 3 months getting the round around from different salesmen that tried to put me into some really bad trucks, I found King Louis Auto Sales. I got a great Ford Ranger in my price range and it was in fantastic shape, mechanically and cosmetically! I could not give enough stars to King Louis Auto Sales. Very Satisfied!!! WOW I cannot even begin to explain what a difference it is at King Louis Auto Sales. After visiting a few different car lots I made my final stop at King Louis. The salesman was great, did not try to push me into something I could not afford and got me a great deal!! Very satisfied with my new car!

So after getting in touch with these people making sure and asking them and clarifying that they dont do a hard credit poll which affects your credit they assured me they did a soft credit Pole and then proceeded to do a hard credit pull to try to get financed for a 6,000 car I had 2800 to put down got denied after having to call them four times just to get somebody on the phone to even discuss the application I would not recommend this place at all

I recently bought a car for my son here. We’ve had the worst experience with their communication skills. One problem after the other from them working on the valve cover that needed fixed before we bought it. Then the hose rotten and broke then a solenoid broke they offered to change the spark plugs now the coil packs are bad. Now it’s running worse then when we bought it. We need to buy two more vehicles for our kids and will not return here nor to fix what’s newly wrong after picking it up from what they supposedly tried to fix.

If I could give them a negative star rating I would, this place sold my fiancé a car that the transmission went out two days after we purchased the car that left us stranded in another state trying to get back in Kentucky.Now they’re giving us the run around about resolving the issue, Warranty Company isn’t covering it, the lenders won’t do anything nor the dealership.We just want our money back, Our lawyer is going to take care of everything.I don’t recommend doing business with them they will get over on you and sell you a lemon.

I would give negative rating if I could! Horrendous place to take your car to. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Gave half the advance and they still took 3 weeks to give my car, only when I had to stay there the whole day. Car wasn’t fixed entirely and I had to make 4 more trips to get it fully repaired, which they still haven’t. They always have excuses ready to not take the accountability. Still haven’t gotten a bill and don’t know I probably would. Would recommend to anyone to not go here unless you want to be miserable

Within one week of buying a car here (almost a year ago), I started getting constant phone calls about getting a used car warranty. Ive been getting these calls 2 - 3 times a week for almost a year, despite asking them 20 times to take my number off their list. The only thing I can think of is that they got my information from this dealer. Theres no other way they could have gotten it. If you buy a car here, I would seriously consider giving him a fake phone number. Its been a total nightmare to get them off my back.

I can add to what a lot of people have reviewed about having a low-pressure, friendly experience at King Louis. Definitely a breath of fresh air if you have been shopping around for a used car. My car needs a few minor things here or there, but they REALLY worked with me on the price and so Im happy to take care of some of those things myself :)All-in-all, it was a really quick, easy, good experience!

King Louis is the worst. My name is L. Parker. I purchased a car from King Louis. A Honda Accord. the owner stated that he was going to extend my warranty from 3 months to 5 months. I was assured that warranty would cover engine and transmission for 5 months. Well a month later guess what? Transmission went out. the warranty only covers up to 1000 dollars so I have to pay the rest 1000 out of my own pocket. I reached out to them and was told they would get right back to me. I am still waiting. I now am filing a report with the attorney general. The car was taken to their mechanic who I was assured that everything was working fine. But that was a lie. I will keep you up to date with progress. Stay away from this place but if you do go their, dont trust their mechanic, dont trust their warranty, dont trust them.

I recently bought a car at Manslick Motors and the new management couldnt have been better to me and my family. They have a great selection of reasonably priced cars and the staff was very friendly, not pushy or intrusive. I usually dont comment on things but I was truly impressed. Needed a car to get back and forth to work. I was not expecting much within my price range. I was very pleasantly surprised with how honest the sales person was. Not only did he steer me away from vehicles that were not worth it (something I have never seen at a dealership) but they got me a great deal on a car I know will last me at least 2-4 years. If you want anything done quickly and dont want to waste a lot of time...go somewhere else. Im still waiting on my license plate and registration after over two months. Have called many times to inquire and no one there seems all that worried avout it. Meanwhile, Ive been pulled over 3 times for expired tags. Also, had to replace starter, battery, and flywheel after 3 weeks. Lazy. Unapologetic. Apoplectic. I am underwhelmed to say the least.

Bought a Mazda here earlier today. It was late (as we had been to multiple lots) and the Mazda was our last test drive for the day. Immediately we noticed that these guys were laid back and honest. No pressure like the other lots. No fancy talk and filthy lies. These guys are all about the facts of the vehicle itself. We financed externally as recommened by them (it saved us 2k and took under two hours) and was pushing past closing. These guys waited nearly two hours past 6 (closing time for them) to wait for us to return with the check. They werent even upset either. Super friendly and informative service (after hours mind you!) and ultimately a satisfied purchase for us. These guys truely are the automotive kings!

Nice guys, and good prices but you get what u paid for. I got a fiance loan for a car and the very next day (not even 12 hours) my engine light comes on. I was promised a part was getting ordered but havent herd anything. Ive texted, and called, so make sure to get the warranty on any car from that lot.

It was terrible. My friends daughter bought a car there a few weeks ago and just raved about her experience and what a great deal she got. So I called them yesterday and told me all car prices were negotiable but when I got there it was a different story. They seemed so indifferent and tried to get us in a vehicle that would not even start. A couple we wanted to see did not have air conditioning. . I had $3000 to pay cash but the vehicle I liked was 3499 and they would not even negotiate with me. Yet today the same car I wanted was 3399. Awful experience

Never go here. I have been to countless used car dealerships, looked at untold numbers of secondhand cars and dealt with God-knows how many car salesmen, but I have never been treated like I was at Manslick motors.I was helping a friend find a secondhand car and popped in to have a look at their inventory. We took a car out for a test drive after a brief discussion with a salesman. There was a check engine light on, so I pulled into a local auto parts store to have the codes scanned and read. I also looked under the car and to my horror there were parts of the suspension broken and hanging down.So we drove back and I tried to explain to the salesman the problems with the car, like you do with used cars. At which point he started yelling at me to get out and tried to hit me. So we went back to the car, with him yelling at us the whole time. I warned a couple who had just pulled onto the lot about my experience. They must have said something to the salesman because next thing I knew the guy was running up to our car and banging on our windows, screaming that he would get us and that youd better keep your doors locked. He continued to do this even as we pulled out onto the street and left. I called the police, who met us at a nearby business and proceeded to go deal with the lunatic car salesman.Even if this guy was fired though, theres another reason not to go there. The cars are awful. Seriously, Ive seen cars in junkyards in better shape than some of the stuff they were trying to sell for a couple/few grand! Trust me, theres used car lots out there with better prices on cars that arent on their last legs.

The vehicle I purchased was just totaled by my insurance company because the frame was twisted. I was not informed about it when I bought the vehicle. I was told It had never been in an accident. It didnt even make it 6 months from the purchase. Now Im out the money I spent to buy it. Very upset.

We were not pressured and when we decided to get that vehicle we met with Paul who was so generous and very friendly. They also gave us a warranty for 30 days and assured us that If we had any problems we could connect them and they would fix it. And they did just that..
