Salesman Blake Weeks made the buying experience painless! We had spoken on the phone about a car my wife was interested in that was in Indianapolis, but we didn’t want to pay the transfer fee. I give them three stars because they where very friendly and helpful for the most part. However, I was told by my sales rep that I would only have my credit ran ONCE by ONE different lender because I knew my credit is terrible and I didn’t want it ran by multiple lenders! I clearly stated this and it was still ran several times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE IF YOUR CREDIT IS IN VERY GOOD STANDING!!

Enterprise had exactly the car I wanted in Louisville, with a fair price and a seven-day takeback so I could have it independently inspected. Blake and Samantha were both incredibly helpful and personable, and I was even able to drop off my rental there. I called at 4pm Friday, and by lunchtime Saturday I was driving off the lot. And the car checked out great. A terrific experience, start to finish.

I had a great experience at Enterprise Car sales. My car had been stolen and I selected a new car but had to wait almost a month to confirm that the car would not be found. They were very agreeable at Enterprise and marked the car I wanted sold even though I was unable to fully commit. I am very happy with the car and found their no pressure attitude refreshing.

If you are hunting for a reliable used car, you MUST stop here. I made the mistake of shopping other places first and totally regret it. The staff were extremely welcoming upon arrival. They asked how we would like to begin our shopping experience, and didnt just jump right in trying to pressure you into anything. They were very knowledgeable, and were quick to answer all questions. The vehicles have all been tested and certified, so you know you are getting a quality vehicle, and the pricing is set. No haggling, or bumped up prices to negotiate. You know exactly what to expect. They made the entire process feel relaxing and enjoyable. You should go here!

I will start my review by saying that I believe the vehicle I purchased to be in excellent condition and I hope to be happy with what I bought if ever the details are worked out. The problems we encountered all began after the SUV was delivered to us by the salesman, who did not tell us it was not yet 100% ready. He delivered the SUV the last night of our 2-week insurance rental from an accident that totaled our van. Not until then did we learn that the SUV had to be taken to the body shop to repair “dings” and that it also had to be taken to the tint shop to finish window tinting (which we were charged extra for within our loan without discussion, but decided to keep). We then were called a few days later with a “plan” by Enterprise to have me deliver the SUV to the dealership, have them pay for a rental for us while the body shop worked on the car, and return it to us within a couple of days. I asked for none of this. I believe they realized they had not handled this sale appropriately. I took them up on it, thinking it would take some pressure off of me.When I got to the dealership I was told (after the fact) that the rental was not there and I would have to wait for a ride to take me “down the road” to the Enterprise Car Rental location. I waited patiently. The gentleman came and took me (more than down the road) to the rental location through a horrible rainstorm, where I proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait for my rental. The manager was, to be blunt, hateful, which did not surprise me as the entire time I was waiting she was working on returning a dissatisfied customer’s money to him and broadcasting it to everyone in hearing distance in the store.When they finally brought the car to me it was a Corolla which normally would be fine; however, I had told the salesman twice that I needed a vehicle to transport my 2 greyhounds over the July 4 weekend,the date HE had chosen to take my newly purchased SUV to the shop. I told the very unhelpful and unfriendly manager I could not accept the Corolla. She said I could come back (across town) the next day and trade it for an SUV. I had their driver take me (again through an absolute downpour) back to the dealership to get my new car back.I then called the body shop myself (as I had originally planned to do) and was told I would need to make 2 trips there anyway, because they have to first assess the dings to find out what specialist needs to fix them, and then on another appointment fix them. I also set up a time to take the car for window tinting. For both body work and windows I will have to get rides and leave the vehicle in the shops.I also found that one set of keys does not function for the remote start option so I called the salesman. He informed me I will have to take the car to a Kia dealership at 1 pm on a Thursday to get a new key. I have to set that up myself and make yet another trip for it.Two days ago I got a call from someone I do not know at the dealership telling me I need to give them a date when I can meet them at the inspection location for Kentucky here in town because it is an out of state transfer and it needs inspection. So another trip I need to schedule to fit someone else’s timeframe doing something that should have been explained before the fact?The lady who called left me with the not-so-subtle inference that I would not get the title to the vehicle or the license if I did not meet them. I politely ended the conversation.I am a sole caregiver for an Alzheimer’s patient. I cannot pick up and leave any day without a great deal of planning. Had I known I was going to have to go through all this I would have looked elsewhere for a vehicle.

Working with Blake on getting my new car was an absolute breeze.He never offered to show me anything that was over my budget. He made purchasing a car a simple process. He even followed through with a minor issue in getting a scratch fixed. I would 100% use them again for a new car, and send everyone I know who needs one to Enterprise and Blake.

The car I bought had very low miles and was the price was lower than the Blue Book value. I wanted a backup camera installed and they set everything up with a mechanic and gave me a rental until my car was ready. In our family we drive cars for their full life time and every car has performed VERY well. No, Im not an Enterprise employee, just a customer who would not buy a car any other way. I have bought cars in St. Louis, Maryland, and Kentucky and every branch is staffed with customer focused, responsive people in the sales, finance, and service positions.

Its a car dealer, need I say more. I was told the value of my car was 2800. My bank gave me a different value, 5400. Big difference. I was told I had to put a downpayment of 2800 and got the bank letter and it said 1800.

Exceptional service by Blake Weeks(salesman). I honestly believe that u cant get a better vehicle for your money anywhere else. No pressuring or haggling. I actually enjoyed it.... Had a couple cups of coffee with no heartburn or high blood pressure during the car buying experience. When its time for another car... I wont have to worry about where to go.

The process was quick once I chose a car and I was allowed to test drive as many cars as it took till I found the perfect car. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers leave happy.
