His name was Adam and he was amazing, very friendly. The service was super quick and very cheap. I had a great experience.
When it comes to the Mazda service area, Ive not had the best experiences. When I get oil changes, they bombard me with non essential things to spend money on. I came for an oil change. Let me know what you recommend on a piece of paper about servicing my engine, and I’ll review and decide.Yesterday I had a flat, needing a repair or replace and they said “we close in 20 mins I don’t know if we’ll get to it” and I explained I had an important place to be in bowling green for work and that I needed to drive and leave at 5:30am. They took my tire, said there were no leaks, and filled me up. This morning my tire is flat again. And I could not make it for work.Today I’m calling the front desk, and no answer. Finally I get a pick up and the woman answering is rude and cuts me off (same as yesterday) to ask if I need Mazda, Volkswagen, or Subaru. And directs me to another line that rings twice and goes to a voice mail. Ive left a voice mail and no call back.I understand being busy, and I understand yesterday being the end of the day and wanting to get home, but I’m 22 Weeks pregnant and put a donut on my car after a 10 hours shift myself in the hot sun, and brought my tire over to be fixed or replaced so I could get to bowling green safely. If I hadn’t noticed it was flat and tried to drive it an hour and 45 mins there, I could have blown out and been hurt. Or been stuck.
I spent the last hour retrieving my wife’s car from one of the service technicians who took her car to his house in Bardstown, KY because “…it needed to have some miles put on it after some warranty work was done.” Only found out because my wife has a tracker in her car and wondered why it was not at the dealership at 8 p.m. and was being driven around Bardstown, KY.Called Service Manager and he says this is routine. Doubt many people would expect their cars to be driven to someone else’s home for the night 30+ miles away. I suspect he is telling the truth that this is routine as the service technician had the “service ticket” with him which tells me he knows he needs to take that paper home in case he gets pulled over so he can show why the car is not in his name.Bottom line is if you want your car fixed and don’t mind some extra wear and tear and miles on your car, take it to Neil Huffman Mazda dealership service.
Everyone there is incredible. They make sure youre treated like house guests and not a sale.I walked in prepared to haggle and deal my way out of things but Tyler gave me a fantastic OTD price before I even asked.Shawn made the signing process seamless and couldnt have been more helpful. And most of all, William.We left to get food before our long drive back home. When we returned to pickup our cars, William invited us back inside to the guest area to eat and hang out as long as we liked. He even took our food and carried it upstairs himself.I dont have enough nice things to say about this place and I encourage everyone to go there for their next vehicle.

Had a great experience purchasing a 2015 Mazda 3 back in December. I love this car and I can’t wait to find my next Mazda at Neil Huffman in 2 years or so...Just took it in for the complementary maintenance yesterday and the experience was flawless. In and out in about 1.5 hours, but it was a full check up and I got a good nap in upstairs so I’m not complaining!
The online sales manager didn’t want to work with out of state customers and offered zero flexibility to get a deal done. Clearly he has too many customers and not enough vehicles. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

It was a great pleasure to buy a vehicle from Neil Huffman Mazda. It was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. This is my second purchase at Neil Huffman, Im happy with my vehicle, but Im not happy with the extra powertrain warranty I purchased. Thinking if something happened, Id be covered. Boy was I wrong, I paid an extra $2000 dollars that only cover tire rotation and oil change. I know a contract is binding but I feel I was misled. I wont be back nor will my family and friends. Dirty dealing. They got their commission but lost a customer.

So I called Mazda, 4926 Dixie Hwy #102, Louisville, KY 40216, to get the free old change and car wash that they advertise for health care workers. The lady that works in sales tells me that I have to have a valid license/id (I have a permit and we have 2 family cars), paycheck stub, and work id. Cool, I can do that. I gave her the make, model, and year of our vehicle.She acted like I was lying to her and explains that the vehicle has to be mine and that the truck is too old for services (ITS A CLASSIC!). 😂 TOO OLD for a oil change and car wash.🤣🥴✋👌👋First of all, you dont know me or my situation. We are in the middle of a Pandemic (critical times), my kids are not in school and I depend on their dad to take care of them while Im at work. He has always dropped me off and picked me up. It doesnt matter which vehicle he uses on which day and I dont believe that it was mentioned in the fine print. My vehicle is just as important as anyone who drives to work.Rude and very poor customer service from Michelle at Mazda on Dixie highway. And if she tries to deny it, I recorded the whole conversation. #Mazda

I have tried to get ahold of the service manger for days now. Not once did I get a return call. Payed for a diagnostic for a vehicle under warranty. Had a video showing the engine knocking was told they had no proof that it was my car. Worse customer service I have come across from any dealership. Ive been in customer service for years and never would treat a customer this way. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone its bad business.
1st... My overall experience was not horrible.Sherry, Trip and the Finance team were all over it and did a great job. I feel that the sales team needs some more training. My experience was fine up until I drove off with my trucks gas tank on empty and the truck not “Detailed” at all. The truck was simply ran through a wash and wiped down to dry. Far from the detail I was looking for.... I buy allot of cars and I’m easy to work with. I only asked my salesman to ensure the paper was printed for signatures and the truck was ready for pickup (detailed and gassed up). Paperwork was a go, the rest was not....

Inquired if it would be possible if my family member who is actively serving overseas could co-sign through email or overnight and they flat out denied and said I would need 4000 dollars. Obviously not willing to work with military personnel and they’re families.

Bought a brand new car, and was told that their auto detailer left early so the car would stay over night and we could pick it up the next day after it was detailed. Fair enough, it was late as the only time we could go was after work. The next day we arrived around 6:30, and the car was parked outside. We went in, got the keys and the happy Thanks for shopping with us and drove home. Only when i went into the garage under decent lighting we saw that the detailing that was provided was tirewet on the tires. I can still see the tape marks from the protective shipping covers all over the car (looked like scratches at first). What sort of place details a car, but doesnt even wash it?This was the second time Ive bought a car at a Neil Huffman dealership, and the second time theyve dropped the ball. This auto group wont be getting a 3rd chance.

I bought a KIA Optima on September 15th that broke down the next day is still at the dealership. The salesman Earl Drake never returned any of my calls after I left the dealership. They lost the car after losing the key that have never found, didnt hear from them for weeks and have had to keep visiting to contact them. Finally they called me Monday to tell me it was ready but they still didnt have a replacement key for it yet and when it does arrive Ill have to take it to KIA myself and wait to get the codes reset on the keys. Also, KIA will need to keep it to fix the blower motor noise that started the next day. More than half of the 90 day warranty is gone and I only had my KIA 25 hours. For all the trouble of the multiple visits, tire left flat for weeks (not sure if that did any permanent damage) I have to spend my time to take it to KIA for a key that they lost and get the blower motor fixed. Ive went round and round on this and It is getting old. Im patient but I cant be at this rate. I dont normally like to leave bad reviews but they crossed the line.P.S. After I test drove it they were supposed to detail it but it still smelled of smoke, toilet paper roll was still left in the glovebox, stain on the left pillar and pet hair in the box. That doesnt seem like a way to clean a car ever, especially during Covid.

I car from Neil Huffman Mazda and had a great experience. I was able to get a great deal on a used car. Everyone there was very kind and made the process fairly easy for me to understand. As with any place that sells something, they tried their very best to be as convincing as possible to get me to agree to a deal; however, they also understood that I had a certain price limit and were willing to be somewhat flexible with that. Overall, I had a great experience and plan to go to Neil Huffman Mazda again the next time I am shopping for a car (although hopefully that is not going to be for a while)!

This is the second lease deal I have done with this dealer so obviously, they are winning my business. Their salesman, Dylan, as well as the sales manager, went out of their way to accommodate me during the leasing process. There was no discrepancy in the terms we talked about, the options on the car, or the final monthly payment that we discussed, which I thought was very fair. The other Mazda dealer in Louisville offered me a “deal” on the same car model at a much higher monthly payment. Oh, and by the way, I had a 2016 CX5 and loved it. The 2019 is even better, and a pleasure to drive. As long as they continue to provide good service, and remain honest in their negotiations, I’ll definitely work with them again. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I began my car buying experience a month prior to moving to Kentucky and was working originally with the dealer from across town. Despite the conversations that we had, both over the phone and via text, that dealer decided to try to pull the wool over my eyes with a bunch of hidden up-sells when I finally made it down there. It was horrible to see a month of hard work go to waste. Thankfully, Neil Huffman was there to do more than just save the day. Within 36 hours, I was able to meet with the wonderful Chris Jackson and Ms. Sherri who were able to help me locate an identical vehicle, offer me a better deal than the other dealership, gave me a seamless time in their financial office, AND even threw in the big, red bow for my car along with a surprise gift with purchase! As a younger female, there is nothing one tends to dread more than the car buying experience and it was scary enough for me that I wouldnt have my dad in the office with me during purchase. Neil Huffman did everything in their power to make sure that I felt safe and confident with my car buying experience and I could not be more grateful for all that they did for me. Misrepresented the car. Failed to mention the car had been smoked in and had dings and scrapes. When asking about the price, could not give a decent idea of interest rates. Unwilling to move after mentioning the above problems. Dealer fee was $800.00 and the asking price was that of a perfect used vehicle. Provided low starting offer and were willing to move. Immediately turned down and told to have a good day.
Tried to buy a car from here agreed to price and applied for purchase then told that someone else was coming to look at it. As far as I was concerned deal was done. What happened to customer comes first instead of greed. Will never do business with them.

I went to browse with no expectation of getting a car that day.I was treated promptly as I walked in the door. I didnt have to wait at all. Before I knew it we were test driving a vehicle.I would have checked out more but he was able to narrow down what I was looking for before we went for a drive. I didnt plan to buy a car that day, as I mentioned, but Christopher was so thorough and listened to my needs of what I wanted in a car, what I needed to fit my budget, and what kind of car I liked to look at too.I was happy with the car salesman, Christopher. He is kind and professional and he didnt try to push me into something to get me in a car and rush me out the door. He made sure that my needs were met and that I was happy with my decision.Neil Huffman is clean and all of the employees offer a hello and a smile. I have also used their service department. I received 4 free oil changes with my purchase. They were quick to get my car in and out. I did set an appointment prior. The service waiting area is quiet and secluded and its very nice. I purchased a used car and was told the warranty would cost $480 total and in all reality it was $2100. I told the sales guy (Tyler) to cancel and he acted like a toddler who didnt get his way. He never even asked how I liked my new ride. Im still waiting for them to process the cancelation a week later. The gm of the store cant call you back to save his life either, very annoying. I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy. They retaliate and act unprofessional when they dont get their way by screwing people over by charging quadruple what they say. Tyler also said theyd match my banks interest rate and they charged me 2.5% more than we agreed on.

No one communicates so you have to explain the same thing many times, and they could care less about what the customer standing in front of them is interested in, only selling the NEW cars so they can land the extra Mazda bonus. I’ve been a Huffman Mazda customer for almost 20 years. Bought 3 new cars; had all my service work performed there; and had several opportunities to use their Collision Center to repair body damage. The staff has always done a great job servicing/repairing my cars.
It’s been over 30 days and still no title for our used car. Tried calling. No answers. Left several voicemails. No call backs. Horrible customer service!

My husband and I were looking to buy our first car from a dealership. I went online and found the car I was looking for Mazda 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring so I made an appointment to come see it. The description online stated it was gray in color but when seen in person it was not so we did not buy it. They had a great selection of used cars but not in the color or style I was looking for. Overall Christopher was a great sales person and I was very satisfied with their customer service in person and online. After visiting several dealerships I have to say this one had the best customer service.

I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership today, and once again my experience has been stellar. From my online inquiry being answered within minutes, to a thorough test drive with a friendly and knowledgeable sales representative (thanks Burt!) to a low-pressure negotiation on price, I feel like I could have parted ways as friends at any point. The deal we made was fair, and Im on the road a happy customer once again. After having had my Volkswagen serviced with them for the last 7 years, I made it a priority to give Neil Huffman Mazda/Volkswagen a chance for 7 more in order to see the smiling faces and receive the courteous, professional treatment Ive come to expect. For the entirety of the life of my previous car and most assuredly through the life of my new one, Ive always been in great hands.
Professional staff and extremely knowledgeable. Although we were not ready to purchase on the day we visited the dealership and no one pressured us to buy. The General Manager greeted us personally and assisted the product specialist in helping us try and select the vehicle that fit our needs. If we decide to purchase a new Mazda we will defiantly purchase from Neil Huffman Mazda!
We just moved here from Texas and went to Neil Huffman for the first time to get the oil changed in my Mazda. We were greeted by Gene, who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We had such a great first impression of the service department! We were there for just an oil change and we werent pressured to do anything additional. We will definitely be returning thanks to Gene and his phenomenal customer service.
Update:I also bought a 2017 Mazda 6. Christopher Stewart is the BEST salesman I’ve ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable & a very thoughtful person. He made my car buying experience fun!I bought a 2014 Mazda3!BEST COMPANY EVER! I was upside down on my old car with limited credit and they got me a super low rate and an awesome payment! Sue Litz was wonderful! I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!
Terrible service. We spoke with Earl about getting a car there. So, we drove 3 hours to get this car and they sold it when we were less than a mile away. We called well in advance. Let them know where we were and was communicating the whole time. They have no integrity. Had no intentions of making it right or selling us another car with the same deal. We will definitely not be doing business with them ever. Went to Murfreesboro Volkswagen in TN and bought a car the same day with about the same deal with way better customer service. Worth the drive.
Neil Huffman Mazda was so easy to work with. My salesman, Christopher Stewart, made the process stress free. I was looking for a brand new car to lease and first started my process online with Mr. Stewart. Came in a test drove the Mazda CX-7 and loved it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an easy buying experience. I will return as soon as I look for my next vehicle.

Micah even checked with me after the deal to make sure I was satisfied and still in love with my new car. I’ve had so many bad experieces when I was in the market to purchase a car. Bought a 2015 Mazda 6 here in late 2014. Worked with Joe, who was absolutely top notch. From start to finish, all around a great experience. Fair trade in appraisal and value. Great follow up. Saved me over $2,500 in sales tax due to my military service. Excellent service package. If Im in the market for a Mazda again, this will be my first stop.
My boyfriend and I both dealt with Dale Webster.Dale ended up getting both of us in a vehicle with a payment we are extremely comfortable with and even took the extra time after the lot was closed to show up how to program certain things in the vehicles.Jay, the manager, we also worked with and he was amazing as well!OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ive visited this dealership twice over the past year and havent been happy with either experience. I called earlier this week and asked to see two newer used vehicles that I was excited about. When we showed up neither of the two vehicles were there and they tried to sell us similar brand new versions outside of our price range. Felt like a classic bait and switch operation. For clarification I own a Mazda and think they are great cars, I would just go to a different dealer.
Walked off the lot after the sales person told me the price was the price, no room to negotiate. This was after he came out to us sucking on a snickers bar and “educating” me on auto finance. I’m 50 yrs old, bought my share of used cars. Thanks, but no thanks.If I could give negative stars, I would. One dealership I can live without, too many others that respect my time.
