Great experience! Elisha was fantastic. She called me Friday about the vehicle I was looking at. She let me know that there was a chance it was pre-sold (1000% appreciated the honesty!) but let me know she would confirm first thing in the morning before we made the drive over. Just purchased a 2021 Colorado from Bob Hook Chevy. From the start, they were very attentive and responsive. Bill Dabney took care of all of my needs. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Don’t ever take your car there for service. They will NOT fix your car. They had my car for almost 4 weeks and never fixed it. They gave me a run around about a part that they said they couldn’t get. I called GM myself and was told they had the part and could send it out immediately. I explained that to BLAKE and he said “tell them to call my service dept and you can always come get the car” Who speaks to the customer like that?! He then tells me few days later that the part was in Cincinnati and should be there the next day. Then four days later tell me it’s the wrong part and they will have to re order the part. Then few days later tells me the part is no longer available. I went to pick the car up and was told it was $307!! He couldn’t even give me the print out of my diagnostic test!!! This place is horrible!! They are not professional as they should be!!!!! ****POOR POOR POOR SERVICE****I have always bought Chevrolet cars and my whole family. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bought my 2018 Enclave was told I had the Advantage program. I went in for an oil change that according to the program I would be getting 2 years of oil changes free of charge. I explained it should he free to the service person and was told no thats right but its what everybody thinks but you dont. I will NOT be giving anymore of my business to them ever again and will be telling others. I drove 60 miles to have my car serviced but will never happen again.

I made an appointment for an oil change and to have it checked to see why it was running loud. It took a week to get it into the dealership for the appointment. All they did was an oil change and didnt check for the noise until my wife showed up to pick up her car. They lied and said it wasnt addressed when the appointment was made or when it was dropped off. I made the appointment for her so I know for a fact it was addressed then, thats why it took so long to get in. Plus my wife told them about it when she dropped it off. We made special arrangements to make this work with our work schedules, now we have to do it again or go somewhere else to get it fixed. I didnt like being lied to or being told a lub guy isnt qualified to look at it. It should have been looked at by a mechanic on the same day.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Staff is not friendly & is not helpful. I have a recall on my car that they refuse to fix or reimburse my money for getting it fixed. Awful customer service.

Five weeks later, I still dont have any title paperwork to get permanent plates. They told me the car had been through service, it had a tire with a broken belt, warped front rotors, multiple light bulbs burned out and a serpentine belt that was completely worn out. Got a decent car after I repaired it, but couldnt be more dissappointed with the overall experience. In 25 years of buying cars Ive never had such a bad experience.

We were ready to buy, drove almost 3 hours after going over all the information of the car, income, and who to ask for.When we showed up, the two we were to ask for, who knows where they were, the one sales person or the boss had no clue of all we went through or we would not have come. Sadly online for over a week it is marked down, still is. Its to be new but a weird sticker on the back window, was to be brand new. In the end we bought down the rode. The deal was lost over a boss who never said a word but text drive our car, full tank of gas, riding the potential truck, sitting on empty. The salesperson lied to us, acted clueless when talking to his boss who had no words to say to us acted as if we were a bother. I guess in the end it was meant to be, happy with my new truck,

I was determined for once in my life to get the exact vehicle I wanted. Spent several weeks searching locally and online, several near misses but usually had expensive options I didnt want and prices that were dependent on rebates I didnt qualify for. I was about to order a vehicle when I found my 2021 AWD Blazer, Red Hot color, 2LT with Convenience/Confidence and Midnight Sport packages listed at Bob Hook Chevrolet with discounts that put it in my price range. I called Elisha on Monday. She answered my questions and sent me a detailed quote and the cost for possibly shipping it to me. Waited until Tuesday when new GM rebates gave me an extra $500 off. Talked with Kelly who took care of all the purchase details. On Wednesday we drove to Louisville from Wisconsin. We were greeted by Max as soon as we got out of our car. Cecelia had all the papers ready to sign and presented extended warranty options without any arm twisting. Max went over the vehicles features and set up Android Auto for me. I advised when my truck stopped what the panel read which was...the engine is not getting pressure. After they charged me for a diagnostic fee of $139 they then tell me the same thing is wrong that I initially told them.Then after 3 days they call and say its my fuel pump its gonna cost 1,071 ro repair. I called 3 other locations to compare prices of course Bon Hook was over rated as being a dealer. The other shops advised the part was not that high and the labor should not be that much..Being that I purchased the vehicle from there I said they might as well do the service since I had it towed there as well.Service is done go Sunday to get the truck and it doesnt turn over when starting. Tech says something else is wrong we have to keep it till Monday to have other tech look further.They call me today Monday 6/14 to tell me the front fuel pump is out as well and Id have to pay 786.72 ..... for what? Cause yaw did not check both pumps from the beginning..just assumed it was the back . Both pumps did not go out at the same time. They probably repaired the back and that wasnt the issue the front one was and just noticed it. Which is not my fault. So I advised I would just get it towed from there to a show thats cheaper. I shouldnt have to pay for a service that they assumed was the issue. That was the entire point of the diagnostic fee and to see what the issues at hand were.My experience was not satisfactory. I feel they over charged for the service and the issue is still not resolved.

Although my service on my car was good. I have found the last few times I have come in the staff is very stressed, short handed rushed and it’s not the feeling I once had back when I bought my car. I hope this is due to COVID and not the bee normal.

Made an appointment to drop my car off early morning 0830. Took it in to get looked at for the same problem i had last time i had in to get looked at. They had my car all day Thursday never called to give me an update! I tried calling about an hour before they closed couldnt get through. I called the next morning talked to a service guy and was told they never got to my car. but they would get to it today Friday after Thursday. Guess never got a all day I went up to Bob Hook an hour before they closed to get my car. Guess what the service technician never got to my car! Never again Bob Hook Ill be back!

I had a few cars in mind when I walked on the lot and he was ready to move and show me what I wanted as quick as possible. Once I decided what I wanted the process was smooth and quick. He even went out of his way to clean the car for me himself so I wouldnt have to wait in the line of 3+ cars that were waiting to be cleaned and driven off the lot.
