Great store! So glad they have a store on Bardstown Rd!! So convenient!!
Nothing Urban about it. The one in Atlanta is better. And the staff follows you around the store.
One of my absolute favorite clothing store I love spending the evening trying stuff on!!
Great work out place
It is refreshing to find in Louisville. I only give 3 stars because it cant complete with the ones in Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, etc. The one in Louisville is much smaller.
Ive always like this place, nice staff and very clean. Also I always find some cool stuff here
Copped a cool hoodie. Sweet!
What can you say about Urban Outfitters? Hipster haven? A mashup of multiple decades of fashion that melds into one hyper visual? Whatever your preconceived notion may be you should still check UA. What’s the harm? You’re likely to find something you’ve actually been looking for and better yet, might find something you never thought you would want to have and now must have it since it now exists in your view... worse case scenario you find no clothing or accessories of interest BUT here’s a secret many in the masses are unaware of: UA carries exclusive color vinyl LPs. Some are rarer than others and even if you have a specific LP in a color vinyl, there may be an UA exclusive in another variety. B-) Happy hunting!
I LOVE this place. I just found out there was one in Louisville about two months ago and I have never been happier. They have such a big selection with a range of prices. I love going in here. The staff is always willing to help but also gives you your space to shop.
Very cute clothes... pretty expensive however just to keep up with fast fashion trends.
The atmosphere of the store is just great. The lights are cozily dim, but the selection of clothes is great. The workers are super friendly and will help you perfect your fashion style. The store also has a neat little corner for popular records and record players for the music fanatics.
Great location. Very helpful staff. A little pricey but good time for seasonal clearance. (I didnt get that $90 sweatshirt Im sure my son would have loved ;-) Well be back.
I am so glad we have an urban outfitters in Louisville. I used to always purchase online, but like the instant gratifation of going into the store. This is a one stop shop for all the cutest clothes, decor, and gifts. The associates are super helpful. If they dont have a particular item they are happy to order it for you.
The selection is great and its always fun to look around. There was no price on a vinyl and we asked for a price check at checkout but the worker was kind of in a daze and just couldnt seem to stay focused on our short transaction. Another co-worker said something to someone else and the worker helping us just stopped and stared. They didnt seem to know how to use the machine, it took so long just to check the price that I wanted to go buy the vinyl elsewhere. Ive worked in retail and I was assuming a quick scan with a price gun would have taken 5 seconds. This was so frustrating because Im coming from out of town and only have so much time on the weekend in Louisville so waiting isnt really something I want to do while Im here Checkout is always super awkward here for some reason which is disappointing because the store is cool but I can order online so coming in has become less appealing after each visit. Its right next to a great coffee shop and its fun to stop in but buying is a hassle.
My first time going UO. The store itself was very clean and organized with friendly staff. Not too involved but comfortably aware of each customer. Being my first interaction in an UO store, I was in love. I rarely find Lucky Cat stuff and this store had it. plus the shopping bag is reusable and that is pretty awesome. Fairly easy to get to, parking was limited the day I went. I hope to see more options and stock as I continue to visit.
Had lots of clothes but limited home goods compared to other ones. Nice store but staff seemed only concerned with themselves.
Ive generally had great experiences when I have been here. I dont come to Urban Outfitters regularly, but this is a good one to go to.I have found pretty good deals here and the staff has been pretty friendly. There is also free parking at this particular UO.
Awesome place to browse and find speciality outdoor items. Tad expensive compared to other like retailers.
Awesome experience!!!
They finally had something on sale that I have wanted for some time. And the staff was super friendly and very helpful.
This store is never open during the times indicated both online and what’s posted on the door.
There are some clothing items worth checking out. There are also some books and smaller novelties.
Pretty basic to me, kids like it there though.
On their 5 year anniversary they hosted The Arrow Fund and 2 local bands and a local brewery. They paid it forward by giving back to the community. I volunteer with the arrow fund and it was the first time I was ever in their store. It may not be my taste in clothes but I will support them for supporting the animals!
IMPORTANT: someone not associated with the store keeps changing the hours and making them wrong. THEY CLOSE AT 6 PM ON SUNDAY. They always have, and its says so on their door at the store, and if you call them that is the time they tell you. Ive seen complaints on here about how they close early, but thats not true. Someone has made the hours wrong on here. They are not open until 7.
Great
Strange non-store of a place. Randomonium and incoherent placement of items abound. Check out the bric-a-brac at your local thrift; or come here if you have dollars you simply dont care about.
Very helpful in finding a camera and suggestions for which purchase may be a better option for what I was looking for.
I love this place and its location my one stop shop!
I love the place they have cute clothes and very trendy
Overpriced goods. All stuff was insanely expensive and niche. They didnt even have xl in most sizes, yea im a fat guy. So i guess dont shop here unless your skinny. Vinyl which was all 180 gram was 30 minimum go down to better days or the great escape and find a much better selection with better prices. Staff also shrugged off my question.
The clothes look great for the first couple of wears. However nothing seems to last very long.
The clothes at Urban are trendy but pretty expensive. The music is pretty good and the people are friendly.
Unique clothing, a bit pricey, but that comes with the style of clothing they offer
Great store, they dont carry plus size items though. 😭
It was one of the dirtiest urban outfitters I have ever visited.. 4 sales associates was talking behind the counter and the store had about 10 people or more inside. No one was tending to the dressing rooms.
Pricey and eclectic. The employees are really nice!
This Urban is subpar. The staff was great and friendly, but there just was not much to choose from.
Laid back vibe and friendly personnel.
Some of their clothing is a little over priced. I like their books and their accessories there.
Very professional staff!
I was quite disappointed by the selection they carried here. One of the most bare bones Urbans I have ever been to. Only like 3 collections, for men’s, to browse through.
Free parking and fun things to buy.
The prices are ridiculous and the clothes are not made for all sizes. Im a size 8/10 and I am not comfortable in the clothing because its only made for smaller people.
One of my favorite places to shop
Its near Carmel not urban at all. (I used to buy cardigans here with different price tags)
Over priced
Not a place i would come to shop but, i guess a trendy crowd would like.
As for an urban outfitters it is standard but its glorification of mental illness and its invasiveness of local businesss is somthing that I cant agree with.
Always love an urban outfitters
Oh yea
Not a large selection of mens clothes. But everything else you would expect from UO any other place.
Groovy!
I like the set up, but I wish there were shoes and more accessories. But the employees were very help and kind nonetheless.
Urban Outfitters is honestly just a joke
If you are really an urban store. Keep the graffiti that said urban outfarters. The vandalism would have only increased sales.
A little small but it has classic urban outfitters stuff.
Who doesnt want to go back to the 90s
Great locationInteresting
Helpfull and nice
The staff are some of the most unwelcoming, vacuous people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
Just wasnt what I was looking for...
Always Great
Nice place
Pricing. Unhelpful staff
Too pricey for my taste
