Lots of variety to choose from and employees were nice. I do wish they carried larger sizes in womens boots. They do have a large variety online and one of the employees said online orders can be returned in store.

As soon as you walk in the smell of leather hits you and draws you in! They have a ton of cowboy boots and work boots, FR clothing hats, wow! Sales people very helpful, also wearing the products they sell.

Had the best experience today. A woman named Cat greeted me as I walked in and asking me if I needed any help and right away she helped me from clothes to boots to even boot care. Didn’t get boot care today but definitely returning soon for it. She kept me smiling from when I walked in to when I left.

The staff is very nice. They greet you upon entrance, ask if they can be of any assistance, and are very knowledgeable about selection and location inside the store. They definitely made it a nice experience for my first visit!

Went in looking for mink oil. Immediately had help finding it and a brush to work it in with. They answered my questions and check out was quick.

They do not know how to shape hats!! won’t come back! the guy was very nice but uneducated about shaping straw hats.

Possibly the WORSE Boot barn Ive been to. No one greeted my girlfriend and I as we walked in, nor asked if we needed any help. Every other person who walked in was greeted and asked if they needed assistance. It was a very odd and uncomfortable feeling the entire time we were in there. They said they couldnt find my number or email for my rewards and I receive texts and emails from boot barn nearly every day. Then the very first day I wore my boots, a piece fell off. After being wrung up at the register, I had to ask for a box and bag. Every other boot barn Ive been to has been friend and the offer a box that costs one dollar or a bag. Very terrible experience and the short heavy set white woman who was the mother of one of the workers was very rude. Her daughter tried to be nice at the end but the experience was already ruined. Im not sure if my skin color had anything to do with the lack of attention and professionalism received, but every other person that came in and recieved a greeting and an offer for help was not the same color. Very disappointing.

The selection of cowboy/girl boots is overwhelmingly fabulous. We went in with a look we wanted from online and they had a very similar match to what we was looking for! Also the employees were very helpful.

This past Friday I went to this store with my boyfriend so we could both get a new pair of boots. He was a couple aisles over and I heard an employee come up to him and ask if he needed help. He politely said no and she attempted to carry on a conversation with him. At this point I actually needed some help so I walked over to the aisle they were in to ask her if they had a certain pair of boots in my size. She looked me up and down and, with a rather rude disposition, told me no. At this point I decided to ask for her name since I couldn’t seem to find a name tag or anything and she told me what I found out later to be a fake name. I went to look for another pair and I heard her continue flirting with him. He got fed up with it after telling her again that he didn’t need help so he came back to where I was and she went back behind the counter. When we went to check out, after being helped by a very kind young man who’s name I forgot (who told me her REAL name), Marissa was still being very rude to me. Refusing to make eye contact with me and only talking to my boyfriend. I thought I was just taking things a bit personal but after talking with my boyfriend we agreed that it wasn’t just me. This was a very unpleasant trip to this store and I felt very uneasy because she started to be a bit aggressive before we walked out of the store. I truly hope that some sort of action is taken because I can’t imagine how many other people this has happened to. (I hope this is the store on Outer Loop, because that’s where it happened.)

Omg love this store. Never was in one before but I will be going back. I placed an order for a Christmas gift in early to mid November via Amazon. I was given and ETA of December 5th. I followed up with the store via Amazon, only to have my order canceled. There was never an attempt from the store to let me know the order could not be fulfilled. The customer service I received when calling to inquire was anythi g buy stellar. I was brushed off with no apology, only excuses. I would not recommend ordering online with this company. Their online availability is clearly not linked to their true stock. There is also no follow through when items are not available. Poor customer service. Disappointed.
