Was told it could be a 48 hr turnaround; but was done in less than 24 hrs! Went back and got the mirror fixed.The front office was very personable.The paint job was excellent and the color blends seamlessly with the rest of the body. Great job of fixing the mirror to the body.What took me by surprise was, unbeknownst to me Chris and his team went over and above to take care of a scratch on the front bumper for no charge! I came here for a second opinion on some repairs, and I couldnt have been happier with my choice. Hamel Bros went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure I got the repairs that I truly needed, and they really helped me out of a tough situation. Pricing was beyond fair, they really took care to not nickel and dime me. The owner himself took time to personally explain things to me. Also a big shout out to Jaime who works up front- she gave me the VIP treatment, and I really appreciated how she made the process as easy as possible for me. I will definitely be continuing my business with them in the future, and encourage others to do the same!

Hamel Bros. is always top notch. I usually go here for tires and tire swaps. I take very good care of my cars and always keep them in like-new condition, so I’m picky on who touches them. The one thing I really like about this place is that I can never tell they worked on the car. No crud inside, no dirt on it, no damage. It’s far too often garages will damage or dirty your car. Not this place.Plus, they’re always quick and professional.

Excellent place to bring your car for auto body shop works. I picked up my car today and I was amazed how they repaired the damaged on my car. They have excellent service from administrative personnel to the guys who looked, assessed and worked on my car. I met Russell H, I think he’s one of the owners of this shop. Very nice guy, and Chris too. Easy access location. Just amazing people to work with. I am very impressed! They washed and clean my car inside and out 😊. I would definitely recommend this place.

This company is amazing! I have gone here many times and each time was great! The staff are very caring and trustworthy, which I have found is hard to find with mechanics. The staff/owners go above and beyond to be helpful and to explain all situations. They even offered to drive me to and from my house when my car was being worked on. Great job on replacing my car hood and removing dents from roof, caused by acorn Yes we had a acorn storm in ME where the acorns came pelleting down for days in the late fall. Hamel Brothers fix my vehicle up and the paint job was an exact match. The staff in the office is great! The technicans were very friendly and quite accomplished.

They do great work... Been to see them 2 maybe 3 times.. Never happy to go to a body shop but makes it a lot better when you know your gonna get a great job at the end..

I had an excellent experience at Hamel Bros Service Inc recently! I unfortunately got rear-ended while at a red light and had some damage to the rear bumper on my Audi A6. My car insurance company referred me to Hamel Bros since I am new in town and didnt know where to bring my car to get the damage appraised and fixed. I got a call from Hamel Bros the next business day and made an appointment the following morning. They also have a relationship with Enterprise Rental Cars, so when I dropped my car off I had a rental car waiting for me. The work took less time than expected (about 4 days) and cost less than I anticipated. They absolutely could have charged for extra work but the final cost was extremely reasonable. I will absolutely go to Hamel Bros again and highly recommend them!

I was in an accident in January and I brought my vehicle to Hamel Brothers to be fixed. I was treated so well that I would being my car to them for any service I may require in the future. Not only did they fix my car, which included two new doors, but they also assisted me with my rental car and did follow-ups with me after the repair was complete. My brand new car with less than 800 miles on it was slammed by a pick-up truck so hard it knocked me into the car in front of me. There was extensive damage to the rear and front of my car. When I got to Hamel I knew I was in good hands. They got a rental car delivered and kept me posted every week on the repairs. This place is the worst place youll ever take your car i brought my car in for body work paid for by my insurance and when i lefti noticed something about a day later i noticed something leakimg on my driveway i brought it back in and mysteriously a brand new radiator hose had cut itself and broke so i bring it back to fix that they fix that amd now 2 weeks later i notice more fluids on my driveway and i open hood and they took oil cap off and left it off and i had oil all over my engine which is highly flammable and dangerous now im not a trained mechanic and they showed me under my hood when my hose got cut the first time and i didnt have a drop of oil on my engine needless to say i go on amd tell them they screw up and they DENIED EVERYTHING unless my car has MAGIC POWERS, WHICH IT DOESNT, THEU DID THIS, ADMIT YOUR FAULTS WHEN YOUR WRONG OR GET THE HELL OUT OF BUSINESS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY, THE WAY THE EMPLOYEESS TALK TO YOU TO THEYARE NOT IN A BUSINESS WYERE THEY SHOULS BE DEALING WITH PEOPLE, ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REPLACE MY OIL CAP AMD THE DUDE GAVE ME A PROBLEM FOR OVER AN HOUR, UNTIL I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL COPS BECAISE HE TILD ME I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR TO GET MY OIL CAP AMD WITHIN 5 MINS OF THAT MY CAP WAS REPLACED PRETTY SAD YOU HAVE TO CALL COPS ON SOMEONE TO GET WHAT YPU NEED. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE DO NOT GO HERE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE MY CAR CAME OUT WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN WHEN IT WENT IN.
