I have purchased 2 cars from Highline. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The first was a 2015 XK with low mileage purchased Gorgeous car. Fun to drive. When I took it out of storage, the battery was cranky. Jag batteries are usually cranky after being in storage. Mo and the mechanic came to jump start the car. This was 5 months after purchasing the car. Today, I was having the car detailed and the top got stuck. I took it over and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Fabulous.I just purchased a 2018 Mini Cooper convertible. We had it inspected. It needed new brakes and windshield. Both were taken care of. We split the cost of new tires. My mother loves this car. It is zippy and exciting to drive. Mo answered all of my moms questions. Jimmy and Ted answered all of my questions. I would definitely shop here again.

I can not begin to speak nothing but Great words for the Highline Motor Group in Lowell and the team of salesmen that work there. I picked up my new vehicle today from there after a VERY EASY process with the help of Ted and his team. This is now my 2nd vehicle I have got from them and I will continue to go there in the future. As well as give anyone a reference who is looking for a new vehicle. I was beyond impressed with their help, knowledge and cooperation when it came to the vehicle of choice for myself. My experience with The Highline Motor Group was amazing! Almost two years ago when I was looking for a car heading to Highline should have been my very first stop. The experience was breeze, and Ted was wonderful! I had to go back with my dad because he was now looking for a car just about a week ago. Just like last time we were handled with so much care and the process was impeccable. We were in and out with a car for my dad in no time. This time we were with Mo who, just like Ted, was very patient and worked with us instead of against us. He wanted to make sure my dads needs were met and wanted to know exactly what he was looking for. I can say my dad followed in my shoes and choose a Jeep Grand Cherokee (we’re starting an all Jeep family).Both times each car was serviced with no issues. The attention to detail with our requests did not go unnoticed and even though these cars are used they were driven off the lot as if they were brand new.I recommend if you are looking for amazing quality and service as if you reunited with loved ones head to this dealership. An unconventional circumstance led me to consider car shopping, I happened upon this place and it has been by far the best car buying experience Ive had. The team is transparent, open and willing to work with you for a mutually positive arrangement. Mo was my assigned salesperson and he delivered everything he committed with exceptional speed with no compromise in quality. The dealership is efficient, neat and no matter who you speak to, theyre in a positive mood, even on a Monday. I had a fantastic car buying experience with Highline Group. Ted was extremely helpful and made it clear he had my best interests in mind throughout the whole process. I was able to receive a great financing rate and the car was in even better shape than expected when I went to pick it up. As I bought the car online, I was worried about what appeared to be bald tires from the pictures. Upon arrival there were two brand new tires where I expected them to be bald. I was able to drive away knowing they did a thorough inspection of the car and fixed any and all issues. Given my positive experience, I will definitely be back!

Great experience with these guys. Mo is a professional sales guy and was able to work with me through each phase without uncomfortable objection or criticism, and takes his work seriously. Their CFO John was flexible with my time and helped work out (with a bit of some patience on both sides) a fair and reasonable deal for a used truck. I was able to have my questions and concerns answered and explained where appropriate. I found the car dealer to be exemplary and clean esp for one that deals with an abundance of variety of pre-owned makes and models. Good location; 30+ yr family owned. I recommend

You cannot trust these guys for anything. They will make promise on top of promise they have no intention of keeping.I would never do business with them again, and here are just a few of the reasons.I bought a beautiful 3 year old Subaru Forester XT from them (Manager James Bouras), and:-The brake pads and rotors were completely worn out, as verified by an independent mechanic. They agreed at the time of signing to replace them, and I was smart enough to get that on paper (attached).When I picked up the car a week later, after they told me repairs had been made and it was ready for pickup, they tried to give it to me with the same old rusted rotors and worn out brake pads. I had to argue with them to replace them, and they insisted they couldnt do that then (a really simple job), and they wouldnt pay for an external garage to do that then as they should have. They would come and pick up the car from me at a later date, have it done, and return the car to me. Already at this point, theyve tried to avoid doing the agreed upon work, hoping that I would be too dumb to notice.BUT THEN when I tried to schedule having the car picked up for the work to be done, they told me they couldnt pick it up and that I would have to bring it in. I had to argue with them again (now for the third or fourth time AFTER signing for the car) in order to get them to do what theyve already agreed to.-The air conditioning did not work. When I took it to the outside mechanic prior to signing, they confirmed that the A/C Compressor was bad. I got on paper (attached) that they would service the A/C and replace the compressor. Only AFTER did the service manager try to argue with me that they didnt know the compressor was bad and that they would do whatever we have to do to get it running but not necessarily replace the compressor. Less than a year later, the A/C is not working again, and its confirmed that its a leak from the A/C compressor (bought the car in July of last year, so only used the A/C for a couple months until now). So what it definitely seems like they did was compensate for the leak by filling it with coolant -- really cheap -- hoping that by the time it leaked out again the next spring and the existing expensive problem revealed itself again, I would no longer bother them for it and just take pay for the $800+ of work myself.Additional sketchy behavior:-$600 doc fee. They make their prices look more competitive relative to other dealers by having an exorbitant doc fee -- double what is typically charged.-They surprised me after purchasing with ONE set of keys, not two. A car comes with two sets of keys! If you are going to buy from them, make sure you check the number of keys first, but as you can see above, even if they agree to give you a second key, youve given yourself a job of chasing them around for weeks to maybe honor their word, maybe not.JUST DONT DO IT! DONT GO TO THEM!

The Highline GroupJul 17, 2020Great buying experience... Couldnt be happier!I was not sure what to expect when I walked onto the lot of High-Line to look at a BMW I had seen on line. We were greeted by Rocky who seemed to know the entire inventory very well. Rocky was quick to share the background on the vehicle. I ended up finding another gem on the lot and bought it that day! I could not be happier with my purchase. The BMW is more car than I had hoped to find and the price was right! You should know this dealership does not come down on price but they are very aggressive in their up front pricing. Frankly, knowing its a good deal before you walk on the lot saves time and frustration in the normal negotiation process. I did more research after my purchase and my purchase price in more inline with the trade in value of my vehicle! I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to this dealership. BUYERS BEWARE! If i could give 0 stars i would. They sold us a lemon. Not even 1 year in and were already spending so much on repairs. They had the nerve to ask my husband if he knew how to use the car because if was giving us issues straight off the lot. They dont even have proper mechanics who deal with foreign cars. The mercedes we got was not even programmed properly, we had to bring it to an actual mechanic who then fixed the issue for us. Long story short we were driving and heard a big pop. A huge hole in the transmission!! DO NOT BUY ANY CARS HERE!!

Teddy was my salesman. Great guy. My schedule is long and ridiculous, he came in on a Sunday to show me the car on his off day when the dealership is closed. Transparent and upfront, deal done in 10 minutes. I don’t care how much a car costs as long as I’m being treated with respect and I can afford the payment, which in this case both were accomplished. I bought a 2015 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport. Priced really well. Top notch guys, family owned. Staple in Lowell for years. I’ll be back down the line for my SUV when I finally decide to stop being lazy enjoying my freedom and have kids! 😂Efharisto!

In June of 2020 I bought a 2 door wrangler from highline and drove off happy. That ended fairly quickly. I was told by I believe his name was Gustavo that I would get a call within a week for them to set up an inspection and that they can’t do it there because of conflict of interest...okay makes sense I said to myself and I drove off. A few weeks past and I never got a call and figured I would bring it myself to get inspected and bill them.That’s when I realized it’s was not going pass inspection because my blinker light would wouldn’t work. That just started a whirlpool of issues.It’s been about 9 months and I’ve had to put in about 3 or 4 grand worth of work into the Jeep.Which STILL hasn’t passed inspection.I’ve brought it to multiple auto shops and they’ve all said there’s no way I could’ve done the damage that has caused all these issues.A total fraudulent company and if I were you I would run far away from this place if looking for a used car.Little bit of research and found multiple court cases for reasons like mine.Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.UPDATE : a couple months later and I’ve dumped ANOTHER 2 grand into it. I hope this place burns to the ground

I done had the worst experience with this company ever this is the first time this has ever happened to me I seen a 2015 S class on they site and I called the lowell location and spoke to James or Jim whatever his name is and he told me that they still have the vehicle so I told him that I was interested in it and boy he lead it on thick about it being a beautiful car and then they went as far to send me a video of it. So I said I would like to apply for financing so they called the bank and then they called me back telling me that I was approved it was 5/18/21 when this happened so they told me that I needed $5800 down and I said find could I pay you guys 500 down now and Friday come in with the rest because I stay out of state the Finance department said that is ok they took my $500 dollars so I had question the next day and Jim or James didn’t answer my call so I called the operator at the front desk asking about the S class and he told me that it was sold 20 minutes ago........ need to remind you they ran my credit twice and took my down payment and the bank approved my loan that was very unprofessional illegal by false advertisement it’s 5/19/21 and no one call me back yet about any answers or about a refund need to remind you they ran my credit twice and when I ask them about removing it the service desk ask me why would they do that. Well in my opinion the only reason why I authorize the credit check is because of the Vehicle that I was interested in and they said they had it if I would have known that they didn’t I would never let them ran my credit. I feel as a company you should have higher standards I would never try to do Business with these people and if they don’t remove the hard inquiries from my report and refund my money I will seek legal action no matter how petit it seems I can not contest on other people experience but only mines which is 100 percent truthful. So experience them at your own risk.

Stay away from this dealership. Theyre conmen in neck-ties. They seemed great but once they get your money they throw customer service out the window and do anything they can to push you away to deal with their screw up yourself.To start, they sold us a car with a bad tire bead and a faulty automatic start/shut-off which was only found with the computer diagnostic. We went to fix a check engine light for the second time in the first 3 months and they never activated our warranty so a one day repair turned into a week long ordeal. We asked for them to correct their mistake with a donor car or rental during repairs and they refused to provide a donor and offered to cover only 25% the cost of a rentalThey were also either purposefully deceitful or just incompetent at communicating the terms of this warranty since the auto start/shut-off is also not covered by the warranty and they failed to mention a $500 deductible when we agreed.They were demeaning over the phone and made the process as difficult as possible while refusing to acknowledge their own mistake or give any direct answer.You can get better deals with a better dealer elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Highline and especially with Liam. He helped me get the car to an independent mechanic so I could be sure the car was mechanically sound since it was a 2011 with high mileage. We had a small complication with the title that delayed delivery of my car and they offered to pay a portion of my first car payment. John was also very kind and kept his word with me throughout the process even though I was buying one of the lower-priced cars on their lot.

I really wanted to get a BMW, especially a new one. Ted and Mo helped me out. Everything went so smooth and great. I was trying to be so patient and thinking the worst of the worst but they constantly tried to make you think positive. on 2/10 i was in a very bad fire. I lost my home and grandpa. On 4/10 I lost my 2014 BMW, but i was try to push through everything. Then on 05/08 ted and mo helped me look into this vehicle i really liked. Ted really helped with getting approved and it was just great!! i signed the papers on 5/10! Now im not carless but still a lil homeless.. LOL. Now im an owner to a 2017 BMW!!!

First, look at how Highline responds to 1-star reviews. Each time they claim to 1) have treated that customer with respect and 2) were not the ones at fault. Well, if youre a potential customer, keep that in mind, because if you do end up having an issue it wont be their fault, but you would have been treated with respect the whole time.Highline refused to respond to my emails or take my phone calls about ending the extended warranty on the used vehicle I purchased from them. At the time I opted for an extended warranty (I know, not a smart decision), but I came to realize the $4,000 I paid for this 3 yr/36K warranty was a waste and wanted to cancel it to recoup some of that money. At first, I tried getting in touch with them using their inquiry form on their website. No luck. Next, I emailed Gustavo, F&I manager. No reply in my inbox or junk folders. Finally, I ended up calling them a few times, but every time I was either placed on hold and left there indefinitely until Id hang up or I was told someone would call me back and they never did.My house has two adults and three elementary-aged kids working and learning from home since last February, so this ended up getting pushed to the back of my mind with the chaos COVID-19 has caused. Im writing the review now because Im getting rid of the vehicle and Im still without a response and losing money on the damn warranty every day I have it (nearly $800 since trying to initially cancel it).If youre looking for a used vehicle, look elsewhere. Do you really want to risk the potential headaches? Instead ask a friend or colleague for a recommendation you can trust.

This is THE place to get a car. Especially if youre into luxury cars like I am. I bought a BMW from from them, and came back a year later to buy a Lexus. Once Im ready to switch, Im definitely going back to them again. Mo was the one who helped me narrow my options and ultimately endosed the Lexus as a great fit for me. He drives a Lexus as well and he told me all I needed to know about the car. Ted helped me find the best financing option for the Lexus which I wanted so bad. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from High-Line motor group! I went in with the intention of just test driving and looking at a 4runner. I was greeted by Rocky who pulled it out front for me to check it out and drive. He was extremely patient while I debated whether or not I should actually purchase. My husband and I recently purchased a car here at Highline Motor Group. This dealership has a variety of cars to choose from. Our experience was pleasant overall. The service team and salesmen were extremely friendly and accommodating with regards to the needs of the car we were purchasing. I needed a new car and NEVER would have thought I would end up with a Mercedes. This place has the cars you dream of in a price range you can afford. From the moment I pulled on the lot till the time I drove off with my new car the experience was unlike anything I have ever dealt with. I worked with Liam and John, who were the furthest from pushy. Liam had no issues with my wanting to try multiple vehicles. If I could change anything, it would be my wait from purchase to delivery, but that was more excitement than anything else. Great experience! Was looking for something very unique & specific. Ted Karakostas convinced me to drive 3 hours. He took care of all the docs for registration, beyond easy. I received a financing rate that literally shocked me 3%. My credit is A+ and I could not get that rate anywhere for this car, I was really shocked at the inventory. Mo and Jimmy made my car purchase experience AWESOME! I went to check on a car I’ve been dreaming of for a very long time... Mo took me for a test drive without hesitation and gave me a lot of details regarding the car itself and the buying process... We went back to the dealer and sat down to talk numbers. The process was amazing, no tricky talk nor uncomfortable discussion. Jimmy offered me a great price on my trade-in and even accepted to negotiate a little on the car I was buying to make the purchase actually possible! My boyfriend and I went here to buy him a car and they did not have any problems selling the car ASAP and told us the car would be ready in a few days for pickup as we drove from another state. When we went to go pick it up we called before and made sure it was all set. We drove the 2 plus hours up to there and they then told us they werent in possession of the title and therefore we couldnt take the car (drove over two hours for nothing even though they told us we could get it that day). For a compensation they said they would pay 1 month of the payment as well as deliver the car so we didnt have to drive up again. Eventually around 3 weeks after the initial purchase they told us the title would be mailed to the house and they kept pushing it further and further away. Then they said they couldnt give us the car until we got it registered but we wouldnt be able to register the car without having the car inspected and such things. After all this waiting around we decided to just take the drive up to pickup the car ourselves since it was clear they didnt want to take the drive to deliver it. Up there we didnt think it would be unreasonable to ask them to pay for another month since we had to wait almost a month to pick the car up, and the other month was supposed to be a compensation for the long wait to get it (To make it clear we wanted them to pay for the month we didnt have the car, then have the other month payment as an inconvenience compensation). The owner came up to us and got VERY offended by us asking this and said things like can you tell me what it is we agreed on, I dont like that (about asking for another months payment to be paid by them) and if you dont want the car anymore you can take back your deposit and was just all around acting really rude to us. It was not like we were set on the extra month and were insisting on it, we simply just asked if that would be a possibility. Anyway, so they wrote us a letter saying they would pay the first month and give the check for it AFTER it was registered so we waited and did so. There were many calls of being put on hold and HUNG UP on multiple time trying to get this check they promised us. Between this time, the oil change signal turns on, even though we waited an extra day to pick up the car for them to change all the fluids. Its clear no one changed them if theyre signaling a change only a month after receiving the car. Also, the brakes pad are already starting to get worn out (only about a month after getting the car) so we have to replace them. On top of all of this, the second key the gave us (spare key) is damaged and doesnt work!In conclusion, this establishment needs to be deeply reviewed and change their ways. They are unprofessional and frankly very rude to their customers. I would not recommended this place no matter how badly you want a certain car. Now, there are many good reviews here and there, but the bad reviews really show a lot of things in common and you never know if you will come out scammed or with a good car. Most likely it will be scammed. BUYERS, TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. (This is all our own opinion and view of this dealership)

Decided to purchase a vehicle here and despite the whole purchase process being quite good the vehicle itself should never have left the lot. Within an hour of driving off I noticed a loud grinding noise coming from the drivers side, upon closer inspection I noticed the rear brake pads were bald. I drove an hour on the high way basically missing my back brakes. Called my sales guy and he referred me to the service manager who still hasnt gotten back to me. Well, yesterday my brakes went, no brakes at all, they dont work. Turns out both rear calipers are shot, leaking fluid everywhere. For a car that was serviced I find it strange that both the brake pads and calipers were overlooked. This makes me realize that either they just dont care about the vehicles they sell or who ever is actually checking these cars is extremely incompetent. I asked what they were going to do about this since Ive only had the vehicle for two days and now Im out a car, I was told to have it towed(with my own money, an hour away from me) and theyll look at it. Not that theyll 100% take care of an issue that could have cost me my life. So unfortunately as of this moment I can only urge you to stay away from this dealership, this review may change depending on what happens in the following days but I have a strong feeling Ill soon be driving my old car after a huge waste of time.

I purchased a vehicle and they totally ripped me off. The car that they said had no issues, had many issues. Then they used the excuse that “It’s a used car, what did you expect”. They refused to fix the issue that’s wrong with the car.Make sure to always get your car inspected from the company brand of the car itself, if you decide to buy it from them. They passed the car through inspection, knowing it was problematic and I had to find out after spending an large some of money.Guys please be careful. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against them.

My wife and I purchased two SUVs from The Highline Group within the 9 months. The dealership was VERY busy during both purchases, but Charlie and his staff made us feel like we were their only customers each time. There were no high pressure sales, just recommendations which we were receptive to and they were always detailed to what we were looking for. It is clear that the Highline Group takes pride in their dealership, both in the expectations of their staff and in the quality of their immaculate vehicles. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with The High-Line Group. The selection of used vehicles we had to choose from was extremely impressive. When we saw a car we liked on their website, I was placed in contact with a salesman (Ted) who was friendly, informative, professional, and most importantly, did not engage in any high-pressure sales tactics. Just a great guy to work with. The finance manager was awesome as well. Everything went smooth with no B.S. I love this dealership, and when it is time I will definitely go back there for our next vehicle.

I pulled up in a BMW convertible.. explained I have dealt with beamers and was just looking to move up and find a lifetime dealer who is trustworthy.I was looking to buy the 2008 Black 135i Convertible.[Careful; its still for sale]Well first things first they wouldnt negotiate on the price even though it was over blue book value with a TON of problems.They said they didnt go by Kelly blue book; I tried comparing < -The reason for trying to negotiate the price was because while checking it out and test driving the 135i I have come across several problems.The car haves the following problems..> 1)The driver side door hinge was making a clicking noise while opening/closing the door..2)the headlights turned purple after starting the car and letting it sit for a while (needs new headlights),3) the driver side heated seat button, convertible buttons, are inoperable sometimes. Was told they may need a new fuse sensor.4)The back window on the car haves glue sealed. (view photo below) Looks like the window was damaged which explains damaged reported on the carfax.Now, the glue looked in fair condition. But I purposely went to HighLine while it was raining to see if rain would come in the car. Unfortunately rain was coming in through the back window. (It barely rained.. quick shower)((PHOTOS BELOW))Now.. I argued this to the internet sales manager (Jim, Jimmy, James, all the same person) and was told they would FIX all these problems but wouldnt take any lower for the price other than waiving the DOC fee price. ($400~)NOW... That DOC fee can be waived. I always get it lowered or waive no matter what dealer.. so thats nothing. LIKE LETS BE REALSTIC HERE..The car has been sitting on the lot for 30+ days and haves ALL these problems. Theyre UNWILLING to fix these problems unless YOU buy the car and youll still be taking a RISK if you buy the car.I was REALLY considering it.. I even asked about the warranty...Ha, what a joke. $5,000 for 2/yr or 20,000miles. -- NOT worth it at all.I had to remind myself, the carfax states the car haves (5 PREVIOUS OWNERS) and they are NOT willing to work on the price.Like, already thats CRAAAZZYYYYY. For a car with a $12,391 price tag, 5 owners for only 84k miles, and with all those problems youre not willing to WORK with me other than to waive a DOC FEE?Now, yes they did offer to fix all those problems. But thats a TERRIBLE first impression on a car thats $12k+ and I would have to BUY the car in order for them to fix it.Like why should you gain my trust? Even if you fix the problems that was the problems I detected with my eyes. Not a mechanic. I want someone professional to look at it.So.. I tried to dig further by asking if i could do a pre-purchase inspection due to all these problems to see what else i could find.(I dont have a mechanic.)They said sure, I could take it to BMW.. its only 5-10 mins away..I was then introduced to the finance manager to talk about payment plans--How unprofessional. They tried to get me to do a credit check to prove I can afford the car. So in other words they said i couldnt take the car off the lot until I pretty much buy the car. I declined. Thats NOT what a pre-purchase inspection is. I argued they could take the car down and ill pay for the pre-purchase inspection ($219.99) but they STILL declined.Honestly, one of the WORST dealers I have been too.. Extremely unprofessional, and just wants the sale. They do not care about you. They just want your money and move on.---THE ONLY THING POSITIVE I HAVE TO SAY IS THE SALES PERSON MATT IS GOOD. I COULD CONNECT TO HIM BUT OVERALL BAD, BAD,BAD, BAD VIBES ALL AROUND EVERYONE ELSE AND THE OVERALL BUSINESS.Now, Im a millennial. Youve just lost a possible life-time customer.Congrats Highline!

As a young college student and a first time buyer my experience at Highline Motors was quite pleasant. I highly recommend they have a wide range of models with really great prices for everyone. I went from driving an 2004 dodge to a reliable used low miles car in no time. I was nervous being a first time buyer and finding the right car/deals, luckily Highline was the first dealership I went into, everything was so smooth. There was no need to run around dealership to dealership. I can truly say they will take care of you as they put the customer first. The atmosphere is wonderful, the salesmen Mo Liam, Rocky etc, mangers even the owner worked really hard to help me find the best car for me. No more need to worry about being stranded on the highway lol. If you are looking to purchase a car Highline motors is the way to go! Just check out there inventory you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely TERRIBLE !!!I promise you, the first good comments you see on here are fake. People who are paid to say good things. 1st, the customer service team are absolutely rude.2nd, they sold my sister a car with a bad air suspension and REFUSED to fix it ! I went there with my sister to discuss that we took it to get inspected right after we purchased the car and they said the vehicle air suspension is out and that it would cost use around 2 thousand dollars to fix it. Now, mind you, HIGHLINE inspected the car and on the sheet of paper, it said “air suspension” PASSED. They lied and tricked us. And said they won’t fix this issue.We’re taking legal actions against them.

We purchase an 2010 porsche cayman S from them in Sep of 2018 with extended warranty. In Mar of 2020 I call in to cancel my extended warranty. They told me why I want to cancel my warranty and try to convince me not to cancel it for awhile I told them I just want to cancel what so hard for him to not understand. After awhile back and forward talk they finally told me to take a picture of my car VIN number and odometer read and email them so we did. They said that they will process our cancelation get back yo us within a week or two because of the pandemic it take a little longer. So we understand, after two week later I email them no reply. At the point I was like maybe because of the pandemic. So I wait for another month and email them no reply also. I make a phone call got a hold of some one and they got my information and said that they will process our cancelation and will get back at us in two weeks. Two weeks later we didnt get a call back or any email. We try to call them but no one pick up and have to leave them like 3 voice mail. Now it the end of Aug, 5 months later and still didnt hear anything from them. I wouldnt recommend buy anything car from this dealer. They are very nice when they selling you a car but afterwards they wouldnt help you with anything after you drive out of their lot. Im going to BBB and report this dealer.

I recently purchased a 09 Subaru Legacy from Highline and was pretty displeased in the purchase right away as the car was making various noises and had multiple problems. I was aware that I had bought the car as it just came in and they didnt have a lot of time to go through it. They had replaced the brakes and abs sensor by time I picked up the car but when I drove it I heard a noise right away. Highline has been amazing in taking care of all the problems that I have had since purchasing the car without a hassle, they are friendly, professional, and personable. As I read through some of these reviews, I cant help but think that the people that gave High-Line a low rating must be more upset about their own flawed thinking than the professionalism, quality, and caliber of automotive that High-Line exudes.I recently purchased a fully optioned Porsche 911 Carrera 4S and at no fault of anyones, the vehicle had a few hiccups. I remind everyone that first and foremost, a car (even the most expensive) is made of metal, rubber, and other synthetic manmade materials that fall apart over time. Secondly, High Line motors is not a dealership to go to if you are looking for a lowcost, everyday grocery-getter; they maintain an inventory of cars that is of the higher caliber that isnt for everyone and most certainly is not your typical family wagon. These vehicles require meticulous and costly maintenance that usually far exceed the price of the vehicle itself.To that end, the moral of this review is that although the Porsche cost $118k at Delivery in 2007, the $30k price tag that High Line sold it for in 2019 came with the same level of service, decorum, and quality of professionalism that would be expected if I had been the original owner and shelled out six figures.Ted, Tony, Zac, Matt, and the owner Charlie, are as good as they come and I am extremely grateful for their care and accountability when it comes to standing behind their vehicles.A++++ .I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.
