Times online says 7 pm go there at 530 can’t get anything to eat very disappointing I have a tight schedule hence I checked the closing time and now I got to work all night with nothing to eat.

I love Top Donut! Delicious marshmallow donuts and marshmallow coffee(Bridge st. Location). They have fun seasonal muffins. The coffee isnt very strong, but a tasty treat.

This nondescript, little place has amazing, light donuts! They are delicious and there is a fantastic selection of donuts available. Fast, friendly service. Have only gone through the drive thru, never inside so I cant speak to the inside of this little donut shop. Give it a try!

Worst place to ever come too have rats running around bugs in cups, don’t change the food over night the “manger” boss or whatever is a bird does not treat any of the crew members good at all he fired my sister on her 3rd day just for making a bagel the wrong way no one trained her for nothing no one helped her with anything instead of telling or asking her if she needed any help he yelled and humiliated her in front of everyone there this place is a no go for me and y’all should stop coming here soon

I know it sounds like New England blasphemy... but I like them much more than Dunkin! I will go out of my way to go to Top Donut. The coffee is better quality. The cold brew especially is delicious. More coffee flavors than most Dunks, too. Their hot sandwiches are tastier and obviously made with fresher and better quality ingredients. They also always have a very wide donut and pastry selection. Pastries and donuts are light and fresh tasting and not overpoweringly sweet. Also, their cake donuts dont have that odd chemical/ubaking soda-ish aftertaste that many do. Overall, this small chain is just great at what they do: donuts, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and classic cafe pastries.

Great coffee and great food. Im all about strawberry mocha coffee, while my boyfriends favorite is banana mocha, which was suggested to him by an employee. Every donut Ive had is amazing. Of particular interest are the apple-filled bear claws, the apple fritters, and anything with maple glaze. Im not usually a fan of maple glazing/frosting, but theirs tastes like real maple. Breakfast sandwiches are also solid. Please do yourself a favor and come here.

The days before the big coffee chains flooded the market. While providing good coffee. The big chains miss that one ‘thing’. It’s hard to describe. Cup4cup best coffee around. The best maple frosted donut Ive ever had my life, I get a large hot extra extra in a maple frosted every single day for the last 2 years. Dont think Ill be switching it up anytime soon.

The kids working there arent paying attention. What would make Boston Creme Donut sound like Maple Frosted? Fox News on the television 24/7 keeps me from visiting inside. Donuts are great, but the owners dont give a rats ass about the customers.

Really nice donut shop. Great variety of homemade donuts to choose from. The store is large and clean, with tables so you can eat in or take away. Very easy parking. We didnt have any coffee (lots of flavors are offered). Bagels not so great, so focus on the really wonderful donuts they offer! Prices are very reasonable, too!

I enjoy the donuts & iced coffee more than dunkins. They also serve some sandwiches. Ive noticed fox news is usually on & some conservative biased ads at this location. No poke stop there. Limited hours too. Some unique flavors for coffee like butterscotch. Cash only though. Yes; theres a bathroom. Its small. I wouldnt recommend a larger group to go sit in because of limited seating.

Wish I could give it five stars. The donuts and food is five stars...the coffee is four stars...the lack of debit/credit use is a bummer. They do have that ATM right handy by...but man those donuts are good. Best donuts in Lowell.

Impressed by the size of the place and the fact that they probably make the donuts there but disappointed over the coffee and Apple Fritter i bought . Coffee tasted old and Fritter was small, flat and dry with not an apple to speak of. I was optimistic at first because i hadnt been in there before...Im sorry to say i missed nothing

Went in and got a marshmallow donut which was delicious, however I got milk with it and took one sip and it was clumpy and sour, looked at the date it was 12/9/18.. today is 12/21/18.. I went up and told the owner.. he wasn’t even apologetic, DIDNT even bother to check if there was others like that, and was confused when I asked for my money back.

Friendly staff, great food quality. However I find it ridiculous and inconvenient that they STILL are cash only. They lose a lot of business daily for this reason.

The Top 🍩s are incredibly delicious, everyone on my home loved them, i also purchased a Raspberry Twist & Cinnamon Twist, i havent had a raspberry twist since i was a kid and i was certainly not disappointed, perfectly flakey and tenderly crisp, just right, they melted in my mouth, i will definitely be back, my wife and niece got ice coffee and both loved it, really couldnt stop talking about how good the iced coffee was
