This store is clean and cozy. The products seem to be very high quality.There didnt seem to be as many generic options as Im used to in grocery stores. Definitely felt on the more expensive end of the market, but for nicer items.There is free parking.

I love shopping here. The management team does a great job. Hannaford rewards and digital coupons make it easy to save money. Love the fresh veggies and fruit. Great cheese selection. I’m a big fan of the grab n go sandwich and salad. Lots of specialty items.

Very nice store if youre looking for brand names you cant find anywhere else its a good place to look and you can buy things like steamers and fresh fish a much nicer area for fresh seafood then I have seen anywhere else

Pricey but quick in and out

Always clean, well stocked compared to other places affected by Covid, well staffed. The pharmacy is why I gave it a 3 star. They are understaffed, and at two staff are condescending and frequently promise a delivery time that made my husband late 2x for work. 1 pharmacist is absolutely rude, and will hang up on you if your finished or not. Otherwise, nice shopping experience.

Today I lost my keys inside the store. The manager on duty tonight went above and beyond to help me look for my keys. After 2 hours of looking, we called it quits. As I was leaving he ran out & gave me my keys in which another customer found. So thank you to both the customer & manager for their help today.

This is my favorite Hannaford to go to. The organization of this place is great and very spacious. I also like that there are very few people during the times that I like to come here. The checkout employees are really nice and I prefer coming here whenever possible.

This store is getting bad on rotating food. Bread that has expired. Yogurt, as well. Bought corn on the cob,it was so shriveled up, the squirrels ate them.

Fruits always fresh I loved

Old raw meat, grey expired deli meat, generic cheese being passed off as land o lakes american. Withered vegetables, rotten fruit.

It was busy with no social distancing. Instead of arrows for the aisles it should have a number of people limit. Also no one should be stocking the aisle during the day. If it is a must then close the aisle while the person is in there.

I come hear all the time and never had an issue. Just recently I was paying for my stuff at the self checkout and noticed I was being starred at like a hawk by 2 employees here. A younger man and a woman in her early 50s who was standing right behind the young man. As I go along my business and pay for my groceries not only did they not offered if I needed any help so it would have not been obvious that they were just watching me but then you see them go off to the side and talk as if I couldnt see what was happening. Ive been a loyal costumer and was made really uncomfortable as if I were a shoplifter. Like really shoplifting a bag a chips and bananas? I will not step foot in here again. Might want to train your employees how to be more discreet and not make customers feel uncomfortable. Take your business else where, Market basket is literally across the street and cheaper prices.

Lots of fresh items, different than other markets

I love Hannaford its pricy compared to Market Basket but I feel like the service here is unbeat. The associates are friendly. Im all for one stop shop and Hannaford does it for me because of the Pharmacy in store. The one star missing because they offer curbside food pock up like the Hannaford in Maine.

Huge store. Great selection. When I went today I had some problems finding what I wanted. Gluten free products were in 3 separate locations. There were very few staff around, although they were quite friendly and tried hard to help.

Its missing a health and beauty section

Clean. Plenty of Gluten Free and organic options, and fresh fruits and veggies.

Made my daughters birthday cake did a great job

Ive always liked going to hanny! Its bright and clean! I got there at 9:30 at night and the it seemed like the best time to shop. Not too busy. Check out was fairly organized for being in the middle of a virus.

I give the pharmacy team at the Lowell/Tewkesbury Hannaford a five star rating because the are always willing to help, to explain, to review medications again if you need that. They do all of this everyday with a smile and amazing care for the customer. Even now with reduced hours and a global pandemic I still receive the same level of customer support and care. They are risking their Heath so I can continue to maintain the medication regimen I require. Thank you to all of the pharmacy staff.

This Hannaford is a crazy mix. Its never crowded, has very good prices, and very fresh produce and meats. Since its more to this location business has dropped... But it remains consistently good. Some of the local Hannaford stores are a bit higher in price, but this one is usually in line with the Market Baskets in the area. New England is very loyal to Market Baskets, I think its what keeps this store in line.

Hannafords, the place to go to buy food not sold at Market Basket. Very clean.

I shop here regularly. I like it because its never really crowded. Prices are a little high so you need to sign up for this rewards program. Once you sign up for the rewards program they will send you what they call for example $11 off a bag of groceries. You just enter your phone number at checkout and the discount plus any coupons you select off their website/app will be automatically deducted at the register. Ive gotten up to $20 off a bag of groceries. Also the website has some pretty good recipes that you can actually shop from, you can add to your list right from the recipe. Just thought that was cool.

Good produce. Reasonable selection of organic foods. Excellent selection of Asian and Spanish food (fermented bean paste? Persian spices? Yes and more.) Never as crowded as the Market Basket zoo. MB does however have better cheese selection.

This place has a great selection. I got $40 cash back, forgot to grab from machine and left it behind (before or in midst of dispensing).Returned to store an hour later. Bagger returned it to me. Good Fortune? Possibly. Great staff? Definitely.They deliver a great value. Have a nice set up. I like the experience of shopping here. They have a pharmacy to, pretty sure (dont use it).

They have everything in stock when I have been there though they are on the pricier side of the cost margin they do very well at trying to keep customers safe and keeping everything needed and wanted in stock which helps when you are limited to how often a customer wants to make trips to places that could pose a threat if not handled properly during this time.

Decent prices and an overall great selection of everyday products you expect. The meat section has a decent selection. If you are looking for a particular cut of meat, be sure to go early to talk to the butcher. Make sure you bring your own bags these days or you get charged 5 cents a paper bag which isnt bad.

Even during a time of food and home goods shortages this hannafords has an open deli dept for cutting custom, limited selection meats. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies, open butcher shop with marinated meats a bit pricy but thats todays world. Great options in all departments, even brand name toilet paper!!

Great selection of quality produce. Very good variety of products including ethnic foods. Clean and well organized. Competitive pricing. This location no longer uses plastic bags so either bring reusable bags or be charged 5 cents (really?!?) per paper bag. Aside from that nonsense, great store.

Good place with great prices, not as expensive as Stop and Shop! The only issue I have is that they actually charge you 5 cents per paper bag during the pandemic even though the governor rescinded the plastic bag ban. Their rewards program is decent and offer you a chance to take some money off your next tab when you go shopping.

Their sale prices are great and usually not busy.

The supermarket is on the Tewksbury Lowell line. It is a huge place with a wide selection of almost everything imaginable.The place is well organized and has good quality items including meats, produce and other items. It also has organic foods and spices.The service is generally good although at times there are not enough people on the floor. The cashiers are good, and there is self-service checkout.Parking is free and has easy access for disabled individuals.It is a clean and presentable place.

The Disney World of Supermarkets! The cleanest and most organized store I have ever seen. There is not a speck of dust anywhere. The staff here is superb. World class in my view!

Open, not alot of people, had what I needed and quick exit!

Went to express and a lady had a cart full. My frozen food started to melt and the machine wouldnt let me pay cash and card. So a nice young man working there gave me a dollar to cover the difference. Thank you.

Really disappointed with this place. I went in, did all my food shopping for the week and returned home. Spent $166, which is a bit more than I usually spend elsewhere. The next day, I cook dinner, go to make a salad, and the lettuce was already bad (it was a container of 50/50 blend). It happens, and probably my own fault for not looking at the expiration label, though it said sell by Apr 6th (it was the 3rd.) Then, the next day, I go to use the strawberries I bought. Mold already growing, despite keeping them in the fridge. Then this morning, 5 days after purchase, the Daves Killer Bread I bought already has mold forming as well. I live in a clean, well maintained luxury condo with a static temperature set at 77. All items were kept in the packaging and stored properly. I feel like I just wasted my money. I have never had this happen any of the times Ive gone to market basket or whole foods. I will be sticking to their chains from now on.

This place is big and very nice. Much better selection than the dracut branch. Prices vary from week to week, but if planned it is much more cost affective than going to market basket. Produce is always fresh here also. Been going to market basket for years and this place is much better.

Love it. Summer salads are real good. Not too vinegar-y. White American cheese is good as well as other cold cuts. Roast beef is real good. I love the bakery. Clean. No clerks restocking while I am shopping. Ive been shopping there steady for about 2 years, now. They like to do local business which I really like. Try their carrots - they are real good. Also, USDA beef, which I like a lot. Unlike most of the other stores in the area, there was no line to get into the store. Quick and easy!

We love to go here when we need a break from the hectic atmosphere of Market Basket. Love the trees in the entranceway where the produce section starts. Great vibe -- although the prices are a bit higher than MB depending on what you get -- the trade-off for a much calmer shopping experience is mostly worth it. They also consistently have coffee Oreo ice cream which is a huge plus.

Favorite supermarket. Has fresh groceries, even organic for those that care. Better than stop and shop as far as Im concerned.

Once was great. A few years back this was a great grocery for conventionally grown vegetables and fruit. This time I had to search the display case for a firm cucumber. The international food section is an illogical hodgepodge of mixes and empty shelves. Worse yet, there is no customer service, just inexperienced employees walking around like automata.

They have a free DC Fast Charging station! Which is nice except when some jerk doesnt know how to park. Then you spend the whole shopping time stressing that they are going to hit your car with their door when they leave.😠

Great food; great service. People do say that this store is significantly higher than the grocery store across the street, but there are caveats. Most of it centers around the competitor more heavily promoting their processed store brand foods. The store brand is better here, such as theres a natural line of store brand ice cream, which is helpful these days as Breyers isnt even natural for most of their selection these days.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to appear at the bakery counter. A woman came out from the back, made eye contact with me, and then promptly went into the refrigerator and ignored me. I left and went to a bakery up the street to order a cake for my moms birthday. Thats just bad customer service.

A little more pricey than market basket. But it has items i need that the other place doesnt. Like party size ice in round cubes that fit my awesome reusable waterbottle.
