Sold a car and needed a titled transferred, had a AAA membership and thought wat the hey lets see if they do it and by golly they do and its cheaper then going to a notary!! They were so helpful and very patient with me bcuz this was the first time I sold a car in the state of PA. They walked me thru everything. Then I bought a car and came back to the same office to do my title bcuz of the excellent service I received the first time!!! I even bought a road Atlas to start planning road trips hehehehehe

Came here on a Saturday morning and had two people ahead of me. Was told to sign in and then go back outside and wait. There was no one to sign in, and I asked for one when they had a mi its. They notary inside got irritated and brought one up. She stated it would be an hour and a half at least, and if thats not good okay theres a notary up the street. Not what I would consider a professional attitude at all. I have two local AAA offices in my area and their employees are super friendly and professional. BTW I tried to call this office 14 times yesterday during business hours and always got a generic mailbox. What a shame!

My dad and I went to this location and the receptionist there immediately began shouting at us for not wearing masks. We told her we had a medical condition but she kept shouting and never let me explain that I forgot a mask. She demanded that we walk outside to talk to her. When she finally walked outside to talk to us she was screaming as loud as she could to make a scene in front of everyone outside. She then rambled on about how many hours she works here and that she does this all the time to others than come here. When she finally calmed down I asked her if she could help me and I gave her my registration slip. She began to rip the slip in a way where I had to print another because she was so angry. I asked for my slip back and went to Marks Notary. Way better service! Way nicer people!BTW: she told me to go the the notary up the street. Seems to be a common saying for people here. Management might want to look into that.I suggest giving Renee Badger (thats what she says her name was) a lot less hours. Maybe that will help straighten her out.

It’s bad enough that they are rude, but the fact that they think that masks are a chin decoration makes this office not worth visiting. They are always rude in this office but it’s close to my house so I go there out of convience. The big show of plexiglass everywhere and wearing gloves is laughable with them walking around with their chin masks.

First time registering and transferring our car title last year and the staff who handled us does not seem to know what shes doing. She keeps asking her co-worker about this and that. Didnt even bother to tell us that well then have to wait for our new car title within 90 days to be in the mail. To make the story short, we followed it up after 3months because it has not arrived. They told us it was probably lost in the mail. The thing is, they put in our address wrong in the system and made us pay for re-issuance of a new title. They did gave us a discount for being a member, but its not the point! Btw, getting a membership from them isnt worth it. You can get roadside assistance with your car insurance provider like State Farm or others.

It is terrible that PA allows any business to collect extra money from us for something that they make us have (tags, title, registration). It feels like such a rip off and a scam. We were coming from out of state with two vehicles. AAA needs the titles and we dont have them as our vehicles are financed. So first AAA wanted to charge us $15.00 for each vehicle to send a fax to our lender requesting the title. You feel forced to join because it is cheaper to get your tags and registration if you are a member. They are very slow. There are 2 people that handle tags and it is far worse than any DMV. There was two people in line ahead of us and we were there for over two hours. Find a different place to go to even if you have to drive to Cranberry. Whatever you do, do not go to AAA unless you are already a member or enjoy paying fees and slow service.UPDATE- Two weeks after we got our tags from AAA, registration and paid for everything, they called and left a voicemail saying that they forgot to charge us for the tags and that we need to bring them more money. I spoke to Tim the manager in Greensburg to let him know what had happened in this office and that was a waste of time. He couldnt care less, instead he was like he is sorry it happened but I owe the money and I have to pay it even though it was a mistake on their part because it is state fees he cannot waive them. I wonder what I will owe next and how much. It feels very shady to me and doesnt look good for a company that I am brand new to.

For the life of me, I cant believe I keep renewing this membership, wow, I must be dumb. Worst response time, always request is lost of there was another emergency, even on mobile app, email says response time 60 minutes, then 2 1/2 hrs later they show, AAA, there is no excuse why customers and not taken care of as is expected by your service, member for over 7 years, I can get the same or better service thru my insurance coverage, with better time. I pay for 4 members a year, I think this may be our last year for it.

The place was super busy and there was no number system to know who was next. When we finally had our turn with the notary, she was saying she had no idea what she was doing, which wasnt very reassuring. She also over charged us and it was a fiasco getting the refund. In the end we did get the documents notarized but not after a bit of a hassle.

I wont even talk about how their service is a scam, and the worst in the industry, you can Google that yourself. But I will talk about this office in particular, the staff is uninformed, they practically force a membership on you, and it feels like you walk into the 1990s when you are here. No sense of customer service or technology (I couldnt even email them information, I had to bring in actual paper.) Stay away from this office, and stay away from AAA which has somehow inbedded its profits with required documents you need to operate a vehicle in PA.
