When my 2017 Ford focus ST needed a new clutch, I decided to go to Tune The City. I figured it’s what they do and I wanted to upgrade to a stage 2 clutch. In general, let me start with we are in some difficult times with many challenges in every direction. On the business side: available parts, logistics of parts and quality of parts (that are out of our control) are current real world issues. I will make a long story short as possible. I went on a long journey to get a completely working clutch and surrounding components. Through every step of the way Sam communicated good or bad through the process. “Brand New” parts were our nemesis. Everything that took place was neither mine nor Sam‘s fault. These situations can easily turn fast in conflicting ways between customer and the business. At Tune The City this was not the case. Communication is key in any situation and Sam relayed any and all information. That’s all I customer really wants… What is going on? I am grateful that his losses were not put on me. In fact he even covered towing to do what was right. I’m highly impressed with the professionalism Sam conveyed through the entire process. Their quality of work might be okay, disappointing customer service...Paid substantial diagnostic charge, their diagnosis was incorrect, problem persisted immediately after driving my car off their lot. Returned 2 - 3 days later to have the work performed that their diagnosis missed. They refused to refund the diagnostic charge when their diagnosis was obviously incorrect...New to the area, looking for a reliable, trust-worthy, honest mechanic. Ill keep looking.Response to owner: Your initial diagnosis was that the rear brakes and rotors looked okay, which is why you didnt replace them that day. 3 days later you replaced the rear brakes and rotors. Your diagnosis was incorrect...When I brought the car back to have the repair done, I did not ask or expect you to get it in the same day. My words and reasonable expectations were get to it when you can. The mechanic who performed the repair stated this worked out to your advantage because he had a cancellation and could fit it in.Thank you for confirming my decision to find another mechanic.

What a great group of guys this shop is. They will 100% work with you and give you the best price available on this side of the Mississippi. Only complaint I have about this shop is...they can’t clone their workers. Customer service is top notch and their knowledge of various cars is phenomenal. We ran into some complications on my Jeep while installing a full suspension lift kit, they called me right away and advised me how they were going to proceed with fixing the issue and had my Jeep back to me completely intact and at 100% by the timeline they advised before even starting! They really knocked it out of the park with this one! 10/10 highly recommend and will be getting additional work done there!

Had remote starter (NuStart) installed on my Wife’s Honda Civic.Had an appointment for morning and got a call around noon that it was done ! No sign that anyone was even in the car !!! Didn’t even notice the antenna that was tucked neatly in the corner of windshield !! Very professional prompt and reasonably priced !!! Came with Spare remote button... one 3 second push of the button and Civic is warming up !!! Sam even gave me a follow up call to see how my wife liked it ! Thank you guys !!! Had a good experience here. Stupid me forgot that my fog lights burned out, and since this was the only thing to fail inspection, they replaced the lights while I was there so I did not have to come back another time. Also, they sent a follow up text a few months later to check in - good service!!

227.00 for a foot of PCV hose, could be this, could be that. Or maybe an oxygen sensor.. Unbelievable, paid that much so they could tell me what it wasnt causing check engine light, wanted 170.00 for oxygen sensor that cost me 66.00 which I can install myself. Never again. And I will repost this every week
