This pharmacy is terrible. I need medicine for my son who is autistic, and I continue to have issue after issue with this pharmacy. They never take responsibility for any of their mistakes ever. I need to move on to another pharmacy. It is very important my son gets his medicine every day, and they dont care.

Rite Aide always does a great job and provide excellent service!

In the past year their pharmacy has really gotten itself organized. I have gone from avoiding using this pharmacy to transferring all of my prescriptions there.You do need to give them a little notice because theyre ordering system can take time

There have been alot of mistakes made at this pharmacy. I keep telling myself to switch every time I go there. I need to take my own advice, Also I went to get a flu shot. I have been going there for like 15 years and the pharmacist who has filled many of my Rxs with my date of birth said in front of other people. Are you over 65???? I go are you kidding. You know I am 56,his response was ppl get plastic surgery all the time so you never know!! That was one of the rudest thing anyone has said to my face. Wow

Excellent large scale quality with a small town friendliness and caring. The pharmacist is an honorable guy.

So I was going over to the lower burrel rite aid for my daughters perscription since ours didnt carry it. I go over to pick it up the lady kept getting the name wrong. Finally gets it right comes over to the speaker box and says 15-20 mins it will be done. And turns the intercom off and walks away! Totally treated me like I was garbage she could just blow me off when clearly she seen I was about to say something! So rude I will NEVER go back to that rite aid again! By the way her name was Patty! I will also let everyone I know about this situation she should be ashamed of herself. I shouldnt have to sit at childrens hospital all morning then come to deal with her. Shame on you!!

Meh.. They ususally dont know whats going on. Kinda rude half the time to be honest.

Pharmacy is very fast and efficient. They repeatedly called my doctors office when the office did not respond.
