Customer service extraordinary... They unfortunately have in common what all brick & mortar vape shops lack now... NO rebuildables. And unfortunately, they have limited access through supplier

Customer Service was 100%, the woman was very kind, was able to help me find everything I needed and was very knowledgeable with the products she was selling me. The vape juices were great there is a huge selection to choose from and same goes with their puff bars. I would highly recommend going here! :)

The two young ladies of whom I had the pleasure of waiting on me and helping me were WONDERFUL! Ive worked retail for over 20yrs. Most time at limited too/justice. Unfortunately due to online returns (& covid didnt help) I never thought Id see the day we all shut our doors. These two employees at this location and store were such rays of sunshine and willing to help& listen to questions...if I still was a manager...I wouldve definitely tried recruiting them! Way to go girls. Great customer service...that in all due respect, one would more than likely NOT FIND OR GET at another local vape shop...hint-🦑 Vape. Not the pt ppl either...🤨its amazing how ppl can own and or run a business...yet they act as if they have no customer service GENUINE ppl skills. Depends on who is working, they are more worried about getting you in and out. They want to push their juice but in honesty I have never had any luck with with. The prices are way to expensive as well.

I just recently started purchasing my juices from here, and the customer service has been FANTASTIC! I bought a juice just 2 days ago, used it to fill my tank once and it was very thin, not your typical 70/30 oil. I was able to bring it in and exchange it for a new flavor. they just cemented my business for life with that move!

Love the house juices (literally what I come for haha) and their product knowledge and service is great. Its never just a stop for juice, I always end up chatting with the guy that works there. Very friendly. Only complaint I have is their lack of a wider selection of devices for CBD carts and stuff. But I mean, if youre not going there for cbd products like that, then this is the spot for you :)Plus their rewards system is pretty good. Definitely recommend anyone stop by and at least check out the juices if nothing else.
