The staff at the store were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We opted to have the fridge delivered and installed, and opted for the haul away service. The process was painless! The guys doing the install were fast, and efficient. This store and its staff are HIGHLY recommended!!

We turned to Lubbock Appliance after a nightmarish experience with another company. Price was very fair, customer service was excellent, and they were quick to schedule us for an appointment. The installers were AMAZING - arrived early, worked hard despite some problems encountered, were extremely pleasant and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend them!

The salesman was pushy, and there wasnt a whole lot to choose from. I was there to buy but thay salesman literally made me go to a different store. Let me look around and if i have questions i will come to you.

I was having issue with my oven door. I brought it to lubbock appliance and I was met by the technician. I am disabled and the tech kindly brought the heavy oven door into the store for the manager to take a look at it for me. I was given a chair to sit down while I waited to be attended. I got help by Michael and by Q. They were quickly able to see what was wrong with the door and fixed it for me at no charge. Q brought the door out to my car for me as I was exiting th e building. I am very happy with the service and appreciate the staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in and bought and they delivered my washer the same day. Customer service was excellent gave me the best washer for me and my family that would last as much laundry as I do.

My wife went in on a Saturday morning to get a drum bearing for our dryer. They were very professional and had the part in stock. Spend your money locally with this good company.

The customer service was honestly amazing. The guy that came was informative and very friendly, sadly didnt get my washer fixed because the drain pump was around the same price I paid for the washer but I believe if I wouldve gotten it repaired I wouldve been in good hands.

We purchased a dishwasher based on their promise we would receive a $50 rebate. The store personnel were highly unprofessional. They misquoted the price (that was clearly marked on the appliance), they were unable to accurately calculate the sales tax (and needed our assistance), and they promised a rebate on an appliance that was NOT rebate eligible.I could not be more unhappy with this store and the employees. They MAY very well do good repair work, but I strongly encourage all thinking people to avoid doing business with them at all.

My grandma got a new washer and dryer from them, and the men that delivered the units were extremely rude, made her cry, and did not complete the agreed upon services.

Delivery guys came to pick up a unit and they were so very professional! Yes sir, no sir....asking questions in a polite way, with a SMILE, at the end of a 103 degree day, you just dont see that kind of professionalism anymore. So far so good, in new to the area and submitted upon this place because its a local business. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices with financing available. So far Ive had a washer dryer and refrigerator delivered with no problems they call 20minsb in advance and they always come within the time frame they state. Im thinking about getting a dishwasher from them as well.

I wanted to take a moment to tell yall about Lubbock Appliance. Long story, but worth the read. My upright freezer went out. ((I called one locally owned guy. Big mistake. He was very disrespectful of my home, so I paid him the service fee and sent him on his way. He said I needed a new compressor. He left my freezer taken apart and unplugged.)) So the next day, Greg with Lubbock Appliance came out. He said it was preferable that the unit was plugged in and on when he arrived, but he understood why it was off. He said with the unit being off, it was harder to be sure, but that something he did while examining it and putting the relay back in seemed to work. My freezer was working like a champ that afternoon. He said if it went out again, it was likely the compressor, and to call. I was given quotes for compressor replacement, as well as a few other options that were cheaper than the nearly $1,000 compressor replacement; short term patches that could get me by. He changed me a reasonable service fee.Then, a couple weeks later, my freezer went out again. Thanks to the rona, buying a new freezer was out of the question - there were none to be found in Lubbock. So we called Lubbock Appliance, and asked them to order the compressor. When it came in, Greg came back out to replace the compressor.**THIS IS THE REALLY GOOD PART!!!**I DIDNT NEED THE COMPRESSOR! Thanks to the fact that the freezer had been off, he couldnt tell that it had a blocked drain line. When he took it apart this time, he found a huge chunk of ice behind the panel. He said if the compressor was out, there was no way I could have had a chunk of ice this size. Thanks to that, he was able to discover the clogged drain line. And even more amazing, they applied my previous service fee to this call, and we saved so much money! He could have very easily went ahead with the compressor replacement and charged so much more, but theyre honest and reputable. He was respectful of our home. I was very pleased with our experience and will use them again if the need ever arises.

So I’m about a year late posting this ... sooty Lubbock Appliance :/Anyway, it was a weekend & I had started washing a load of laundry which is when I realized my machine no longer spun or drained. To say the least, I’m in a jam. I call LA & the owner gets my distress call. Lord was he a God send ... he went above & beyond to help me out & got me taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about him & LA. Highly recommend LA!!!

Update on my earlier post. The owner called me in the evening after my review to find out why I had such a bad experience. After discussing the issue the owner (in a wheel chair) and his Father who was visiting from out of town came by and made the repairs to the ice maker. Now the ice maker works perfect. I appreciate the owner caring enough to reach out to me and making this right. Thank You!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pulls the classic bait & switch. Called for ice maker repair, was told that the $92.00 service call would be applied to the bill if I let them do the repair.After agreeing to the repair they sent me an itemized invoice to which I called them out about the service call. Was transferred 3 different times and still got no where with anyone. After 2 weeks I finally told them to come fix it anyway. The same tech gets there to repair and then informs me oh I forgot to put another part on the invoice so it will be more $$.Tech was told to put my fridge back together and get out of my house.Tech was rude, girls that answer the phones are rude. Use this company at your own risk, you have been warned. I WOULD HAVE RATED THEM -5 if that was an option.

My refrigerator finally gave out and I needed a new one right away. Home Depot and Lowes couldnt get me anything for 2 weeks. Lubbock Appliance delivered the very next day and their price was lower. Highly recommended local business!

Bought a speed queen front loader from Lubbock Appliance. The folks who installed my washer were fast and professional - very happy with my washer and experience. Delivery took a long time (~40-50 days from order to delivery) but I believe supply chains etc are fubar due to covid complications. Would order from them again.

Michael provided us with the greatest customer service anyone could ask for. We needed our oven calibrated to sell our home and he made time on his weekend to come and ensure it was calibrated and working right. I would highly recommend him to my friends and to anyone needing any type of appliance assistance.

5 Stars for sure! I received a call telling me when they were finishing up the job before mine. They arrived during the expected time frame and went right to work assessing our dryer. We were told the cost and then they quickly had the repair completed. Then, he offered to show me some preventive maintenance tips on my other appliances. There are A LOT of businesses in Lubbock that could improve their in home service by learning from Lubbock Appliance. They provided exceptional Repair and Service. When I need Sales, I’m going right back to them!

We went in for a temperature probe for our Kenmore oven. Mike took the time to test the probe first to make sure it was good. He told us that it was good and that it was the fuse box that had fried when the temperature skyrocketed. He was kind enough to check another store to see if they had it. Then he went way above and beyond and went to pick it up for us! Mike was great and our oven works great now!

Lubbock Appliance Repair always goes above and beyond! They are top-notch in customer service and stand behind their work. A repairman came to my house today and completed the repair in a timely manner. The servicemen were very polite and made sure to clean up after themselves. After he left, a new issue came up with my dryer (around 5:30pm). I called the shop and they didnt hesitate to send someone else out immediately. The owner, Michael, came with in 20 minutes and fixed the dryer. He took the time to answer a lot of questions I had. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate how he takes the time to really explain the answers. I truly feel like a valued customer. I will always use Lubbock Appliance Repair.

My only complaint is the parking lot. The people there are easy going and I love seeing cats hanging around and playing.

Our fridge went out this morning. We knew after a number of repairs and age that it needed replaced. We called Lubbock Appliance for a service call early this morning. After researching the internet, we went to their store and looked at two different fridges there that fit the cabinet space.Pam was extremely helpful and checked their warehouse stock. They had the fridge that we needed. This was 1230 pm and at 2 pm they were installing the new fridge and removing the old one.. YES- they had the fridge in stock and were installing with in an hour and half from buying it!!!!!!!!!! The two gentlemen who delivered were very professional.I am so glad that we supported the locals and not some national chain. This is a fantastic store that has all you needs but also has the service. You don’t find businesses like this. Please go and support them. First class!ThanksDan

I called and got same day service within the hour. Joe was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what was wrong in detail. I know nothing about appliances and Joe reassured me in everything he did. Highly recommend!

Technician came out looked at my problem, diagnosed the problem and stated he would turn it in to the warranty company. He was pleasant and held a conversation with me. Today I was informed by my representative that they are refusing to come back out because there was mice dropping behind the refrigerator... thats in the country. Yes I understand health hazard but he never acted like it was a problem while he was there and never mentioned it to me. He also reported that he had not been able to access the refrigerator or diagnose the problem, yet I saw him pull it out, get behind it, get down on the ground, take the panel off and diagnose the problem. (If he thought it was a health hazard then why did he get down on the ground?) He said it was the compressor and he would be back out for repair once he got approval, and that typically in this instance, the warranty company will just give a new appliance. At NO TIME did he say anything about the droppings that could have easily been cleaned up, and at NO TIME did he say he was refusing to do the repair or act as if he was uncomfortable or uneasy. Good thing I have the whole thing on camera..just for reasons like this. My representative has been notified and it will be investigated

Just had them out to fix some issues with our dryer. The tech was on time, super friendly and helpful, professional, and quick with the repairs. He went out of his way to explain how things work and ways that we can get more efficiency out of our washer and dryer. I highly recommend them for any appliance issues. We will definitely be using them in the future for all of ours.

I live near Houston and have daughters living in Lubbock. They had a washing machine that was giving trouble. Called Michael, at 5:00 pm, and he was able to repair the machine same day. I will defiantly recommend them and call Michael again when I have appliance issues .

I called them about 5 minutes after they were closed, got no answer as expected. However, to my surprise they immediately gave me a call back and were able to answer my questions, and the gentleman who called me was even able to help lead me to where I could find the item I need. Which wasn’t at his store, amazing customer service and I’ll be heading there for all my future appliance needs.

Technician came out more than a week ago and said our refrigerator needed a new mother board and they would have to order it. We never heard from them so called today and they said the part would be in today but they couldnt schedule anyone until next week. That means I will have no refrigerator for Christmas. For a $500 repair you would think they would be more prompt. Not impressed.

Last year I had a problem with my Dryer and I called and the lady told me exactly what was wrong and sold me the part and I was able to fix it. I called today and this person said you have to try a parts store. I said even though yall helped me with this same exact issue before and she said Yes. What the heck is up with that. WOW

Excellent service. Joe called in advance, showed up on time, and was knowledgeable and friendly. He dismantled our samsung dryer and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Ran for parts, repaired and reassembled the unit super fast. Would recommend.

We walked in looking for a part and no one stood up to receive is, no one was wearing a mask, and I suppose they dont carry parts for ovens since the person could tell me she didnt have that part.

I went to buy a stove not a big selection but nice was ready to spend cash but the 75 dollar delivery fee and install fee was ridiculous. They seemed to think that maybe I couldnt afford the stove so I left and went to Home depot and spent 700+ on my new stove but I love it they delivered it for free and set it up.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a while. They came and looked at my oven and said it was a 2-man job and would call and schedule a different time. Never heard from anyone until I called them back and they told me it would be the following week before they could get back out. I asked if they could come out sooner since by then I would have been without an oven for 10 days and the lady said she would check and call me back. Never heard from her. I finally called home warranty company and they were told they couldnt get out until even later in the following week (they were also told that Lubbock Appliance had been trying to contact me, which they hadnt). I asked that a different company be used since it seemed they were uninterested in doing repairs. I dont know what happened to this business but its not what it use to be.
