I am sad to say that I recommended this business to a very good friend and his wife as a place to buy a new gas range... Back in June 2020!! Here we are in October and the range is still not here, after multitudes of missed promised delivery dates. My buddys wife went in today for a full refund and the owner wouldnt even come out of his office. Sad commentary on what used to be a premium appliance outlet.

Bought new washer & dryer the week before last, great set up machines work great.Purchased new 50 inch flat screen LG Sony week before that. The installers also hooked up the speakers from the old TV.We highly recommend Radio Lab for your next appliance or TV.

Super customer service. Beat the price of big box store and will be able to deliver same week of purchase. All online retailers showed backorder with questionable availability to boot. Will buy all future appliances from RadioLab. Nothing compares to shopping local. Thanks for taking care of us!!

So far I have purchased 9 items from RadioLab over the past 4 years for two different houses. Products are always great! Their real selling point is the customer service! Had a dryer with an issue and failing garbage disposal. Called and asked if they were still under warranty, they were, and RadioLab took care of calling the repair companies and everything, all I had to do was meet the repair guys at the house. THANK YOU RADOLAB FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE!

BEWARE they do not back their products. Maytag dishwasher salesman said top of the line, all the bells and whistles and then some. I called next day still trying to get service, return or exchange.
