Really enjoy going in here. Has my 2 yr old granddaughter with me and she enjoyed circling the whole store!Not crowded at all, either.Great employees.

Always a good trip here. Never an employee that looks or acts like they dont want to be there. Always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Bathrooms always clean. Overall, have yet to have a bad experience here and will continue to go for anything dealing with my kitchen.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a store that has everything you could want in your new home! I went and picked up a beard trimmer. I think Im going to love the way it trims my face. Nice and close jus as good as a shave I tell ya! Its a very nice and sleek design!

The store is well organized. It has lots of different options for home, bathroom, kitchen, as well as other housewares. They have a good amount of clearance currently and so they had lots of different curtains and other items on sale. Some prices are good while others are high. Just depends on what you need. If you have one of their 20% off coupons you can do very well in the store if you can get purchases on sale. Overall a very nice store.

Shopped for bridal shower gift. Associate young lady that helped me was really great and made my purchases so much easier.

Good place to shop. Many brands and large selections. Looking for new coffee machine and had 10-12 to choose from. Customer service was good. Asked couple of times by different employees if they could help find anything. Several cashiers open. Lots of items on sale. They have a large clearance section at the front of the store. Every area is neatly stocked and organized.

Ive used Rowenta irons for years. Ive been looking for a new one and luckily I found one to my liking. Cant wait to get to use it. Melissa was very helpful.

Not a helpful sales person to be found, one even said Ill be there in a little while ! I believe that many items can be found at other stores for lower prices. It is a new store and the roof was leaking on cloth chairs. I moved the chairs away from the leak because I couldnt find anyone to tell!

The entire team of workers here are so helpful. You can tell the front cashiers just enjoy their job. One in particular that always stands out is a lady named Gayle. She greets me like family. She asks genuinely how I’m doing every time. This lady makes sure to ask for the rewards card and helps with getting coupons setup on your phone if you have trouble. Will continue to shop here because of the helpful and happy staff.

No attendance on the floor so good luck with getting help. Cashier wasnt of any help. They no longer have the gift wrap area. I asked the cashier if they had any big gift bags n she answered with u want a trash bag. I asked for GIFT bags NOT TRASH BAGS !!!

There is so much to see and comparable prices to Amazon. My first visit was 2 hours long! The year long return policy (with a receipt) made me so happy after buying an Omega masticating juicer. Will definitely go back.

The isles are so narrow that 2 customers can not pass each other without turning sideways. Good deals but felt cramped the entire time shopping.

Bed bath and beyond store at Lubbock Texas has the worst manager ever. He refused to do price matching for Cuisinart 8 cups food processor as it is $30 less on other site . He is dealing with the customer with very low, nasty way.I love to shop at Bed Bath & Beyond but not anymore after that happened.

I was so disappointed in BB&B. It was the first time I had been there in a year or more and their selections were very poor.

I generally love this store. They have a wonderful selection of products. The sales associates on the floor are so helpful but the girl who checked me out was terribly rude. I get that they are busy, but that is not a reason to be dismissive and condescending. Poor form checkout girl...poor form.

I will no longer buy anything at Bed Bath and Beyond. Their treatment of Mike Lindell (My Pillow) is unfair and dishonest. His products were removed from this store because of his political views and his Christian faith. Unacceptable.

Finally found the cherry pitter Ive been looking for & figured Id have to order from Amazon. Such an interesting array of items. Love that you can find stuff there that you generally dont see anywhere else.

I was shopping at this location today when I noticed a family of 5 not adhering to the mask requirement policy clearly posted on the entrance door. I approached 2 managers (one who had his mask around his neck while standing inches away from the other manager) to report this. I was polite but instantly met with an attitude. We cant enforce this policy I was very rudely told. I responded by saying yes you can. I was then told no we cant I responded then take the notice off the door. Finally one of the managers said he would say something to the family. I left before I saw the end result because I trusted this store to keep their costumers and employees safe and they refuse to do that.The way to handle the situation is to ask the costumer to put on a mask. If they refuse to you ask them to leave. If they refuse to leave you call the police. Its that simple. This location obviously has no regard for the safety of their customers or their employees. They should wise up. There are no protections in place as of yet to keep an employee from sueing the corporation and the store manager if their negligence leads to them getting sick.

It was clean in every way. The atmosphere.The store layout. Even the way help was presented was friendly.

They are on a new building, but not the same selection, especially bath linens. Way too much heath supplements.

Clean well organized. The clerk at check out was very personable. I would have like for one person to ask if I needed help. They were busy restocking and moving merch.

Store is good in all aspects except small aisle space and very limited item selections for the same category.

Crew makes everything worth the price

The store shelf did not have the product I was needing, but my wife was able to get it online and was supposed to be able to pick it up in the store. Since the store was about to close when we found out it was available, we ended up going the next day.

1st time visiting, somehow everything I needed to get was all in 1 place right at the entrance, which made it a plesant experience.

I stopped by to pick up a new set of hair trimmers due to the Shelter-at-home situation. I reached out via phone initially and Blaine was awesome answering inventory questions over the phone. He also did a great job setting expectations around their augmented shopping experience. While he didnt have the exact model I told him I would look at their remaining models online and make a decision.A few hours later I am the lone car in the parking lot taking a final glance of timmer reviews online. After a few minutes a team member walked out, I can only assume out of concern, and started to approach. I reviewed the prior conversation and Blaine said Yeah, that was me on the phone earlier let me go grab it! I was back to business in no time.Thanks for exceeding expectations!

I went here to take a friend of mine. This place has so much to offer the consumer. She found what she was looking for. Me I was amazed at what all they sell. Give them a try, bet you will keep coming back!

Nice and clean store

We were shopping today and an employee actually stopped to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything, which coincidentally enough I did. She was able to answer my question and get us on our way. Very happy with the service and selections here.

Now this location is nice. No fighting for parking. Plenty of it. Close to loop and other stores that are frequently shopped at. Surprised how much more this location carrys. Really glad to see. I will be here more often. Oh and the staff so polite and prompt. Made sure we had 20% coupon which I was so grateful for. Didnt have to do that and just made my experience better. They are really about making the difference to help customer.

New location....great selection of products.... But if youre going to compete with all the other retail stores they really need to price check target has prices upwards of $50 cheaper on electronics, coffee makers, and products... It should not be up to the customer to price match it should be listed at the price lower than the competitors

Well i loved everything i got i didnt like the prices but I knew what store I was walking into so I really cant complain now can I lol!

Its an okay place to shop at just a lill on the pricey side.

The drive for us is quiet a ways from home. But the staff is great, very helpful and polite. I love their selection and that I can buy items AS SEEN ON TV. Some items I have found cheaper elsewhere.

Ive never had a bad visit to BBB, but today was exceptional. Leroy went out of his way to help me and my cashier was super. Keep up the good work!!

The customers not the employees are very rude from my past experiences

A good selection of housewares at reasonable prices. Prices can be even better with coupons they constantly send out. This place carries a better selection than many for the kinds of products sold. People working here are helpful and you never wait long to check out.

Sarah was extremely helpful to my wife, she couldnt find the spot cleaning machine by Bissell, so she ordered it online to be shipped to the house.

Well stock with items needed for bathroom as well items needed for showers stalls items auch as shampoos, soaps/body gels, items such as mens shaving kits & such, different styles bedroom sheets and much more ! So come & take your time as you walk through the store.... you will enjoy your visit, for sure !

The new building is nice. They offer a bit more product (like cosmetics!) than the old location, but some how the aisles are still a squeeze. But its a nice new building.

I purchased an ice cream attachment for my stand mixer. the bonus package to make first ice cream was missing. called. they said bring it back. they first checked my box for missing item. then they checked several other on shelf. opened several before finding one that had the bonus package. gave me my missing item. and was surprised to see there were many others with missing bonus. they were very glad I called. I came in. and helped them know about a problem they didnt know they had.
