Rudest staff on the planet. Came in asking nicely to view cars and they gave us the most saddest, un-happy person I have ever met. This man was literally crying inside and I feel bad for showing up to your store asking about cars. He was more interested in getting lunch than showing us cars. Save yourself the time and just talk to a literal wall, it’ll help you more than these people do.
We started with this company many years ago. Eric Reyna has been our cars specialist from the beginning. They have provided us with the top of the line service and products. I recommend everyone I know to this company because not only do they provide us with a top of the line cars and trucks that we are looking for but not to mention the top notch customer service that goes above and beyond for the customers. Go see Eric Reyna, you will not be disappointed.
Absolute rudest sales staff Ive ever dealt with! They cussed out my wife in front of my children, then promptly told her they didnt need our business! What a joke to try and do business with these people. Do not buy from them! They dont need your business apparently. 😉
Did an online credit app and never heard back. So I called manager said he would get someone to call me back quickly and still waiting. If my credit didn’t pass just let me know just don’t ignore me and treat me like trash that ain’t worth your time
Great folks to deal with. Super nice and understanding. No pressure tactics at all. They are concerned about their customers and how they feel throughout the car buying experience! Definitely recommend!
Took a day off work and drove all the way in from Dallas to see a 2019 Subaru Ascent. The dealership said they were in excellent condition and the photos online showed no damage. They brought over the car I had lined up the to test drive and there was a GIANT gash down the passenger side that would require the entire door to be replaced. That was obviously a dealbreaker. After having driven for 6 hours to get to the dealership, I decided to try another one on the lot. There were a few dings and scratches I could live with. However, a hailstorm a few nights ago had left three large dents on the roof that were highly visible from the front of the car. The dealership REFUSED to budge on price to help offset the dent repair. The manager was especially condescending and belittling. The manager also said he couldn’t throw in a single accessory to help offset the hail damage. The sales associate had already told us he could add all weather floor mats. The manager lied and said “we don’t have stuff [extra floor mats] like that lying around.” The associate had said they kept them in stock and I could have some today. In conclusion, don’t waste your time. Jeff, the sales associate was nice, but management was unkind and incompetent. They just lost an all cash deal.UPDATE - 5/28/ 2020 - Scoggin Dickey Pre-Owned responded to my review saying a $1,000 price reduction was offered. This is completely FALSE. A $500 price reduction was offered prior to the agent and me finding the additional hail damage on the roof. The sales agent said an additional amount could be taken off the price to pay for fixing the additional damage. However, when he asked the manager for the additional reduction the manager refused. I even called the manager on my way out of town and specifically requested $500 to fix the damage. I was super polite and was shocked when he responded by aggressively belittling me.Additionally, Ive been working with other dealerships from Texas to Nebraska and they have all told me that certified preowned Subarus are not supposed to be sold with any hail damage.BOTTOM LINE: Scoggin Dickey lied to get me to their dealership, tried to sell me a certified preowned car that should have never been listed as certified preowned, and lied about the details of their offer when responding to my review. Truly unbelievable.
I had a great experience purchasing a GM certified used Tahoe. The salesman was great and the finance dept. was very easy to work with. There was no pressure and the whole transaction took less than an hour. I am very satisfied!
I bought a Jeep from Scoggin Dickey and I got a great deal and had amazing customer service. Just drove it to Florida and back and it did great! I would definitely go back and recommend them to all my friends.
Let me be clear, never bought a car from them, and pretty much never had any prior dealings with them. After this, I can assure you I will never buy a car or do ANYTHING involving these idiots. We needed to get our Chevys ignition switch fixed(the GM recall thing). The only place in town that would do it is them. Wife turned in paperwork and talked to a guy named Bobby. He said it would take a couple weeks to get the part(s) in, and theyd give us a call. That was 2 weeks before Christmas. I thought maybe it was on extreme back order since it had almost been 3 months. Finally I gave them a call March 2. They said We have no record of you in our system, why dont you bring your car in first thing Friday morning and well get it done for you by 1-2 pm same day. Pissed that we essentially never got entered into their system, I decided to just agree and do it. So we drop it off, its 4pm and havent heard from them, so we call. Oh it wont be done until Monday as long as you leave it all weekend since we dont work on Saturdays. What the crap, guys? I mean, what a joke of a business. Especially since YOU screwed it up in the first place. I loathe you guys. I will NEVER do business with you guys, and will always tell friends and colleagues to avoid this pathetic excuse of an establishment.
Eric was super helpful in assisting us with getting our Subaru. Finance office was a breeze.
Salesman was so very nice. However, we have experienced mistake after mistake with the entire process. I used an electronic check from USAA and Scoggin Dickey didnt complete their paperwork correctly. And they are a dealer with the USAA car buying service. They should be familiar with the process of people who use USAA for financing. After that, we were notified 2 weeks after purchase date that they needed to inspect the vehicle to even begin processing the license plates. We took the vehicle back immediate and it was inspected. Some how we fell through the cracks and now my paper tags have expired. They overnighted the paperwork to get my plates and low and behold another mistake. The title work was stamped surrendered so now my paper tags are 2 days out of date. Vehicle purchased 2 months ago.We have purchased numerous vehicles and have never had these problems. We will not be using Scoggin Dickey again.
Kurt is good one too deal with
Got a new car here today! Loved the service and attention! Thank you!!
Mr. John Green has helped our family purchase 4 different vehicles so far. Good folk !
My crosstrek was damaged and Bobby, along with the rest of the Scoggin Service Department did an awesome job repairing it. They also accommodated us extremly well since we are from out of town, making the process as pleasant as possible. During the repair time, they kept in contact to let us know about the progress and were very professional and personable. Good customer service can be hard to come by these days but these guys went above and beyond. Thank you again for such a great experience!
Sales men are horribly rude and unhelpful! Will not be buying from them!
I have purchased several used vehicles from them and have found them to be very honest and fair--very good people to deal with. I highly recommend this place.
Eric Reyna helped me get a good used car, for just 1000$ down. Very satisfied
I ordered a torque converter from their website. A couple days later I received in email saying the order was canceled but thanks for shopping with us. I replied to the email and also contacted them thru their website asking why my order was canceled. No response. Tried calling twice and was put on hold once and no response. The other time I was unable to reach human contact. Im assuming they canceled my order due to being out of stock which their website clearly said it was in stock. Either way, some communication would be nice. I definitely cant do business with a place this disorganized.
Bought a used truck from these thieves... truck was still under manufacture warranty cummins turbo diesel less than 70k... during test drive truck began to overheat... took it back to dealer and they informed me that the cooling system had been serviced wrong...(this is proof positive that the service department had this truck) I took the truck and the overheating problem became progressively worse... truck started to lose water from the radiator... I then decided that it would be covered under warranty... took the truck to the dodge dealership where I was informed that due to the computer being reprogrammed OVER 15 TIMES!! that the truck warranty (6 yrs 100k miles) was now voided. I called the thieves at scoggin dickey and they informed me that I bought the truck AS IS and that there was nothing that they could do (very strange since they offered to sell me an extended warranty that would have been worthless as well). I have had the truck 6 months now...and cannot even drive it... quote from the dealership to fix the engine? OVER 15k!!! As soon as a dealership takes in a trade (this was one) it is put in their service department and checked... (says a lot about their service department)The dodge dealership informed me that the previous owner had put some kind of chip on the truck to modify it. The dodge dealership also informed me that scoggin dickey knew about this when they sold me the truck...and that it should have been disclosed to me BEFORE I purchased it. Now...did the chip cause the problem? who knows... however...there was no engine computer chip installed when I took the truck.Bottom line: THIS DEALERSHIP DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL...need proof?1. sold a truck still under manufacturer warranty (but was void)2. tried to sell extended warranty (also worthless)3. knew about the voided warranty in the first place4. knew the extended warranty would be worthless5. lied about the service of the truck when purchased (cooling system)6. lied about the condition of the truck when purchased(invalid warranty, modified with chip)7. total lack of credibility....I DO NOT recommend doing business with them AT ALL!! shop around...it would be better to buy from someone else for sure.
Very helpful
2nd time here. Was not satisfied with first time. So tried again and second time experience was worse. Droped my car off at 7:40am had an appointment for 8am that day for minor repairs. 5pm nothing had been done to my car. I was lied to by service manager and told they worked on suspension and oiled and lubed it. I picked-up my car 5:45p. They did not do anything during the nine hours it was on the lot. I was without transportation during this time. They also did not return my calls one at 2pm and 4pm to find out status.
Nice cars but no price on them.
The Best buying experience ever. Not only did Tom Ingle get me the truck i wanted but he got me the price I wanted as well. No back and forth let me see what i can do etc. I was recommended by a good friend and i can see why. If your going to buy a new or used chevy buick or anything for that matter go see Tom Ingle at Scoggin Dickey. Thanks Tom.
I will never buy another car from them i found the car i wanted and the sellsman was rude. i was asking how much they would give me for my car and said that i DONT WANT TO BY A CAR FROM THEM AND WALKED AWAY. your right i went to gene messer they were easy to deal with and wanted my business.
Good people.
Worked with Bobby in the service department. Communication was very clear, although there was a long wait to get our car serviced. We felt the department was very professional.
Great prices,good people
I was very disappointed by the service, the misrepresentation of facts about parts and repairs, and the lack of communication. I will never return there for service or a purchase.
The worse place I have ever bought a vehicle from I will never go back
Dont know wasnt there
Go talk to my man Cruz for your new to you pickup or car. Cant beat the service!
Bought my f150 here! Thanks Eric!
Good stuff
Great buy
The service department is horrendous. No communication, no initiative about dealing with parts. There is no sense of customer service at this dealership. Take your business elsewhere.
