I purchased these surprise boots for my husbands Christmas present. D. always spoke of his dad whose profession was a cowboy/ranch foreman having a pair of custom boots made for himself. I wanted D. to have a pair to follow in his Dads footsteps. Brad Glenn made Ds experience so special. D. loved choosing every aspect of his custom made boots with Brads experienced guidance. Brads attention to every detail and workmanship make each pair of boots he makes knock down gorgeous. D. is an avid TT Red Raider fan, so it was important to incorporate a touch of TT in his boots. Waiting for the entire process to unfold was difficult, but made the anticipation, oh, so exciting. D.s face says it all in the picture while sporting his brand new, knock -it -out -of- the -park, gorgeous, custom made boots. As Brad designs and makes the boots, he puts a lot of thought into the person the boots are being made for. Brad prays for the person during the boot making process. Through prayer and getting to really know his customer, he is led to inscribe the perfect verse inside the boot to bring comfort and inspiration. I must say EVERY single time D. proudly wears his boots (which fit like a glove), someone ALWAYS compliments them. D. smiles and says, Thank ya, these are my custom made boots. I gotta tell yall, I walked in this place and you would thought I was family, I ended up buying a pair of boots that I cant wait to to get, Brad, Ill be honored to wear your boots.

Two years ago I ordered a pair of custom boots. I received them 6 months ago and returned them because they did not fit. Brad assured me that his boots were perfect, that it was my feets fault that they did not fit. I reminded him that they were custom boots supposedly made for my feet. He was so furious with me and threatened to throw me out of his shop. After some discussion, he agreed to return my money if I would remove the poor rating I had given him on Google. I removed the rating while at his office, and he said he would not refund me until he saw on line that it had been removed. I then left his office expecting to receive a check in the mail for my purchase price as he promised. That was in April of 2021. I am writing this review in October of 2021. I have NOT received my refund to this day, nor have I heard from him.
